"John Gibson is chief executive officer of ONEOK and chairman and chief executive officer of ONEOK Partners. He was previously president and chief operating officer of ONEOK Partners, the master limited partnership that contains the midstream natural gas and natural gas liquids businesses. He is a member of the boards of directors of ONEOK and ONEOK Partners. Gibson began his career in the energy industry in 1974 as a refinery engineer with Exxon Company, USA. He then spent 18 years with Phillips Petroleum Company in a variety of domestic and international positions in the natural gas, natural gas liquids and exploration and production businesses. When Gibson left Phillips in 1995, he was vice president of marketing of GPM Gas Corporation, a wholly owned natural gas gathering, processing and marketing subsidiary. Prior to joining ONEOK in 2000, Gibson was the executive vice president of Koch Energy, Inc., a subsidiary of Koch Industries, responsible for its interstate natural gas pipelines and gathering and processing businesses. Gibson is active in many professional organizations and has served on the boards of the Association of Texas Intrastate Natural Gas Pipelines and the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America. He was an original member of the Gas Industry Standards Board. Gibson currently serves as a director of the Bank of Oklahoma, N.A., and his community involvement includes work with the Boy Scouts of America and Habitat for Humanity. A native of Kansas City, Kansas, Gibson earned an engineering degree in 1974 from the University of Missouri at Rolla, now called Missouri University of Science and Technology. He has also completed advanced studies at Harvard University."

Brad Dixon is president of Kansas Gas Service, the ONEOK natural gas distribution company that serves customers throughout Kansas. Dixon began his natural gas industry career with Kansas Gas Service in 1979 and has held various management positions in accounting, customer service and gas supply. He was named vice president of the company's Western Region in 2002 and became president in January of 2005. He is a member of the board of directors of the Kansas Chamber of Commerce and is active in United Way campaigns and youth athletic programs. A native of Kansas, Dixon earned a bachelor's degree in business administration in 1975 from Washburn University in Topeka.

Patrick McDonie is president of ONEOK Energy Services, which supplies local distribution companies and industrial customers with reliable delivery of natural gas. He is responsible for marketing, storing, trading, transporting and delivery scheduling related to the company’s natural gas marketing operations. McDonie joined ONEOK in 1997 as a director of trading for ONEOK Gas Marketing Company and later served as a senior vice president and vice president of origination and new business development and as vice president of physical trading for ONEOK Energy Services. Prior to joining ONEOK, McDonie held positions of increasing responsibility in the natural gas production and marketing industry with Tristar Gas Marketing, Pacific Enterprises Oil Company and Texas Oil and Gas. McDonie is a member of the Natural Gas Association of Oklahoma and the North Texas Natural Gas and Electric Power Society. He is also involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the American Heart Association. A native of West Virginia, McDonie earned an undergraduate degree in petroleum engineering in 1983 from Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio, and a Master of Business Administration degree in 1984 from West Virginia University in Morgantown.

Roger Mitchell is president of Oklahoma Natural Gas, the largest natural gas distributor in the state, after serving as president of Texas Gas Service from 2003 to 2008. A native of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Mitchell holds a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from the University of Oklahoma and is a graduate of the University of Colorado’s Executive Development Program. Mitchell joined Oklahoma Natural Gas in 1978 and has held a number of positions in distribution operations and customer service, including vice president of the Eastern Region, district customer service manager and Ponca City area manager. He has also held ONEOK staff positions including manager of communications and advertising, and manager of corporate responsibility. He serves on the board of directors of the Southern Gas Association and is a member of the American Gas Association, Texas Gas Association and the Real Estate Council of Austin. He served as chairman of the board of directors for the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce for 2007. He also served on the boards of Opportunity Austin, Children’s Optimal Health and Caritas of Austin. He is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma, Leadership Tulsa and has held volunteer leadership positions with the Tulsa Area United Way, Tulsa Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, Tulsa Senior Services, Ponca City Chamber of Commerce and the Will Rogers Council of the Boy Scouts. A native of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Mitchell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism in 1973 from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, and is a graduate of the Executive Development Program of the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Curtis L. Dinan became our senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer effective January 1, 2007. Mr. Dinan served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer of ONEOK from August 2004 through December 2006 and served as vice president and chief accounting officer of ONEOK from February 2004 to August 2004. Prior to joining ONEOK in February 2004, Mr. Dinan served as an assurance and business advisory partner at Grant Thornton, LLP from 2002 to 2004. He served as an assurance and business advisory partner at Arthur Andersen, LLP from 2001 to 2002.

" John Barker is senior vice president, general counsel and assistant secretary of ONEOK, and executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of ONEOK Partners. He joined the company in December 2004 after a 30-year career with the Tulsa law firm of GableGotwals. While president of GableGotwals, Barker represented ONEOK on a regular basis for many years on business and transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial matters including sales and acquisitions of significant assets and public securities offerings. A Vietnam veteran, Barker is a past member of the Tulsa Metro Chamber of Commerce and a past president of the Jenks Public Schools Foundation. He is past president of St. Simeon’s Episcopal Home and currently serves as trustee of the St. Simeon’s Episcopal Home Foundation. He has also served on the board and as president of the Arts and Humanities Council of Tulsa. A Missouri native, Barker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1969 from the University of Missouri, Columbia, and a Juris Doctorate degree in 1974 from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor."

"David Roth is senior vice president of administrative services of ONEOK, where he is responsible for human resources, information technology and corporate services. Roth was a human resources executive with Western Resources and joined ONEOK when it acquired Kansas Gas Service from Western in 1997. Roth is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association. As a member of the Southern Gas Association, he has served on the human resources section managing committee. He has served as a council member of the American Cancer Society; on the board of trustees of the Tulsa Education Fund, on the board of directors for the Jenks Public Schools Foundation and as a member of the child care task force for the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce. A native of Illinois, Roth earned his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering in 1979 from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Roth successfully completed the Utility Management Development Program of Stone & Webster Management Consultants and the Edison Electric Institute at the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia."

"Dan Harrison is vice president of investor relations and public affairs for ONEOK and ONEOK Partners. He is responsible for the investor relations, corporate communications, government relations and community investment functions, including the ONEOK Foundation. He joined ONEOK in 2005 from Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions where he was vice president of global communications. He has held senior management positions in corporate and financial communications and government relations with several Fortune 100 companies, including Phillips Petroleum Company and its natural gas subsidiary. Harrison has been active in professional, civic and community organizations. He is a director and a member of the executive committee of the National Association of Publicly Traded Partnerships and a member of the board of directors of the Tulsa Press Club. He was founding board member of Leadership Oklahoma and served on the board of Tulsa Opera, as well as a member of the Oklahoma Commission on State Government Performance. A native of Houston, Texas, Harrison is an honors graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in communications, and served on the College of Communications Dean’s Advisory Board for six years."

Chuck Kelley is senior vice president of energy services for ONEOK and is responsible for origination, retail and business development. He joined the company in 2000 as manager of Midwest marketing. Before coming to ONEOK, Kelley?s energy industry experience included executive positions at both Tartan Energy Resources and Panda Resources, Inc. He also held various positions with Enron Corporation. Kelley is a member of the Midwest Energy Association where he has served as director on the energy management committee. He is a past board member of the Natural Gas Association of Oklahoma and has been a volunteer with youth sports and Special Olympics. A native of Chicago, Kelley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, with honors, in 1980, from DePaul University, College of Commerce in Chicago.

Eric Grimshaw is vice president, associate general counsel and corporate secretary of ONEOK. Prior to joining ONEOK in 2002, he served as vice president, general counsel and secretary at Syntroleum Corporation from 1997 to 2002. Prior to joining Syntroleum, he was a partner with the Tulsa law firm of Pray, Walker, Jackman, Williamson & Marlar. Grimshaw is a past president and chairman of Tulsa Opera. He is also a past chairman of Junior Achievement of Greater Tulsa and past secretary of the Oklahoma Alliance for Manufacturing Excellence. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association and Tulsa County Bar Association, and is a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and the National Investor Relations Institute. A Tulsa, Oklahoma, native, Grimshaw earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1974 from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and received his Juris Doctorate in 1977 from the University of Tulsa.

Mr. Mackie is vice chairman of the Security National Bank in Enid, Oklahoma, where he has served since 1962 in all facets of commercial banking. He also serves as a director of the Security Financial Services Corp. and is asset manager of Hamm Financial Group. Mr. Mackie served as an officer or director of many educational and business organizations, including past president of the board of trustees of the Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence, Regent for the Oklahoma Banking Association Intermediate School of Banking, and also the board of governors of St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. He is past chairman of the Garfield County Joint Industrial Foundation and Treasurer of the Enid Economic Coalition. He also serves on the Northwestern Oklahoma State University/Northern Oklahoma College Community Advisory Board and their respective foundations.

Mr. Rodriguez is president of Strategic Communications Consulting Group. Mr. Rodriguez previously served as executive vice president and as a member of the board of directors of Hunt Building Corporation, a privately held company engaged in construction and real estate development headquartered in El Paso, Texas. Prior to his three years with Hunt Building Corporation, Mr. Rodriguez spent 20 years in the electric utility industry at El Paso Electric Company, a publicly traded, investor-owned utility, where he served in various senior-level executive positions, including general counsel, senior vice president for customer and corporate services, executive vice president, and as chief operating officer. Mr. Rodriguez is a licensed attorney in Texas and New Mexico, as well as admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.

Greg Phillips is president of Texas Gas Service, the third largest natural gas distributor in the state. He joined ONEOK in 1986 as an engineer trainee. Prior to moving into his current position, Phillips was vice president of Texas Gas Service for five years and was previously vice president of gas supply for ONEOK Field Services. Phillips is currently chairman of the board of directors of the Texas Gas Association. He serves on the community board of the United Way in Austin, and also on the boards of the Austin Public Library Foundation and the Heritage Society of Austin. Phillips earned his Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum engineering in 1985 from the University of Tulsa.

Rob Martinovich is chief operating officer of ONEOK, where he is responsible for ONEOK?s distribution and energy services operating segments, as well as the company?s environmental, safety and health, and technical services organizations. He was previously president of ONEOK Partners? natural gas gathering and processing business. Prior to joining ONEOK in 2007, he was group vice president of environment, health and safety, operations and technical services for DCP Midstream, LLC. Martinovich joined DCP Midstream in 2000 as senior vice president, responsible for the Permian Basin assets, and in 2002 was named senior vice president responsible for the Mid-Continent and Rocky Mountain assets. Before joining DCP Midstream, he was senior vice president of GPM Gas Corporation, the natural gas gathering, processing and marketing division of Phillips Petroleum Company. Martinovich joined Phillips in 1980 as a resin development engineer and held various engineering and sales and marketing positions in the research and development and the plastics divisions of Phillips, and served on the company?s corporate planning and development staff. Active in industry affairs, Martinovich served as president of the Gas Processors Association from 2004 to 2006. A native of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Martinovich earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

Lamar Miller is senior vice president ? marketing, business development and administration for ONEOK Energy Services. Miller joined ONEOK in 2000 as vice president of risk control and was named senior vice president, financial services a few years later. In 2005, he was named executive vice president of ONEOK Energy Services and was appointed to his current position in February 2006.

"Steve Guy is senior vice president of technical services for ONEOK and ONEOK Partners. He joined the company in 1976 as an engineer trainee for Oklahoma Natural Gas. Before assuming his current position in 2007, Guy was president of pipeline services, which provides engineering, operations and back-office support to business segments of the partnership. He is a past president of both the Natural Gas Association of Oklahoma and the Tulsa Petroleum Club. He is a member of the Southern Gas Association, the Oklahoma Society of Professional Engineers, Leadership Tulsa and Leadership Oklahoma. He is currently chairman of the Osage County Tourism Committee and president of the Skiatook Lake Association. He is a past president of both Camp Fire Boys and Girls, Inc., and the Tulsa Brookside Lions Club. A native of Lyndonville, Vermont, Guy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering in 1976 from the University of Vermont in Burlington."

Ms. Williford has been chairman of Tulsa-based Williford Companies since 1996. The Williford Companies include: Williford Energy Company, which is involved in oil and gas exploration and production; TriCounty Gas Processors, which purchases, processes and sells natural gas and natural gas liquids; Engineered Equipment Systems, which provides compressor rental and other services related to natural gas production; Safety Training Systems, Inc., which builds flight simulators; and Williford Building Corporation, which holds commercial real estate. Ms. Williford is a trustee of The Philbrook Museum of Art in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and serves on many other community and civic boards.
