As ExecutiveVice President of Asset Management, Paul Dietzler focuses on long range planning for existing properties as well as analyzing new opportunities with the hotel space. Previously the Senior Vice President of Finance and Information Technology, Dietzler continues to oversee these functions for Omni Hotels, along with establishing direction for information systems activities and capital investments to support corporate business strategies. Prior to being named Vice President in 1999, Dietzler served as Corporate Controller of Hotel Accounting. He assisted in the corporate acquisition of Omni Hotels in 1996 by TRT Holdings, Inc. From 1991 to 1996, Dietzler was employed with Shoreline Operating Company, a hotel management company owned by TRT Holdings. He was employed with Interstate Hotels Corporation before joining Shoreline. A member of Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP), Dietzler graduated from the University of Minnesota with degrees in business and economics.

Joy Rothschild rejoined Omni Hotels as senior vice president of human resources in January 1998. In 2002, the function was recast as Associate Services to formalize the company's service commitment to the people who make Omni Hotels a success. A 24-year veteran of Omni Hotels, Joy was appointed senior vice president of human resources in 1992. She has also held the positions of vice president of human resources, corporate human resources director and senior regional director, as well as human resources director for several individual Omni Hotels properties. From 1996 to 1998, she was employed with Carnival Hotels and Casinos as senior vice president of human resources. Joy is currently the Chairperson of the American Hotel and Lodging Association's Labor Council. She is a certified human resources executive (CHRE) by the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Joy is a 2002 and 2003 winner of the Human Resources Service Excellence Award from HR Solutions, Inc., a Hotel Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) Golden Bell Winner and a 1992 recipient of Omni Hotels' President's Award for developing the Omni Service Champion associate recognition program and the Power of One associate empowerment program. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in hospitality management from the University of New Hampshire's Whittemore School of Business. Joy's post-college executive education includes Harvard Business School's Achieving Excellence through Service Program and the University of Michigan's Advanced Human Resources Executive Forum, rated by the Wall Street Journal as the top executive human resources program in the country. Joy resides in Dallas and New Orleans with her husband "Hank" and two children, Raef (8) and Francesca (6).

Bill Gehron is serving on NMF's Executive Board and is focusing on communications and marketing. He is a retired executive from the hotel industry, held sales and marketing positions for both Sheraton and Omni Hotels for over 20 years. His most recent position was National Director of Marketing for Omni Hotels Northeast region. Throughout his career, Mr. Gehron was active in numerous professional organizations and served as Chairman of the National Hotel Sales and Marketing Association's Educational Foundation. Mr. Gehron designed and ran the Omni Hotels Advisory Board that began a forum for Omni corporate executives and hotel customers to create quality initiatives several times a year. Mr. Gehron now serves in a variety of volunteer capacities. He oversees grants made to community based service organizations for the national and regional Grant Advisory Committee of Catholic Charities NY. He has been a member of the New York State grant review committee for Ryan White hospital recipients and a college mentor for the New York Public School system, where he was voted "Outstanding Learning Leader Volunteer" in 2001 for securing a technology grant from Oracle for a struggling New York public high school. Mr. Gehron holds a Political Science and History degree from American University.

Doug's experience includes twelve years in the hotel industry with national chains such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Preferred and Omni Hotels. Ms. Broussard has over 15 years experience in luxury hotel sales and marketing. Her hotel career encompasses regional sales as well as on property marketing working with international companies such as InterContinental Hotels Worldwide Sales office representing 116 properties, Omni Hotels in Houston and The Remington for Rosewood Hotels. Prior to her current position, Ms. Broussard was Director of Sales and Marketing for eight years at The Lancaster Hotel and Vice President of The Lancaster Group, Inc.. As Managing Director of The Lancaster Group, the main focus of her efforts remains on developing new business for the hotels and ensuring that the luxury standards of each property are maintain for maximum guest satisfaction and comfort. Additionally, Frances is responsible to maintain on a corporate level the relationships within the consortia market, the mega travel agencies in New York and Los Angeles, and representing the company and all properties in both national and international marketplace. Frances also oversees all reservation systems, web sites and hotel databases.

Mike's background includes ten years as Senior VP and part owner of Victor Management Company of Newport News, VA. He directed all development, operations and finance activities, building the company's portfolio to 23 hotels. Mike earned his stripes at Sonesta International where, over ten years, he served in several operational capacities, including Corporate Food and Beverage Staff Specialist, General Manager of Hotel Sonesta, Winnipeg, and as Washington Regional Manager for the company's motor hotel division. Other experience includes two years with Omni Hotels (then called Dunfey Hotels), four years with Registry Hotels, and two years with Holiday Inns, where he supervised development and operational activities of 130 franchised Holiday Inns. Mike is a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, and was a 2002 inductee into the school's Wall of Fame. Mike is currently an active member of the the American Hotel and Motel Association, the Williamsburg, VA Hotel and Motel Association, and serves as a trustee of the Cornell Hotel School Alumni Association.
