Robert H. Coleman is President, Decorative Products business segment of OMNOVA Solutions Inc. The business designs and produces aesthetic and functional surfaces, including commercial wallcoverings; coated fabrics for upholstery and other applications; and laminates used on furniture, in manufactured housing interiors and on cabinets. OMNOVA Solutions has $869 million in sales.
Mr. Coleman joined OMNOVA in July of 2003 after a 24-year career with the Avery Dennison Corporation, where he led businesses on two continents.
Most recently, Mr. Coleman was Vice President and General Manager, Graphics North America, for Avery Dennison - a multi-site manufacturing business which serves the commercial signage, durable graphics and sheet-fed offset printed label markets.
From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Coleman was Vice President and General Manager, Fasson Roll, Europe, Avery Dennison’s largest international business with 7 plants and 10 distribution centers.
From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Coleman served as Vice President and General Manager of the Fasson Films Division, a manufacturer of self-adhesive label films. Prior to that, he held a number of key commercial positions throughout his career at Avery Dennison, including Director of Marketing.
Mr. Coleman received his MBA and BS degrees from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Gregory T. Troy , age 50, Senior Vice President, Human Resources of OMNOVA Solutions Inc. since September 1999. Mr. Troy served as Director, Human Resources of GenCorp Inc. s Performance Chemicals business unit from December 1996 until the spin-off of OMNOVA Solutions in October 1999. Chester W. Fox is Vice President, Treasurer of OMNOVA Solutions Inc., an $869 million company and leading producer of emulsion polymers, specialty chemicals, and decorative and functional surfaces. Mr. Fox was named Vice President in September 2007, after having served as Director of Treasury since the Company’s spin-off from GenCorp Inc. in 1999. He played a critical role in 2007 debt refinancing efforts which will result in approximately $6 million in annual interest savings for OMNOVA. Under his leadership, OMNOVA has significantly improved working capital.
Mr. Fox joined the Company in 1987 as Accounting Manager at GenCorp’s Diversitech General plant in Wabash, Indiana. He spent eleven years with GenCorp’s former automotive vehicle sealing business, most recently as Segment Controller.
Mr. Fox received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Myers College in Cleveland, Ohio and his MBA in business administration from Baldwin Wallace College, also in the Cleveland area.

Kristine C. Syrvalin is Vice President, Human Resources Administration, Assistant General Counsel and Secretary of Solutions Inc., an $869 million company and leading producer of emulsion polymers, specialty chemicals, and decorative and functional surfaces.
Ms. Syrvalin was named Vice President, Human Resources Administration in September 2007, after having served in this capacity on an interim basis since March 2006. In this role, she provides leadership for the Company’s Compensation and Benefits function and support to the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee of the OMNOVA Solutions Board of Directors. She is also a member of OMNOVA Solutions’ Human Resources Council, which sets the strategies and priorities for HR and ensures consistent implementation of HR policies and programs across the Company.
In addition to her role in Human Resources, Ms. Syrvalin continues to serve as Assistant General Counsel and Secretary to the OMNOVA Solutions Board of Directors, positions she has held since joining the Company in 2001. She is responsible for corporate and securities law compliance and for providing legal support to the Company’s finance and human resources functions.
Previously, Ms. Syrvalin served as Senior Counsel, Securities & Finance for TRW Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio, from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, she was an associate at Thompson Hine in Cleveland, Ohio, from 1993 to 1997.
Ms. Syrvalin earned her juris doctor, magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University after receiving a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Edward P. Campbell is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Nordson Corporation, a multinational company with direct operations in 30 countries and more than 3,600 employees worldwide.
Headquartered in Westlake, Ohio, Nordson Corporation is the world's leading producer of precision dispensing equipment to apply adhesives, sealants and coating to a broad range of consumer and industrial products during manufacturing operations, helping customers meet quality, productivity and environmental targets.
