Mr. Rupp has been Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Olin Corporation since 2005. Prior to his election as Chairman, Mr. Rupp was President and CEO of Olin from 2002 to 2005. Prior to 2002, Mr. Rupp served in various positions with Olin, which he originally joined in 1972. Olin is a $2.4 billion NYSE-traded basic materials company concentrated in metals, chemicals and ammunition.

Mr. Altschul became a director of Orchard upon completion of the IPO in February 2006. Since January 2004, Mr. Altschul has been a partner in Altschul & Olin, LLP, a law firm, where his practice is primarily focused upon representing individuals and companies in the worldwide music industry. From January 2003 to December 2003, Mr. Altschul practiced law as a sole practitioner. From March 2002 to July 2002, Mr. Altschul served as an independent consultant to the Record Industry Association of America. From November 1980 to December 2001, Mr. Altschul was employed in various positions for Warner Bros. Records, including serving as General Counsel from 1986 to 1995 and as both Vice Chairman and General Counsel from 1995 to 2001. Mr. Altschul has a BA degree from Amherst College and a JD degree from Yale Law School.

Milton Olin, Partner Altschul & Olin. Milton Olin is a founding partner in the Los Angeles Law Firm of Altschul & Olin, llp where he practices Entertainment, New Media, IP and Internet Law with his partner David Altschul, former Vice-Chairman of Warner Records. Olin was also Senior Counsel at Manatt Phelps & Phillips, Senior Vice President of the original Napster, and Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at A&M Records, responsible for all legal and business aspects of the company prior to the consolidation of A&M in wake of its acquisition by Vivendi/Universal.

Mr. Benoist was previously Senior Vice President, Director of Finance of the Networks Segment of Motorola Inc., a $6.3 billion business unit responsible for the global design, manufacturing, and distribution of wireless and wired telecom system solutions. During more than 25 years with Motorola, Mr. Benoist served in senior financial and general management roles across Motorola s portfolio of businesses, including the Personal Communications Sector, Integrated and Electronic Systems Sector, Multimedia Group, Wireless Data Group, and Cellular Infrastructure Group. He has a B.S. in Finance & Accounting from Southern Illinois University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

VINCENT J. SMITH, 59, served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Dow Chemical Canada, a subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company (a diversified chemical manufacturing company) from 2001 until his retirement in 2004. From 1972 to 2000, he held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, manufacturing and management, including the position of Business Director for Dow’s global chlor alkali assets. Mr. Smith has an extensive background in the chlor alkali industry. Mr. Smith earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from McMaster University. He is a member of the board of directors of Climate Change Central (a not-for-profit organization that brings private and public sector leaders together to find an effective way to manage climate change challenges in the province of Alberta, Canada).
