Mr. Altschul became a director of Orchard upon completion of the IPO in February 2006. Since January 2004, Mr. Altschul has been a partner in Altschul & Olin, LLP, a law firm, where his practice is primarily focused upon representing individuals and companies in the worldwide music industry. From January 2003 to December 2003, Mr. Altschul practiced law as a sole practitioner. From March 2002 to July 2002, Mr. Altschul served as an independent consultant to the Record Industry Association of America. From November 1980 to December 2001, Mr. Altschul was employed in various positions for Warner Bros. Records, including serving as General Counsel from 1986 to 1995 and as both Vice Chairman and General Counsel from 1995 to 2001. Mr. Altschul has a BA degree from Amherst College and a JD degree from Yale Law School.

Gray G. Benoist was appointed Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer (title changed as reflected in the above table in February 2009) in August 2006. Mr. Benoist was previously Senior Vice President, Director of Finance of the Networks Segment of Motorola Inc., a $6.3 billion business unit responsible for the global design, manufacturing, and distribution of wireless and wired telecom system solutions. During more than 25 years with Motorola, Mr. Benoist served in senior financial and general management roles across Motorola s portfolio of businesses, including the Personal Communications Sector, Integrated and Electronic Systems Sector, Multimedia Group, Wireless Data Group, and Cellular Infrastructure Group. From 1972 to 2000, he held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, manufacturing and management, including the position of Business Director for Dow’s global chlor alkali assets. Mr. Smith has an extensive background in the chlor alkali industry. Mr. Smith earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from McMaster University. He is a member of the board of directors of Climate Change Central (a not-for-profit organization that brings private and public sector leaders together to find an effective way to manage climate change challenges in the province of Alberta, Canada).
