Ken Kirkpatrick is President and CEO of OSI Geospatial and has been since November 2005. Ken joined OSI Geospatial in May 2001 and held the position of Chief Operating Officer. He has been instrumental in the development and execution of the company's growth strategy and has grown OSI Geospatial through the expansion of the company's product offering and customer base and through strategic acquisitions. Prior to OSI Geospatial, Ken held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Triathlon Limited, a mapping and data production subsidiary of MacDonald, Dettwiller and Associates Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in Triathlon's aggressive growth. Prior to joining Triathlon, Ken was Vice President, International Operations of Geotrain Corporation, at the time the world's largest independent training organization for Cisco Systems. Ken has also held several management positions at MacDonald, Dettwiller and Associates, an information products and services company.

Marcos Riano is the VP & General Manager of OSI's Mapping Operations and has been since November 2007. Marcos joined OSI Geospatial in May 2002 and held the position of Director of Operations. He has been critical to the development and implementation of OSI's mapping operations growth strategy. Prior to joining OSI, Marcos was with Triathlon Limited, a geospatial services subsidiary of MacDonald, Dettwiller and Associates. During his time at Triathlon he held several senior business development and operational management positions. Marcos has over 25 year of experience in the international mapping industry.

Michael Weddle is Vice President, Business Development at OSI Geospatial and has been since March 2006. Michael joined the company early in 2004. Within nine months of his arrival he had achieved his initial objective of breaking into new NATO markets by winning a fleet contract for the Portuguese Navy. His present role, as VP Business Development, is to harness the resources of the OSI Geospatial group of companies to significantly increase market share in the defense and security situational awareness market. Michael has a track record of successful sales, marketing and general management in North American, European and Asia-Pacific technology markets. During his 13 years at MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. he brought the company into the air traffic control software market, leading his business unit in securing a $110 million contract with Hughes Aircraft Company. Michael was educated at Fettes College, Edinburgh and is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He is an Incorporated Engineer (UK Engineering Council) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology.

Wayne Hoyle is the VP & General Manager of OSI's International Operations and has been since July 2006. He joined OSI in 1991 and has held several senior business development and operational management positions with the company. Wayne has over 20 years of experience in the international naval market and has been instrumental in the development and implementation of OSI's naval strategy. Wayne has led the development of the UK Naval market and successful closed the two largest contracts in the company's history. The company's success with the UK Navy has been a key driver in establishing OSI as a leader in the naval navigation market.

Dr. Wayne Zachary is the VP & General Manager of OSI's U.S. Operations and has been since December 2005. Prior to this position, he was the President of CHI Systems which he founded in 1986. CHI Systems was acquired by OSI Geospatial in December 2005. Wayne has over 28 years of experience in the U.S. defense industry and he is a recognized leader in human issues associated with the design and analysis of interactive information and decision support systems. Wayne has lectured and published extensively on cognition, computing, and cooperation. He developed the widely-used COGNET framework and he has applied this framework with great success for many military command and control applications. Wayne has been developing and delivering leading edge technology solutions to the U.S. military for over 20 years.

Captain Walter Purio has served on the Board of OSI Geospatial since January 1999. He is a member of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee. Captain Purio brings significant expertise in marine navigation and military applications to OSI Geospatial. Since May 2000, Captain Purio has served as President of Bailey Martin Inc., which provides executive consulting services in marine safety and quality and environmental management systems. In addition to his duties with Bailey Martin, Captain Purio deploys regularly as Master of the SS Cape Jacob, a Military Sealift Command vessel pre-positioned in Diego Garcia. In 1993 Captain Purio founded P and H Marine Associates, Inc., a maritime quality and safety consultancy. At the opening of the Gulf War in 1990 until the summer of 1991, Captain Purio was called back to active duty and deployed on the USNS Meteor, one of the first ships activated for Operation Desert Shield/Storm. Captain Purio attended U.S. Naval Flight Training and was designated a Carrier Qualified Tactical Jet pilot in 1982 on both the A4 Skyhawk and the A-6 Intruder aircraft. He graduated from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, NY in 1978 and qualified as a Surface Warfare Officer aboard the USS Worden. He holds an MBA in Finance and Business Policy from the University of Chicago, and an MBA in International Business and a Certificaat van Aspekten Europese Integratie from the Katholieke Universitat Leuven in Belgium.

Through Clifftop Advisory Services Co., Mr. Young provides management advisory services on effective business planning and financial matters. He is a former senior audit partner and business consulting partner with KPMG LLP. Previously, he worked for Placer Development Ltd. (now Barrick Gold Corporation). He is Past President and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia and a past member of the Executive Committee and Board of Governors of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Mr. Young serves on the board of directors of OSI Geospatial Inc.
