Peter T. Dameris joined the Company in November 2003 as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer in September 2004. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company in February 2005. From February 2001 through October 2002, Mr. Dameris served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Quanta Services, Inc. (NYSE: PWR), a leading provider of specialized contracting services for the electric and gas utility, cable and telecommunications industries. From December 1994 through September 2000, Mr. Dameris served in a number of different positions at Metamor Worldwide, Inc. (formerly, NASDAQ: MMWW), an international, publicly-traded IT consulting/staffing company, including Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Senior Vice President and Secretary. In June 2000, Mr. Dameris successfully negotiated the sale of Metamor for $1.9 billion. From November 2002 to January 2006, Mr. Dameris was a member of the Board of Directors of Bindview Corporation (acquired by Symatec Corporation in January 2006). Mr. Dameris holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas Law School and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

Mark S. Brouse is president of VISTA Staffing Solutions, one of the largest temporary physician staffing or locum tenens services in the nation. VISTA works with physicians from just about every medical specialty and is the only locum tenens company that provides both domestic and international opportunities. The company provides a great deal of physician staffing assistance to governmental agencies. VISTA has also launched a permanent physician recruitment business and a private licensing program for physicians. VISTA Staffing Solutions is a founding member of the National Organization of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO), an organization that develops and enforces standards for credentialing, ethics, and business practices within the locum tenens industry. Mark focuses on developing innovative partnerships with the hospitals, health systems, and community-based practices that VISTA serves to help them make physician staffing a strategic advantage. He played a lead role in the development of effective professional liability insurance programs for this unique industry. As a founder of VISTA, he is committed to creating a culture that puts people first and gives them the incentive to think and act like company owners. Mark received a bachelor's degree in chemistry from California State, Dominguez Hills. He began his career in locum tenens with CompHealth in 1986, overseeing internal medicine and psychiatry teams. Mark is a member of the boards of directors of the YMCA of Greater Salt Lake, the Utah Healthcare Institute, and PEHR Technologies.

James L. Brill , age 57, has served as a director of the Company since March 2004. Since January 1, 2007, he has served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of On Assignment, Inc., a staffing agency for science and healthcare professionals. From July 1999 to December 2006, he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Diagnostic Products Corporation, a medical diagnostics manufacturer. From August 1998 to June 1999, Mr. Brill served as Chief Financial Officer of Jafra Cosmetics International, a cosmetics manufacturer, and Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Vertel Corporation from 1996 to 1998.

Michael Payne recently joined On Assignment in April 2003. He is responsible for several shared service groups including all Information Technology, Service Center, Payroll, Real Estate, and Travel/Housing. Mr. Payne comes most recently from Time Warner where he managed the technology group supporting the recorded music and publishing companies of Warner Music Group as the VP - Development. He also served as a member of the CIO council of AOL Time Warner focusing on post merger product development. Mr. Payne managed multiple shared service teams focused on packaged software implementations (Oracle & PeopleSoft) along with Internet Business Development, Digital Supply Chain & Product Delivery, and several New Media Viral Marketing Projects. Earlier in his career while with Ernst & Young LLP, Mr. Payne deployed a new business system and service center at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory to support 18-month space exploration missions. His professional experience also includes over 10 years with Nestle USA (Carnation Company) in a variety of Engineering and IT Management roles and the deployment of a home video worldwide manufacturing and distribution system for Technicolor. Mr. Payne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from De Paul University - Chicago, Illinois.

As Vice President of Recruiting, Carol McNamara joined On Assignment in May 2001 with 15 years of recruiting and staffing experience. Ms. McNamara is responsible for the recruitment of account executives and recruiters for all divisions as well as recruiting for all corporate positions. During her tenure with On Assignment, Ms. McNamara successfully implemented cost reducing recruiting strategies as well as to reduce costs and the number of days to fill open positions. Prior to joining On Assignment, Ms. McNamara worked at Ross Stores, Inc. as the Corporate Staffing Manager where she was responsible for management placements for the East and West Coast Distribution Centers, the Transportation Department, Human Resources, Real Estate, Finance and Payroll Departments. Ms. McNamara joined Ross Stores in 1996 as their West Coast Regional Recruiter and was responsible for the management staffing of 230 off-price retail stores in California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Washington State and Oregon. Ms. McNamara began her career as an executive recruiter with Douglas Associates in 1992 and specialized in permanent placements of retail executives through out the United States.

Christina Gibson joined On Assignment in May of 2007. As Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller, Ms. Gibson is responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of On Assignment and its subsidiaries, managing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and external and internal financial reporting for the Company. Prior to joining On Assignment, Inc., Ms. Gibson was the Controller for an internet banking software company and a telecommunications equipment provider, and spent five years in public accounting with Arthur Andersen in the audit department. Ms. Gibson received a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Karen Keppel joined On Assignment in June of 1998. Ms. Keppel is responsible for managing numerous areas of centralized support, including Payroll, Service Center, Ops Central and Branch Services. During her six year tenure with On Assignment, she has also managed other functional areas including the Appointment Center, Candidate Marketing, Human Resources, Training and Recruiting. She was part of the PeopleSoft implementation team and continues to work with the IT team on new enhancements to the company’s system. Prior to joining On Assignment, she served as Manager of Customer Service for Prudential Healthcare’s Los Angeles Regional Claims Division. Ms. Keppel has over 15 years of experience managing call centers, including outsourced startup projects with Teletech Telecommunications for Continental Airlines and Reno Air. Ms. Keppel also served five years in the banking industry as Assistant Vice President for Columbia National Bank and Commonwealth Bank, managing the Asset Based Lending department.

Samanthe Beck joined On Assignment in May 2007 as Vice President and Corporate General Counsel. Since November of 2000 Ms. Beck held various positions with Digital Insight Corporation, culminating with Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, when it was acquired by Intuit in February 2007. Prior to that, she served as Director of Business and Legal Affairs for SeeBeyond Technologies Corporation, (now a division of Sun Microsystems). Ms. Beck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law. She is a member of the New York Bar and a California Bar Registered In-House Counsel.

James L. Brill joined On Assignment as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer in January 2007. Mr. Brill was Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Diagnostic Products Corporation since July 1999. Diagnostic Products Corporation was acquired for $1.86 billion by Siemens in July 2006. Mr. Brill has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Jafra Cosmetics International, Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Vertel Corporation and Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Merisel, Inc. Mr. Brill is a member of the Board of Directors of Onvia Inc. He brings to On Assignment a strong background as chief financial officer with high growth acquisitive public companies in both the healthcare and technology sectors that will be invaluable to the Company as it continues to grow. Mr. Brill holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Masters of Business Administration from UCLA.

Mr. Jones has over 30 years of experience in building successful healthcare companies. Mr. Jones past accomplishments include Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Apria Healthcare, the nations largest homecare service provider with annual revenues exceeding 1 billion dollars. Prior to Apria, Jones spent over a decade at Homedco Group serving as Chairman and CEO. Mr. Jones has a dynamic background that includes past positions in sales, marketing, operations and has held numerous home healthcare industry association leadership positions. Mr. Jones currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Byram Healthcare Centers, Inc., Lifecare Solutions Inc. and On Assignment Inc. (NASDAQ: ASGN). Jones also serves on the Board of Directors of Cardium Health Services and US LABS. Mr. Jones holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Iowa.

William E. Brock has served as a director since 2006. He is chairman of The Brock Offices, a firm specializing in international trade, investment and human resources which he founded in 1988. From 1985 to 1987, Mr. Brock served as the U.S. Secretary of Labor, and from 1981 to 1985, as the U.S. Trade Representative. He served as Chairman of the Republican National Committee from 1977 to 1981 and previously as a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1963 to 1971 and as U.S. Senator for the State of Tennessee from 1971 to 1977. Mr. Brock serves as a Counselor and Trustee of the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and as a director of On Assignment, Inc., HealthExtra, Inc. and Strayer Education, Inc.
