Brian was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer effective July 1, 2008. He previously served as OMNI's Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining OMNI, Brian was the President and one of the owner/principals of Charles Holston, Inc. He also founded an environmental consulting firm EMRAS, Inc., and spent six years as President of Meklo, Inc., a Houston-based industrial waste management company. He sold Meklo to Philip Services Corporation, and then served as PSC's General Manager of Gulf Coast Operations and President of the Industrial Services Division. He began his career with Marine Shale Processors, Inc. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Louisiana State University.

Andy joined OMNI through the acquisition of Trussco, Inc. Prior to his tenure at Trussco he gained more than 17 years of experience in operations and management with Production Management, Inc. and Allwaste Environmental Services. He has significant experience in team supervision, project planning and coordination, financial forecasting and management, and marketing and business development. In addition, he has directed dockside relationships with major oilfield service companies and marketing strategies to enhance the growth of the operating segment.

Joey was a principal and owner at Charles Holston, Inc. for three years before the business was sold to OMNI. Prior to that, he was a senior manager in the oil field services group of Philip Services Corporation. Joey has in-depth knowledge of the oil and gas services industry and significant expertise in new business development.

John joined OMNI through its acquisition of AirJac Drilling, a division of Veritas Land DGC, where he held a similar position. He has more than 28 years of experience in transition zone and highland seismic drilling operations.

Lawrence J. Shaw was a principal and owner at CHI for three years before the business was sold to the Company in March 2007. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Shaw was a senior manager in the oil field services group of Philip Services Corporation. Mr. Shaw has in-depth knowledge of the oil and gas services industry and significant expertise in new business development. He received his Bachelors degree in education and environmental science from McNeese State University.

Dennis R. Sciotto is a founder and co-owner of FF Properties, a real estate holding company created in 1988 which specializes in the acquisitions of commercial properties suitable for drive-through restaurants. To date, FF Properties has over 100 locations throughout the Western United States. Prior to 1988, Mr. Sciotto was a restaurateur, catering to the military installations in San Diego. Mr. Sciotto attended San Diego State University. Mr. Sciotto was elected to the Board by the holders of the Series C Preferred Stock in June 2005.

Barry's experience includes work with a broad range of clients in the manufacturing and distribution industry, various technology related engagements including publicly held companies and various types of service companies. Has been involved in international operations with two Houston based clients dealing with international accounting and legal issues. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, contracts, due diligence and negotiations working directly with chief executive officers, owners/entrepreneurs and attorneys. Most recent experience working with boards regarding SEC requirements with respect to corporate governance and assisted in formulating internal audit committees and advised board members on their responsibilities applicable thereto. Barry has practiced public accounting for over 40 years. Before joining Silver Fox Advisors, Barry was a partner in the Houston office of Grant Thornton LLP, Accountants and Consultants, and prior to that a partner and associate regional director with Deloitte & Touche (formerly Touche, Ross and Company). Currently, Barry is an adjunct professor of accounting at Houston Community College.

William W. Rucks, IV has served as our director since October 1999. Mr. Rucks has been a private venture capitalist-investor since September 1996. He has served as a director of OMNI Energy Services, Inc. since 1997. He served as President and Vice Chairman of Ocean Energy, Inc., formerly Flores & Rucks, Inc., from July 1995 until September 1996 and as its President and Chief Executive Officer from its inception in 1992 until July 1995. From 1985 to 1992, Mr. Rucks served as President of FloRuxco, Inc. Before then, Mr. Rucks worked as Petroleum Landman with Union Oil Company of California in its Southwest Louisiana District, serving as Area Land Manager from 1981 to 1984.
