"Randall A. Lipps founded Omnicell in September 1992 and serves as the company's chairman, president and chief executive officer. From the company's founding until October 2002, Mr. Lipps was chairman of the board of directors. He assumed the additional role of president and chief executive officer in October 2002 and has provided the leadership for Omnicell's business expansion. Since taking on the day-to-day operations of the company, Mr. Lipps has brought in a well-known Silicon Valley management team and has focused the company on growth and technology leadership. During 2003, Omnicell was recognized as one of the top 150 Silicon Valley companies, as measured by market capitalization, by the San Jose Mercury News. Prior to founding Omnicell, Mr. Lipps served as the senior vice president at ST Holdings, a travel and marketing company. Mr. Lipps received both a B.S. in economics and a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University. "

John G. Choma joined Omnicell in January 2004 as Vice President of Performance Management and was named Vice President, Organizational Development, Learning and Performance in January 2005. In January 2009, Mr. Choma was named Vice President, Professional Services and Chief Learning Officer. From May 2003 to July 2004, Mr. Choma owned and operated World Champion Performance, a consulting firm. From June 2001 to May 2003, Mr. Choma served as Manager of Sales Training with Openwave Systems, Inc., a provider of open software products and services and from August 2000 to June 2001 as Manager of Sales Training and Development with Broadband Office, Inc., a broadband telecommunications company. Mr. Choma received a B.S. in education from the University of Virginia, earned a Certified Performance Technologist designation from the International Society for Performance Improvement and a M.S. in organizational leadership from Norwich University. Dan S. Johnston joined Omnicell in November 2003 as Vice President and General Counsel. From April 1999 to November 2003, Mr. Johnston was Vice President and General Counsel at Be, Inc., a software company. From September 1994 to March 1999, Mr. Johnston was an attorney with the law firm Cooley Godward Kronish LLP. Mr. Johnston received a B.S. in computer information systems from Humboldt State University and a J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law.

"Rob Seim, vice president, finance and chief financial officer, joined Omnicell in January 2006. Mr. Seim began his business career in 1982 with IBM, serving in a variety of financial positions at three divisions over the course of 14 years. From 1996 through 1999, he held a number of senior financial management positions at Bay Networks, which was acquired by Nortel Networks in September 1998. From 1999 until joining Omnicell, Mr. Seim served as CFO of three early-stage technology companies, including Villa Montage Systems, a provider of residential broadband access management systems that he co-founded in 1999, Candera, a maker of network-based storage controllers, and most recently, Mirra, a vendor of personal backup servers which was acquired by Seagate. Mr. Seim has a B.S. degree in accounting from California State University, Sacramento. "

Gary E. Wright has served as Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Field Operations since October 2002. Mr. Wright joined Omnicell in June 1994 and served as Vice President of Supplier Relations and International from July 2000, Vice President of Supplier Relations from September 1999 to June 2000, Vice President of Business Development from July 1998 until August 1999, and Vice President of Sales and Field Operations from June 1994 to June 1998. Mr. Wright received a B.S. from Northern Illinois University.

J. Christopher Drew joined Omnicell in April 1994 and was named senior vice president, operations, in January 2005. In January 2009, Mr. Drew was named Senior Vice President, Field Operations. From April 1994 to January 2005, Mr. Drew served in various management positions including Vice President of Branded Solutions and Director of Corporate Development. Previously, Mr. Drew was a financial analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and at Brentwood Associates, a private equity firm. Mr. Drew received a B.A. in economics from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Dan S. Johnston, vice president and general counsel, joined Omnicell in November 2003. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Johnston was vice president and general counsel at Be, Inc., a software company, and from 1994 to 1999 was an attorney with the law firm Cooley Godward LLP. Mr. Johnston received a B.S. in computer information systems from Humboldt State University and a J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law.

Marga Ortigas-Wedekind, vice president marketing, joined Omnicell in January of 2009. From February 2002 until October 2008, Ms. Ortigas-Wedekind was the SVP Marketing, Development, and Clinical Affairs of Xoft, Inc., a medical device startup in electronic brachytherapy used in the radiation treatment of cancer patients. From February 2000 until December 2001, she served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ProDuct Health, (purchased By Cytyc, Inc.) a startup involved in early breast cancer diagnosis and risk stratification. From January 1990 until February 2000, she worked at Guidant Vascular Intervention in various functions covering international and worldwide sales and marketing, culminating in the role of Director, Market Development. She has a BA in Political Economics from Wellesley College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Nhat H. Ngo, vice president, strategy and business development, joined Omnicell in November 2008. Prior to joining Omnicell, Nhat led strategic business development for a business unit of Covidien, where he had global responsibilities as vice president of business development and licensing. From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Ngo worked at BriteSmile, Inc., a direct-to-consumer aesthetic technology company and served in a variety of senior leadership positions in marketing, sales, operations, strategic planning, and corporate development. Prior to BriteSmile, Mr. Ngo practiced corporate law at Shaw Pittman in Washington, D.C. Mr. Ngo obtained a B.S. degree in commerce, with a concentration in finance, from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce and a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.

S. Michael Hanna has served as Vice President of Sales and Field Operations of Omnicell since July 1998. From July 1996 to July 1998, Mr. Hanna served as a Regional Vice President of Omnicell. From 1981 to July 1996, Mr. Hanna was employed by Air Shields, Inc., a medical equipment manufacturer, in a variety of sales positions, most recently as Director of North American Sales.

Mr. Wegmiller is Chairman Emeritus at Integrated Healthcare Strategies and currently sits on its Board of Advisors. IHStrategies is the nation's leading authority on executive compensation and physician compensation for health care organizations. Mr. Wegmiller brings more than 35 years of experience in health care administration, many spent managing multi-hospital systems. Prior to coming to IH Strategies, he served as Vice Chairman and President of HealthSpan Health Systems Corporation, Minnesota's largest health care network. From 1986 to 1988, Mr. Wegmiller served as a chairman officer of the American Hospital Association, serving in 1987 as the organization's chairman, the highest elected office. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), a member of the American Hospital Association (AHA), and has served on the boards of numerous publicly held corporations over the past 20 years. Mr. Wegmiller received both his Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Health Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Kevin L. Roberg has served as a director of Omnicell since June 1997. Mr. Roberg is a partner at Delphi Ventures, a venture capital firm. From December 1995 to June 1998, Mr. Roberg served as president and CEO of ValueRx, a Value Health Company. From April 1995, until it was acquired by ValueRx in December 1995, Mr. Roberg served as president and CEO of Medintell Systems Corporation, a pharmaceutical information management company. From June 1994 to April 1995, Mr. Roberg served as president of Western Health Plans and president of PRIMExtra, Inc. for EBP Health Plans, Inc. a third-party administrator. Mr. Roberg received a B.S. from the University of Iowa. Mr. Roberg is also a director of Duane Reade, Inc. and Accredo Health, Inc.

Mary E. Foley, age 56, has served as a Director of Omnicell since May 2005. Since April 2004, Ms. Foley has served as the Associate Director of the Center for Research and Nursing Innovation at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where she is also a Ph.D. student in nursing policy. Since 2004, Ms. Foley has also served as Vice President of the American Nurses Association. From September 2002 to September 2004, Ms. Foley was a Regents Lecturer at UCSF and Visiting Assistant Professor in the Masters entry program. From 1981 to 2000, Ms. Foley was a staff nurse and chief nurse executive at Saint Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco. From 1994 to 1999, Ms. Foley was a part-time clinical faculty member at San Francisco State University School of Nursing, and was the faculty adviser for the student nurses association. Ms. Foley received a nursing diploma from New England Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing, a B.S.N. from Boston University School of Nursing and an M.S. in nursing administration and occupational health from UCSF.

"Sara J. White has served as a director of Omnicell since April 2003. Ms. White is a clinical professor in the School of Pharmacy at the University of California-San Francisco. Previously, she served as director of pharmacy and administrative director for clinical nutrition at Stanford Hospital and Clinics. From 1993 to 1999, Ms. White was program director in an American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited specialty residency in hospital pharmacy administration. She received a B.S. degree from Oregon State University and a M.S. in hospital pharmacy management from Ohio State University. Ms. White is a fellow of ASHP. "
