Fritz Hendricks is Chief Operations Officer at Onvoy, where he oversees all initiatives related to Engineering, Operations, Information Services, Product Technology and Innovation, Service Assurance, and Customer Care. Fritz has over 23 years of experience in technical operation and management of high speed data, voice and video networks and systems, and was most recently Vice President of Total Care Operations at Qwest Global Services, where he led national and international business operations for premise services, network management, and technical operations support. Fritz has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bellevue University and is a graduate of the Carnegie Mellon Information Networking Institute for Advanced Telecommunications Innovation.

Steven Droll is Chief Financial Officer at Onvoy, where he is responsible for overseeing Onvoy's financial performance. He has proven his commitment to financial transparency, integrity and discipline while serving in several executive leadership positions at BellSouth, including Vice President of Financial Operations and Planning. He has also held numerous financial and operational leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer of BellSouth International's wireless communications subsidiary in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Under his leadership, that subsidiary's revenues increased from $100M to $500M in five years.

Joy Gullikson has over 25 years of telecom industry experience. First with the State of Minnesota, then with Onvoy, a telecommunications firm located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Ms. Gullikson focuses her practice on the regulatory and business needs of telecommunication and other firms as well as public policy affecting telecommunications. Ms. Gullikson joined Bradley & Guzzetta in May of 2008, after working for Onvoy for over 13 years. At Onvoy, Ms. Gullikson started as regulatory manager, then took on leadership roles in costing, product management, and government and industry relations. After attending law school, Ms. Gullikson became in-house counsel for Onvoy, as well as Director of External Relations. Ms. Gullikson has spoken on telecommunications regulatory and public policy matters at several CLEs, industry conferences and economic development conferences. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota.

Sybil Jennings joined the McLeod Alliance Board in December 2005. She has been a Telecommunications Project Manager for more than eight years. She currently works at Onvoy, a telecommunications company in Minneapolis. Sybil and her husband John have been married for seven years and have two children. "I have personally seen the devastating effects of domestic violence, which strongly influenced my decision to join the McLeod Alliance Board," she said. "Education and support are the foundations in reducing this crime in our community and the Alliance provides these necessary services, among many others. I am honored to be a part of an organization so focused on its mission and so dedicated to serving those in need."
