Alan J. Holz is Manager, Human Resources and has been employed in Human Resources since 1973 with both for profit and not-for-profit organizations including U.S. Bank, Hamline University, Minnesota Sun Publications, BlueCross BlueShield and Olsen Thielen since 1998. He has also taught Employment Law, Compensation and Benefits, and Staffing and Interviewing in the St. Paul Technical College' Human Resource Program. Alan has his Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota and a Masters from Mankato State University. He specializes in providing practical, cost-effective human resource services to meet your needs and prevent costly, time-consuming mistakes. Alan will work with you in designing and managing solutions to your most pressing H.R. needs.

Joel Grundmeier, CPA, CFP, MST, is a Manager with Olsen Thielen & Co., Ltd. He has 10 years of experience and specializes in trust, gift, and estate tax matters, as well as preparing valuations for business. Prior to joining the firm in 1997, Grundmeier served for 12 years as an officer in the United States Air Force. Grundmeier is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Minnesota Society of CPAs (MNCPA), and is a Certified Financial Planner . Lisa Dunnigan is a principal at Olsen Thielen & Co., Ltd. She graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She has more than 20 years of IT experience in the areas of LAN/WAN administration, database design and development, implementation of CRM, practice management, and accounting software systems, strategic technology planning and budgeting. She manages the Internal Information Systems at Olsen Thielen & Co. as well as the IT Services consulting group for Olsen Thielen Technologies.
