Old National Bancorp

Caroline J. Ellspermann is the President and CEO for Old National Wealth Management and the CEO for Old National Trust Company. She joined Old National in 2001 as Senior Vice President and Manager of Old National's Corporate Private Client Group.

Dan L. Doan is Northern Region CEO of Old National Bank. Mr. Doan previously served as Commercial Banking Executive and prior to that was the Indianapolis Region President.

Dennis P. Heishman was appointed Region CEO of Old National Bank in 2006. Heishman joined Old National as president of its Louisville region in late 2003. Prior to joining Old National, Heishman had served for 20 years at Bank One Corporation, most recently as president and CEO of Bank One's Kentucky region.

Donald A. Schroeder is Region CEO for Old National Bank with over 30 years of banking experience. Schroeder began working for Merchants National Bank (now Old National Bank) in Terre Haute, Indiana in 1996.

James A. Sandgren was promoted to Southern Region CEO in 2007. He has been with Old National Bank for 15 years and most recently served as Executive Vice President, Southern Division Chief Credit Officer.

Thomas A. Flynn serves as President and CEO of the Old National Insurance Group of Old National Bancorp. Flynn has worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years. He began his career with Continental Insurance Company and is a graduate of their Career Management Training Program. Flynn has also held positions as a commercial casualty underwriter and commercial marketing representative with Continental, and later with the Zurich Insurance Company.

Allen R. Mounts currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. Mounts joined Old National in 1993 as Vice President and Human Resources Director and previously served as the Company's Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining Old National, Mr. Mounts worked 14 years at Keller Crescent in the Human Resources Division.

Annette W. Hudgions currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Client Services Officer. Most recently, she had served as Chief Administrative Officer and President and CEO of Old National Service Division. Prior to that, she served as Vice president of Systems Support for Old National Bank. Ms. Hudgions has been with the Company since 1977.

Barbara A. Murphy is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer. She previously served as Chief Risk Officer. Murphy joined Old National in June, 2005. Prior to joining Old National, Murphy most recently served as director and Executive Vice President of cash management sales, service and internet support at Bank One Corporation.

Candice J. Rickard is Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Old National Bancorp. Rickard has more than 15 years of experience in banking, including work in areas of accounting, regulatory compliance, internal audit, loan review, and bank consulting. Rickard joined Old National in 2001, was promoted to corporate controller in 2002, and to senior vice president in 2005. Prior to joining Old National, Rickard practiced public accounting and consulting since 1991 at the regional accounting firm, EKW & Associates, specializing in the banking industry.

Christopher A. Wolking is currently Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Old National Bancorp. Christopher began his career at Old National in 1999 as Treasurer and was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President in 2001 and Executive Vice President in 2005. Previously, Mr. Wolking worked in various roles in the treasury and wealth management units of Old Kent Financial Corporation.

Daryl D. Moore is Executive Vice President and CCO of Old National Bancorp. He was previously Senior Vice President from 1996 to 2001, Vice President from 1995 to 1996 and Chief Credit Officer. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Merchants National Bank (Terre Haute) from 1993 to 1995.

Jeffrey L. Knight is Executive Vice President and the Chief Legal Counsel for Old National Bancorp. Knight previously served as corporate secretary and general counsel. He joined Old National in September 1993 as general counsel.

Kathy A. Schoettlin is Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing and Public Relations Officer for Old National Bancorp. Schoettlin was previously Senior Vice President, Director of Marketing and Communications. Before coming to Old National in 2005, Schoettlin served for 15 years as Public Relations Director at the Southwestern Indiana Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Richard W. (Dick) Dubé is Executive Vice President and Chief Audit Executive of Old National Bancorp. He has been the General Auditor since 1997 and was promoted to Vice President, Audit and Risk Manager in 1999. In 2001, Dubé was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Audit Executive.

Larry E. Dunigan is the Chief Executive Officer of Holiday Management Company, a long distance communication and nursing home management company. He has been a Director since 1982.

Andrew E. Goebel is the retired President and COO of Vectren Corporation, an Evansville headquartered utility company. He is currently a financial and management consultant. He has been a Director since 2000.

Arthur H. McElwee, Jr. was appointed to the board of directors in May, 2007. He is owner of Toefco Engineered Coating Systems Inc. and is a partner in both St. Joseph Development and Investment Company and McElwee Real Estate, LLC. He had previously served as President and COO of the former St. Joseph Bank and Trust Company in South Bend, Indiana and most recently served on the Board of St. Joseph Capital Corporation and St. Joseph Capital Bank located in Mishawaka, Indiana.

Charles D. Storms is the President and CEO of Red Spot Paint and Varnish Co., Inc., a manufacturer of industrial coatings. He has been a Director since 1988.

Joseph D. Barnette Jr. was appointed to the board of directors in 2005. He is president of Sexton Companies, an Indianapolis-based development firm that builds and manages residential communities in Indiana, Louisiana, Ohio and Texas. He had previously served as chairman, chief executive officer and president of Bank One, Indiana.

Linda E. White was appointed to the Old National Bancorp Board of Directors in November, 2008. She previously had served on the Community Board of Old national Bank's Southern Region, located in Evansville, Indiana. Ms. White is President and CEO of Deaconess Health System and has served as an administrator at Deaconess since 1985.

Niel C. Ellerbrook is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Vectren Corporation, an energy holding company. He joined the board in 2002.

Phelps L. Lambert is a Managing Partner with Bush and Lambert, an investment company. He has been a Director since 1990.
