CRM, or Customer Relationship Management, is a broad term that covers concepts used by organizations to manage their relationships with prospects and customers, including collecting, storing and analyzing pertinent, detailed information. CRM software can access information on products purchased, service contracts, defects and much more. CRM software provides a standard framework for pushing lead information through a sales pipeline and managing it amongst many stakeholders.
