One Communications

Mr. Prenetta has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of One Communications since June 30, 2006. Prior to June 30, 2006, Mr. Prenetta served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at CTC Communications. Prior to joining CTC Communications in December 2003, Mr. Prenetta was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Viatel Holding (Bermuda) Limited and its predecessor Viatel, Inc., an international provider of integrated telecommunications services. Prior to joining Viatel, Mr. Prenetta was a partner in the securities practice group at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, New York, New York. Mr. Prenetta began his legal career as an associate at Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon, New York, New York. Mr. Prenetta has a BA from the University of Connecticut and a JD from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Mr. Prenetta is a member of the Board of COMPTEL.

Jamie Lamont is currently Managing Partner of One to One Communications, a marketing communications and meeting planning firm based in Toronto. For the past 15 years, Jamie has been working in marketing, advertising and meeting planning in a variety of industries. His experience has centered in the health care and pharmaceutical sectors. He has worked with a number of companies in Canada and the United States on a variety of marketing and educational initiatives. As well, he has worked with numerous patient and consumer groups and health organizations and charities organizing conferences and seminars and coordinating communication efforts around projects of interest.

Mr. Peterson graduated from Willamette University's College of Law in 1980. He had earlier earned an AB in Government, with High Honors, and been inducted into Phi Beta Kappa at The College of William and Mary. In 1987, while actively practicing law, he purchased and re-opened an aluminum smelter in Washington State. Subsequently he founded Columbia Ventures Corporation and led in the creation or acquisition of several subsidiary businesses. Mr. Peterson is a Director of American Capital Strategies, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company, and Cogent Communications, a publicly traded company on the American Stock Exchange. Mr. Peterson is also a Director of the Washington Policy Center, a non-profit research center.

Richard P. Nespola is the founder, Chairman and CEO of The Management Network Group, Inc. He has spearheaded assignments to assist clients with their transformation including new business models, infrastructure, processes and systems required to meet the needs of a dynamic marketplace. TMNG worked with a partner to develop the advanced Wireless Technology Lab, in San Diego, California—the first of its kind in the nation, providing a vendor- and technology-neutral environment for the testing and showcasing of emerging wireless technology infrastructure, applications, and operations.Prior to founding The Management Network Group in 1990, Rich held executive positions with MCI and Sprint. Rich serves on several corporate boards, is a member of the Executive Council of the International Engineering Consortium, and was named by Phone + magazine in 1997 and in 1998 as one of the industry’s 25 most influential people. He received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® Master Award for the Western Region making him a national finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year® program in 2000. Rich previously served as a director and chairman of the Association of Telecommunications Financial Managers. In addition, he was part of the adjunct faculty in the College of Management, having earned his BA and MBA from C.W. Post College of Long Island University. Rich has been published in various industry journals, has made presentations at numerous industry forums, and is often quoted by the press on industry trends.
