Chuck Vermillion, the Chief Executive Officer and a founder of OneNeck IT Services Corporation is responsible for establishing the strategic vision for the company. Chuck has more than 24 years of experience providing information technology consulting. He started his career with Ernst & Young where he provided consulting services to customers ranging from Fortune 50 companies to $100 million enterprises. During his 12 years with Ernst & Young, Chuck was a primary contributor to the growth of the St. Louis and Phoenix offices. He was also a member of Ernst & Young's National Manufacturing Practice. Prior to founding OneNeck, Chuck was the Corporate IT Manager for Fiberite, Inc., a $250 million advanced materials manufacturer. At Fiberite, he was responsible for all IT operations. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mike Tobin, Chief Financial Officer for OneNeck IT Services Corporation, is responsible for all finance and accounting functions. During his OneNeck career, Mike also held the position of Director of Consulting Services. He has worked on many of OneNeck's major accounts as Senior Finance Consultant. In this role, Mike was responsible for assisting OneNeck's customers in developing and realizing their financial structure vision. Mike has been with OneNeck since its inception. Prior to joining OneNeck, Mike was a Manager with Ernst & Young, where he led several major implementations and corporate re-engineering projects. Previously, Mike worked as the Finance Manager at McColluch Corporation located in Tucson Arizona. Mike holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Arizona.

Rob Morel is Senior Vice President of Operations for OneNeck IT Services, Corporation. Rob is responsible for the management and delivery of all of OneNeck's core outsourcing and consulting services. Prior to this position Rob managed the delivery of implementation and outsourcing services to major OneNeck clients, where he led teams as large as 21 individuals. Rob has been with OneNeck since it's inception. Before joining OneNeck, Rob was the Lead Manufacturing Consultant for an enterprise resource planning system implementation at a $250 million specialty chemical company and has held positions as both logistics and manufacturing Manager for a $70 million division of the company. Rob has over 21 years of management experience in operations, logistics and high technology environments. Rob holds a B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University.

Dawne Britney is Vice President for OneNeck IT Services Corporation and is responsible for OneNeck's sales, marketing and customer management areas. Dawne has been with OneNeck since the company's inception and previously held the position of Project Director for several global implementations, managing a diverse team of over 20 consultants. Prior to joining OneNeck, Dawne held positions as Lead Distribution and Procurement Consultant and Corporate Procurement Manager for a $250 million specialty chemical company. Dawne holds both a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management and an MBA from Arizona State University.

Joseph Hanna is vice president of Oracle ERP and Fusion Services at OneNeck IT Services Corporation. Joe is an Oracle industry veteran with more than 15 years experience in Oracle Technology and ERP Applications. Before joining OneNeck, Joe was the Director of Oracle ERP Shared Services for CSC. Joe also spent five years with Oracle Corporation on various technical consulting and ERP implementation projects and has held key technical and project management positions with a number of Global 1000 firms. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering and Robotics from Alexandria University, Egypt and a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University.

Paul Zalewski is Vice President of Technology for OneNeck IT Services Corporation. He manages the strategic planning and tactical implementation of technology solutions for OneNeck's customers. In addition, Paul is responsible for OneNeck's internal technology needs. Previously, Paul was the Director of Technical Infrastructure Services for OneNeck and was responsible for delivering technology services to customers. Prior to joining OneNeck, Paul was the Data Center Manager for an international Fortune 500 aerospace company. He also served as an outsourcing Program Manager with another Fortune 50 aerospace company at NASA's Kennedy Space Center. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Central Michigan University.

Phil Pearson, Vice President of Consulting and Private Equity Services, is responsible for OneNeck's Strategic Consulting, Private Equity Services and Partner Development. Phil has extensive operational and management experience within manufacturing, software, consulting and outsourcing service industries. Over the past few years he has been extensively involved with IT due diligence for M&A and corporate carve-outs and provides an in depth and balanced perspective on right sizing IT business solutions. Prior to OneNeck, Phil was North America Director of Risk Management for a leading global ERP software firm. Prior to working in IT he managed defense development and prototyping projects for a British manufacturing company. Phil holds a BTEC HNC Electrical Engineering from Guildford College of Technology, England.

Masinton is the executive vice president of Russell Stover Candies in Kansas City , Mo. , and lives in Leawood , Kan. Masinton currently serves on the board of directors of One Neck IT Services Corp and recently retired from the board of directors of Enterprise Financial Service Corp., a publicly owned bank holding company. He has also served on the board of advisors of the University of Kansas School of Business and presently sits on an advisory board at the University of Oklahoma School of Business.
