Cornelis F. Wit . Mr. Wit has been a member of our Board of Directors since November 1999, and CEO and President since June of 2002. Mr. Wit was our interim CEO from June to July 2000. Mr. Wit was the President of Corporate Finance at Noesis Capital Corp, Boca Raton, Florida, an NASD member firm, from March 1995 until September 2000. Prior to 1994, Mr. Wit was the CEO for DMV, USA, the American subsidiary for Campina Melkunie, a Dutch multi-billion dollar food and pharmaceutical ingredient company. Mr. Wit served as Vice President International Operations for Duphar, a pharmaceutical company in Holland. Mr. Wit graduated from Nyenrode, a business university in Holland.

Mr. Linares has served as the Chief Financial Officer since April 2000. Prior to joining OmniComm, from 1996 until 1999 he was Chief Financial Officer of First Performance Corp., a financial consulting firm. From 1992 to 1996 he served in various senior financial positions within the Kenny Rogers Roasters Company. In that company he also served as Chief Financial Officer of Foodquest, Inc. from 1994 to 1996. Mr. Linares received a B.S. from the University of Florida and a Masters in Public Accountancy from Barry University.

Ken Light is the Senior Vice President of Professional Services at OmniComm. Mr. Light is responsible for leading the delivery of technology transfer and implementation services for customers seeking on-site adoption of EDC technology. Prior to joining OmniComm, Mr. Light was a Solutions Partner at BusinessEdge Solutions, Inc. where he oversaw the delivery of technology, strategy and process improvement services for pharmaceutical and life sciences companies seeking to accelerate clinical development. Prior to that he was Practice Director, Life Sciences Consulting for Oracle Corporation where he oversaw clinical software implementation activities for major pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations including Abbott, Biogen Idec, Boehringer Ingelheim, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Merck, National Cancer Institute, Schering-Plough, Roche, Pfizer and Wyeth, along with numerous small to mid-size organizations. Before joining Oracle, Ken was Practice Director, Clinical Technology for First Consulting Group where he established Centers of Excellence focused on clinical trial and adverse events IT solutions. Mr. Light received an M.S., Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has delivered a multitude of educational industry presentations at meetings such as the DIA, EDC and Beyond, ACRP and the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council.

Sondra Smyrnios is Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at OmniComm Systems, Inc. Ms. Smyrnios has over 14 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and joins OmniComm from Evia Clinical Services, LLC, where she was Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to forming Evia, Ms. Smyrnios was Executive Director of Clinical Operations at Kos Pharmaceuticals which was acquired by Abbott Laboratories in December 2006. Ms. Smyrnios joined Kos in 2004 and was responsible for the clinical operations, monitoring and training functions, which included clinical process and organizational re-engineering. Ms. Smyrnios was personally selected by the President and CEO of Kos Pharmaceuticals as recipient of the 2005 Kos Values "President's Award" for outstanding individual contribution.

Thomas Wells is the Vice President of Technology for OmniComm. Mr. Wells spearheads technology operations and drives strategy and new business processes and systems for product development as OmniComm delivers integrated solutions to meet industry demand. Mr. Wells brings a strong pharmaceutical and healthcare background to the position. Prior to joining OmniComm, Mr. Wells served as Director, Research & Development Informatics at Amgen, Inc. In his role at Amgen, he managed global teams that implemented and supported all of Amgen's development systems. The teams implemented over 50 new clinical trials annually and maintained approximately 100+ trials in both EDC and Oracle Clinical. In addition, part of his responsibilities included expanding the global EDC program into large Phase II and III clinical trials. In 2008, all new Amgen trials will be using EDC. Prior to Mr. Wells' tenure at Amgen, he worked for Integrium, a clinical research organization, as Director Information Technology where he developed and implemented all clinical trials management systems and all data management systems to fully integrate and interface with OCR, EDC and other external sources. He also partnered with QA and was responsible for all Sponsor audits. Before joining Integrium, Thomas served as Senior Systems Architect for Ultralink Inc., a web-based healthcare system and EDI solutions company. Prior to that, he held positions with Cocensys, Inc, a CNS biopharmaceutical company, Specialized Clinical Services, Inc., Long Beach Genetics, Inc. and Eastman Kodak, Clinical Products Division. Mr. Wells has a Master of Science in Biochemistry with an emphasis on Computer Science from University of California, Riverside. CA and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Computing/Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology , Rochester, NY.

Mr. Fishkin joined Omnicomm Systems, Inc. late in 2006 as Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Fishkin was Director of Application Development for VITAS, the world's largest hospice. From 2000 to 2003 he was Vice President of Operations for an enterprise wide software company, Systech. Earlier positions included two years as National MIS Director for Banfield Veterinary Hospitals and thirteen years as Director of Applications for an enterprise wide healthcare company, HMDS. Mr. Fishkin has a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin in Management Information Systems and Business Management.

Ms. Kelley joined the OmniComm team as Director of Marketing in December 2006. Prior to that date, Ms. Kelley was President of Kelley Marketing Productions. Ms. Kelley has over 15 years of experience in the clinical trial industry that include 6 years with Phase Forward, joining the start up as employee #13 and holding a variety of positions of increasing responsibility. Before joining Phase Forward, Ms. Kelley held marketing positions with MTRA, a Contract Research Organization (CRO) and Cellcor Therapeutics, a biotechnology company. Ms. Kelley attended Massachusetts Bay Community College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Mr. van Kesteren has been a member of our Board of Directors since November 1999. Since 1996 Mr. van Kesteren has been a consultant to Noesis Capital Corp., a NASD member firm. Prior thereto, he was employed from 1972 until 1996 by Johnson & Johnson in various capacities, holding the position of Vice President International from 1985 until 1996 with responsibility for the Australasian subsidiaries. Mr. van Kesteren graduated from Nyenrode, a business university in Holland.
