A. Louis Rubin is the Managing Director and Founder of DPrime Consulting, LLC, an autonomous unit of Doremus and the Omnicom Group. DPrime Consulting's mission it to help companies find a singular communications idea that clarifies their proposition, unifies all their communications efforts and inspires all their stakeholders. Rubin was trained in the most classical sense on both the services and client side of the business and has worked either for or on behalf of the following companies to help them find the big idea that catapults them to success: Procter & Gamble, Duracell, General Foods, Chase Manhattan Bank, Shulton, Colgate- Palmolive, Financial Times, Dow Jones, Guardian Insurance, ITT Industries, United Technology Corporation, Honeywell, TRW Automotive, Corning and the Wharton School. Rubin holds a Master's degree from Harvard but is most proud of being a graduate of the senior management program of Omnicom University. He is an avid bicyclist who has restored his 1970's era Falcon lightweight, is a self-confessed gearhead who should have been an engineer, and has worked diligently to raise money for Harvard through the auspices of the Harvard Radcliffe Club of Westchester. Mr. Cook is a private investor and consultant. Previously, he was a managing director and partner of Warburg Pincus from March 1991 until his retirement in February 1999. Before that, Mr. Cook was a Senior Partner of Ernst & Young (August 1961–September 1989) and a Managing Director of Schroders (September 1989–March 1991).
Mr. Roubos was Chairman of Dover Corporation, a diversified industrial manufacturing corporation, from May 1989 to May 1999, and Chief Executive Officer of that company from January 1981 to May 1994. He is also a director of Voyager Learning Company.

"Former President of The National League of Professional Baseball Clubs
Mr. Coleman is the former president of The National League of Professional Baseball Clubs. Mr. Coleman signed on with Major League Baseball in 1992 as executive director—market development. Previously, Mr. Coleman was a municipal finance banker for Kidder, Peabody & Company. Prior to joining Kidder, Mr. Coleman served as commissioner of both the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and Department of Energy, and chairman of the Hackensack Meadowlands Development Commission and the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency. He was the vice chairman of the State Commission on Ethical Standards and a member of the Economic Development Authority, Urban Enterprise Zone Authority, Urban Development Authority, State Planning Commission and New Jersey Public Television Commission. Mr. Coleman also has served as president of the Greater Newark Urban Coalition.
From 1976 to 1980, Mr. Coleman worked in Africa in mission service for the Protestant Episcopal Church of the United States, providing management consultant services in health care, education and church and community development in 17 African countries.
Mr. Coleman received an undergraduate degree in history from Princeton University. He also earned a master’s in public administration degree and a master’s in education and social policy degree, both from Harvard University.
Mr. Coleman serves on the board of directors of The Omnicom Group, Cendant Corp., Aramark, Churchill Downs and Electronic Arts. He also serves as a director of a number of other organizations, including the Children’s Defense Fund, The Metropolitan Opera, the Schumann Fund, and Little League Baseball.
Mr. Coleman is chairman of the Jackie Robinson Foundation. He is a former chairman of the board of trustees of the Presiding Bishop’s Fund for World Relief and the United States chairman of the Bishop Tutu Scholarship Fund. "
Ms. Rice is President and Chief Executive Officer of Johnson Publishing Company, Inc., positions she has held since 2002. Ms. Rice is also a director of Kimberly-Clark Corporation and MoneyGram International Inc.
Mr. Clark is a Harvard University Distinguished Service Professor, Harvard Law School. He was Dean and Royall Professor of Law at Harvard Law School from July 1989 to July 2003. He has served as a professor of law at Harvard Lw School since 1978, and before that, was a tenured professor at Yale Law School. His specialty is corporate law. Mr. Clark is also a director of Time Warner Inc. and a member of the Board of Trustees of Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association (TIAA).
Mr. Danziger received his B.A. in 1998 from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. in 2005 from Northwestern University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Danziger successfully briefed and argued pro se Danziger v. Luse, in which the Ohio Supreme Court broadened the common law right of shareholder inspection in Ohio. The case received press from prominent industry publications including Law Week, Securities Regulation and Law Report and American Banker. Prior to attending law school Mr. Danziger worked as an equity research analyst. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts. Additionally, he has appeared as a guest lecturer at NYU on the subject of the legal considerations in internal investigations and forensic accounting. Mr. Danziger was a member of the team that successfully prosecuted the securities class action against Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation ("Freddie Mac"), securing a settlement of $410 million dollars on behalf of injured investors. He is currently a member of the teams prosecuting In re Omnicom Group, Inc. Securities Litigation; In re Alstom SA Securities Litigation; and In re Isolagen, Inc. Securities Litigation.
