Aaron was involved in the application of speech recognition within the telephony industry during the market's inception. Having coordinated the first installations and deployments of speech services in both the wireless and ILEC environments, Aaron thoroughly understands the telephony marketplace for speech services. During his career, Aaron was Vice President of Operations for Preferred Voice, Inc. responsible for coordinating installations and market launches of the first speech recognition applications for wireless and ILEC carriers. Aaron has extensive operations and marketing experience in entrepreneurial and startup environments. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Oklahoma Baptist University.

Jim brings over 16 years of extensive experience managing start-ups and established companies. He is responsible for managing all phases of One Voice's operations. Prior to joining the One Voice team, Jim served as the United States Directing Manager for HPK, a multi-national marketing company. In this role, Jim opened and oversaw seven regional offices throughout the U.S. and led many key promotional efforts with major retailers, including Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target and Toys R Us. Jim also founded two companies developing technology and products for the Golf Industry: Revolution Enterprises and Revolution Composites. In addition to successfully getting both companies off the ground, Jim oversaw daily operations, strategic planning, product design & development and many new product launches. He spearheaded international business efforts in 14 countries and established key vendor relationships with Cobra Golf, Grafalloy, TrueTemper and Abu Garcia/Berkeley. He also managed intellectual property filings and several major real estate transactions. Jim has a degree in New Venture Management/Entrepreneurial Sciences from the University of Southern California.
