George H. Cave . Mr. Cave has served as our General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for ON Semiconductor and SCI LLC since August 1999. He was subsequently elected Secretary in March 2000

Bob Klosterboer joined ON Semiconductor in March 2008 and has more than two decades of experience in the electronics industry. He is responsible for solutions targeted to the industrial, medical, Mil/Aero and high-voltage communications markets.

Bill Hall, Vice President and General Manager of the Standard Products Group at ON Semiconductor, has more than two decades of experience in the electronics industry. During his career, Mr. Hall has held various marketing and product line management positions and responsibilities including strategy development, new product development, profit and loss management and tactical business management.

Bill Schromm has served as a Vice President of ON Semiconductor since 2000. He has led ON Semiconductor's Analog Products Group in 2006 and its High Performance Analog division since 2004.

Claudia Morgan is the 2007 Treasurer for the Phoenix Chapter of the Alliance of Technology and Women. She ensures that the record keeping is current and accurate. She has previous experience as a Treasurer in her homeowners association. Claudia is currently a Sr Corporate Recruiter with ON Semiconductor, and enjoys the environment because it is stimulating, rewarding, and challenging. She has more than ten years in this career and is passionate about finding opportunities to educate and encourage women to go into this field. From her perspective, our current social and education system are failing to provide youth, and women in particular, with the necessary skills to enter this field. Claudia has a Bachelor Degree in Management from Arizona State University, College of Business. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, gardening, golf, cooking, and volunteering in her community.

Former President and Chief Executive Officer of AMI Semiconductor (2001-2008); President and Chief Executive Officer of Standard Microsystems Corporation (since 2008); director of Analog Devices, Inc. (since 2003); director of Idaho Power and IDACORP since November 2006.

Daryl Ostrander, a Director since February 2009. Mr. Ostrander was appointed to the Board on February 26, 2009. Mr. Ostrander has 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with expertise in semiconductor manufacturing. From 1981 to 2008, Mr. Ostrander was the Senior Vice President, Manufacturing and Technology for Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. ("AMD"), a global provider of microprocessor solutions for the computing, communications and consumer electronic markets. Since 2008 Mr. Ostrander has operated his own enterprise, Ostrander Holdings, LLC, which is a graphic design and printing business.

Francis P. Barton, a Director since February 2008. From September 2005, Mr. Barton served as the Chief Financial Officer of UTStarcom, Inc., where he had been instrumental in overseeing UTStarcom's improvements to cost structure, balance sheet and cash-flow. He retired as Chief Financial Officer of UTStarcom in August 2008. Prior to joining UTStarcom in September 2005, Mr. Barton was the Chief Financial Officer of Atmel Corporation, where he was responsible for the semiconductor company's finance and administration. Mr. Barton was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at AMD from 1998 to 2001. From 1996 to 1998, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Amdahl Corporation. Mr. Barton worked at Digital Equipment Corporation in Maynard, Massachusetts, from 1974 to 1996 beginning as a financial analyst and moving his way up through various financial roles to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company's personal computer division. Mr. Barton served on the board of directors of UTStarcom, Inc. until August 2008 when he retired from the board.

Mr. Smith joined the board in August 2003 bringing to Virage Logic over forty years of experience in financial management with leading technology companies. From 1963 at the onset of his career at Honeywell, Inc. Smith has held a number of executive positions in operations, finance and administration with Memorex Corporation and Control Data Corporation. In 1982, Smith joined R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company (NYSE: DNY), a leading provider of financial printing and communications as executive vice president, finance and chief financial officer. Smith went on to become president of Maxwell Graphics in 1986. In 1996, Smith joined Novellus Systems, Inc., as executive vice president, finance and administration and chief financial officer. Smith also served on the board of directors of Novellus until his retirement in 2002. Since 1990, Smith has been a member of the board of directors of Cirrus Logic, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRUS), serves on the company's compensation committee, and also serves as chairman of the audit committee. In 2003, Smith joined the board of directors of PLX Technology (NASDAQ: PLXT), a provider of high-speed connectivity equipment in the semiconductor industry and Epicor Software Corporation (NASDAQ: EPIC).
