Robert H. Coleman is President, Decorative Products business segment of OMNOVA Solutions Inc. The business designs and produces aesthetic and functional surfaces, including commercial wallcoverings; coated fabrics for upholstery and other applications; and laminates used on furniture, in manufactured housing interiors and on cabinets. OMNOVA Solutions has $869 million in sales. Mr. Coleman joined OMNOVA in July of 2003 after a 24-year career with the Avery Dennison Corporation, where he led businesses on two continents. Most recently, Mr. Coleman was Vice President and General Manager, Graphics North America, for Avery Dennison - a multi-site manufacturing business which serves the commercial signage, durable graphics and sheet-fed offset printed label markets. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Coleman was Vice President and General Manager, Fasson Roll, Europe, Avery Dennison’s largest international business with 7 plants and 10 distribution centers. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Coleman served as Vice President and General Manager of the Fasson Films Division, a manufacturer of self-adhesive label films. Prior to that, he held a number of key commercial positions throughout his career at Avery Dennison, including Director of Marketing. Mr. Coleman received his MBA and BS degrees from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Gregory T. Troy , age 50, Senior Vice President, Human Resources of OMNOVA Solutions Inc. since September 1999. Mr. Troy served as Director, Human Resources of GenCorp Inc. s Performance Chemicals business unit from December 1996 until the spin-off of OMNOVA Solutions in October 1999. Previously, Mr. Troy served as Director, Human Resources, of Bosch Braking Systems (formerly AlliedSignal) from 1995 to December 1996, and Employee Relations Area Manager, Manufacturing, of Mobil Corporation s Plastics division from 1994 to 1995.

Chester W. Fox is Vice President, Treasurer of OMNOVA Solutions Inc., an $869 million company and leading producer of emulsion polymers, specialty chemicals, and decorative and functional surfaces. Mr. Fox was named Vice President in September 2007, after having served as Director of Treasury since the Company’s spin-off from GenCorp Inc. in 1999. He played a critical role in 2007 debt refinancing efforts which will result in approximately $6 million in annual interest savings for OMNOVA. Under his leadership, OMNOVA has significantly improved working capital. Mr. Fox joined the Company in 1987 as Accounting Manager at GenCorp’s Diversitech General plant in Wabash, Indiana. He spent eleven years with GenCorp’s former automotive vehicle sealing business, most recently as Segment Controller. Mr. Fox received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Myers College in Cleveland, Ohio and his MBA in business administration from Baldwin Wallace College, also in the Cleveland area.

Kristine C. Syrvalin is Vice President, Human Resources Administration, Assistant General Counsel and Secretary of Solutions Inc., an $869 million company and leading producer of emulsion polymers, specialty chemicals, and decorative and functional surfaces. Ms. Syrvalin was named Vice President, Human Resources Administration in September 2007, after having served in this capacity on an interim basis since March 2006. In this role, she provides leadership for the Company’s Compensation and Benefits function and support to the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee of the OMNOVA Solutions Board of Directors. She is also a member of OMNOVA Solutions’ Human Resources Council, which sets the strategies and priorities for HR and ensures consistent implementation of HR policies and programs across the Company. In addition to her role in Human Resources, Ms. Syrvalin continues to serve as Assistant General Counsel and Secretary to the OMNOVA Solutions Board of Directors, positions she has held since joining the Company in 2001. She is responsible for corporate and securities law compliance and for providing legal support to the Company’s finance and human resources functions. Previously, Ms. Syrvalin served as Senior Counsel, Securities & Finance for TRW Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio, from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, she was an associate at Thompson Hine in Cleveland, Ohio, from 1993 to 1997. Ms. Syrvalin earned her juris doctor, magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University after receiving a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Ms. Syrvalin is a trustee of the OMNOVA Solutions Foundation.

Mr. D'Antoni has been a director of OMNOVA Solutions since November of 2003. His current term expires in 2010. He is a member of the Audit Committee. In September 2004, Mr. D'Antoni retired from his positions as Senior Vice President and Group Operating Officer of Ashland Inc. (a chemical, energy and transportation construction company), positions which he had held since 1988 and 1999, respectively. He previously served as President of APAC, Inc. and as President of Ashland Chemical Company. Mr. D'Antoni also serves on the Board of Directors of State Auto Financial Corporation, Columbus, Ohio, and Compass Minerals International, Inc., Overland Park, Kansas.

Edward P. Campbell is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Nordson Corporation, a multinational company with direct operations in 30 countries and more than 3,600 employees worldwide. Headquartered in Westlake, Ohio, Nordson Corporation is the world's leading producer of precision dispensing equipment to apply adhesives, sealants and coating to a broad range of consumer and industrial products during manufacturing operations, helping customers meet quality, productivity and environmental targets. Nordson products are used around the world in the appliance, automotive, bookbinding, construction, container, converting, electronics, food and beverage, furniture, medical, metal finishing, nonwovens, packaging, pharmaceutical and other diverse industries. Campbell spent 11 years in operating and financial management positions in the petroleum industry before joining Nordson in 1988 as corporate vice president. He was named executive vice president and chief operating officer in 1994 and was elected president and a member of Nordson's board of directors in 1996. In November of 1997, Campbell assumed the role of chief executive officer while retaining his position as president of the company. He was elected chairman in March 2004. Campbell holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana, and a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts. He resides in Westlake, Ohio. He is chairman of the Nordson Corporation Foundation and serves on the boards of KeyCorp, the Greater Cleveland Partnership and WVIZ/PBS and 90.3 WCPN ideastreamsm

Mr. Porcellato has been a director of OMNOVA Solutions since September of 2008. His current term expires in 2009. He is a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Porcellato has been an independent business consultant since February 2007. From 2002 through January 2007, he was the Chief Executive Officer of ICI Paints North America (a manufacturer and distributor of decorative coatings and a subsidiary of Imperial Chemical Industries PLC). He had previously served as Executive Vice President and General Manager – ICI Paint Stores, North America. Before joining ICI, Mr. Porcellato held a number of leadership positions at Rubbermaid Inc. (a global provider of home and garden, seasonal and commercial products), most recently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of Rubbermaid’s largest division, Home Products. Mr. Porcellato also serves on the Board of Directors of HNI Corporation, Muscatine, Iowa.

Mr. Merriman has been an operating advisor with Resilience Capital Partners, LLC, since July 1, 2008. From November 2006 until its sale in November 2007, Mr. Merriman served as Chief Executive Officer of The Lamson & Sessions Co. (a manufacturer of thermoplastic conduit, fittings and electrical switch and outlet boxes). Prior to joining Lamson & Sessions, Mr. Merriman served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Greetings from September 2005 until November 2006. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Appliance Mfg. Co. (a publicly-held manufacturer and marketer of Dirt Devil vacuum cleaners) from 1995 until April 2004 and was its Chief Financial Officer from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Merriman is a director of RC2 Corporation (a manufacturer of pre-school toys and infant products), Nordson Corporation (manufacturer of equipment used for precision dispensing, testing and inspection, surface preparation and curing) and OMNOVA Solutions Inc. (an innovator of emulsion polymers, specialty chemicals, and decorative and functional surfaces). Mr. Merriman is also a director of Students in Free Enterprise and True Hero, Inc., non-profit organizations.

Robert A. Stefanko, 66, serves as a Director of OMNOVA Solutions, Inc. (NYSE) an innovator of emulsion polymers, specialty chemicals and decorative and functional surfaces; and a member of the Audit Committee of OMNOVA Solutions. He is also a Director of The Davey Tree Expert Company, Kent, Ohio; a member of the Audit Committee of The Davey Tree Expert Company; former Chairman of the Board and Executive Vice President of Finance & Administration of A. Schulman, Inc., Akron, Ohio, an international supplier of plastic compounds and resins. He has served as a Director of Myers Industries since 2007.

Mr. Seelbach has been a director of OMNOVA Solutions since April of 2002. His current term expires in 2011. He is a member of the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Seelbach has been an Operating Executive of the Riverside Company (a large private equity firm investing in premier companies at the smaller end of the middle market) since January 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Seelbach served as President and CEO of the Ohio Aerospace Institute (an organization that brings together collaborators from industry, universities and federal laboratories to work together to build Ohio's aerospace economy) from April 2003 to December 2006. Previously, he was President of Brush Engineered Materials, Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio (a manufacturer of high performance engineered materials) from 2001 to May 2002. Prior to that, he served as President, Brush Wellman Inc. from 2000 to 2001 and as President, Alloy Products division of Brush Wellman from 1998 to 2000. From 1987 to 1998, Mr. Seelbach was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Inverness Partners, a limited liability company engaged in acquiring and operating Midwestern manufacturing companies. Mr. Seelbach also serves on the Board of Directors of Corrpro Companies, Inc., Medina, Ohio.
