As Group Head, Wealth Management, George Lewis leads RBC's businesses that serve the wealth management needs of affluent and high net worth clients globally, and businesses that provide asset management and trust products. As a member of RBC's Group Executive, Mr. Lewis is one of eight executives responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of RBC. Mr. Lewis is also Chairman and CEO of RBC Asset Management Inc, Canada's largest single mutual fund family (RBC Funds) and one of Canada's largest asset management firms. He oversees the Canadian full-service brokerage business of RBC Dominion Securities, RBC's trust services and discretionary investment management businesses, RBC Dain Rauscher, the eighth largest full service brokerage in the U.S., and Royal Bank of Canada Global Private Banking, which provides wealth management services to clients in over 30 financial centres around the world. Most recently, George was Head of Wealth Management for the Canadian Personal and Business segment of RBC and from 2003 to 2005 was head of products for RBC Banking and RBC Investments. Prior to this role, Mr. Lewis was Managing Director, Head of Institutional Equity with RBC Capital Markets, responsible for institutional equity sales, trading and research activities on a global basis. Mr. Lewis began his career with RBC in 1986 in the investment banking division. Between 1990 and 1996, Mr. Lewis was a top-rated analyst in the research department of RBC Capital Markets, covering telecoms, pipelines and gas and electric utilities. In 1995, Mr. Lewis was appointed Director of Research. He joined RBC after earning a Master of Business Administration degree with distinction from Harvard University. He obtained the professional designation of charted accountant while working with Arthur Andersen & Co. and a Bachelor of Commerce degree with high distinction from Trinity College at the University of Toronto. Mr. Lewis is also a CFA, as well as being certified by the Institute of Corporate Directors. Mr. Lewis is an active community member serving on the Board of Directors of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health Foundation, Chair of the Bishop's company of the Anglican Diocese of Toronto, as well as a member of the Cabinet of the United Way of Greater Toronto. Mr. Lewis also served on the Board of Operation Springboard and is a current Patron of that organization. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Ontario Power Generation Inc. Born in Pembroke, Ontario, Mr. Lewis and his wife Leanne live in Toronto and have two children.

Peggy Mulligan is the Chief Financial Officer, Biovail Corporation. Mrs. Mulligan was most recently a Principal at Priiva Consulting. Prior to that she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Linamar Corporation. Prior to Linamar, Mrs. Mulligan was with the Bank of Nova Scotia for eleven years as Executive Vice President, Systems and Operations and Senior Vice President, Audit and Chief Inspector. Before joining Scotiabank, she was an Audit Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Toronto. Peggy Mulligan currently serves on the board of Resolve Business Outsourcing Income Fund. She holds a B. Math (Honours) from the University of Waterloo and was named a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 2003.

David Unruh is a Director of TransLink. He is also a Director of Westcoast Energy Inc. and Union Gas Limited, both Duke Energy companies. Mr. Unruh joined Westcoast Energy Inc. as Senior Vice President, Law and Corporate Secretary in 1993 and continued in that role until March 14, 2002. From March 15, 2002 until his retirement on April 1, 2003, he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Duke Energy Gas Transmission's North American operations following which from April 1, 2003 to June 30, 2005 he became a non-executive Vice Chair of both Westcoast Energy Inc. and Union Gas Limited. Prior to his move to British Columbia to join Westcoast Energy, Mr. Unruh practiced business law in Winnipeg, Manitoba most recently as a partner of Aikins, MacAulay & Thorvaldson, Barristers and Solicitors. Mr. Unruh was born and raised Manitoba. He attained his B.A. in 1966 and his LLB in 1970 from the University of Manitoba. In 1979, Mr. Unruh was awarded an honorary Certified General Accountant degree. Mr. Unruh is also a director of Catalyst Paper Corporation, Corriente Resources Inc., Ontario Power Generation Inc., Pacific Northern Gas Ltd., The Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company, The Wawanesa Life Insurance Company and The Wawanesa General Insurance Company and is a member of the Manitoba Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.

This is Carrie's third year on the IABC/Toronto board, after serving as VP, Finance for the past two years. Carrie has been an active IABC/Toronto volunteer since she became a member in 2000 and she looks forward to her term as Executive Vice President. Carrie develops and delivers strategic employee communication at Ontario Power Generation. As an award-winning communicator with both an IABC/Toronto OVATION and IABC Gold Quill award, Carrie is enthused about using her communication and project management skills to build understanding, discover new solutions and improve processes. Lastly, no matter where she is, Carrie believes every task or event is an opportunity to have fun. She works hard at finding perspective and humour in all situations and looks forward to sharing new experiences (and a few laughs) with her IABC/Toronto colleagues.

Don Hintz became President of Entergy Corporation on January 1, 1999, responsible for Entergy's 67 gas-fired power plants, 10 nuclear power plants, 7 coal-fired power plants, 5 hydro-electric plants, 15,000 miles of transmission lines and worldwide power plant development and construction. Hintz joined Entergy in 1989 as executive vice president and chief operating officer of System Energy Resources, Inc. In 1992 he was named president and chief executive officer of Entergy Operations, Inc., responsible for Entergy Corporation's nuclear program. His other Entergy roles have included positions on the boards of directors of several other Entergy subsidiary companies. Outside of Entergy, Hintz serves as a director of the Nuclear Energy Institute and of the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations, as well as on their executive committees, and was formerly on the Accrediting Board of the National Academy for Nuclear Training. He is also a director of the American Nuclear Society, Southeastern Electric Exchange, and Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited. He received the American Nuclear Society's 1995 Utility Leadership Award, given to recognize those professionals in the industry who have assumed and demonstrated a leadership role in rapidly changing times of competition, regulatory change, and cost effectiveness. While in Jackson, Mississippi, he served as a director on the State Public Education Forum, Junior Achievement Board, Central Mississippi Growth Foundation and was active in the Habitat for Humanity. He served as Corporate Recruiting Chairman for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation in New Orleans in 2000 raising over $400,000 for the Foundation, and is Honorary Chairman of the 2001 Walk to Cure Diabetes. Hintz presently serves as a director on the Entergy Charitable Foundation Board. In 2000 this Foundation contributed $9 million to hundreds of non-profit organizations working in our communities.
