Ben Bennett is Senior Vice President & Managing Director for OpenTV Corp.'s European operations. Mr. Bennett is responsible for managing OpenTV's operations and relationships with European network operators, broadcasters and STB/CA manufacturers. He brings significant international management experience in the commercial deployment of Advanced Digital and interactive TV and has overseen a number of OpenTV's major customer deployments worldwide. Prior to assuming his current post with OpenTV, Mr. Bennett served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of OpenTV's Worldwide Professional Services and Support group. He was responsible for managing the company's product deployment and integration teams. He oversaw teams in the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific and has looked after projects in over 30 countries world wide. Mr. Bennett joined OpenTV from Spyglass, a company that created the world's first HTML browser (Mosaic) and one of the first internet companies to IPO. At Spyglass, he held the position of Vice President for the internet devices division which developed and marketed products such as the web phone. Mr Bennett has also held senior management positions at Logica, a leading international systems integration and management consulting company, where he headed up the company's Mobile Telecommunications division. During his time with Logica, and previous to that, British Telecom, Mr. Bennett held technical and management positions in Britain, The Netherlands, Belgium, and the U.S. Mr. Bennett holds an Honors Degree in Engineering Science & Technology from Loughborough University of Technology in England, and is active in several industry groups.

Shum leads OpenTV’s worldwide finance organization and has the responsibility for accounting and reporting, strategic planning and analysis, treasury, tax, audit, and investor relations. Prior to joining OpenTV, Shum served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Genus, Inc., a semiconductor equipment company then publicly-traded on NASDAQ. Before that, he served as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller for E*Trade Group, as well as Chief Financial Officer for E*Trade International. In addition, Mukherjee also served in various financial roles for Raychem Corporation, including Worldwide Group Controller. Shum holds a Masters degree in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management, a Masters in Operations Research and Statistics from the Indian Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree from St. Xavier’s College, India.

Connie Pettit, a pioneer in Cable Television , with over 25 years of experience leading sales groups ,is Senior Vice President Sales Americas , heading up the OpenTV . Before joining OpenTV in 2003, Pettit was a leader in local cable advertising, building ad sales divisions for several major U.S. and overseas cable operators and trade associations. Her successful track record includes positions as SVP at YES Network; GM/VP at Multichannel Advertising Bureau, where she launched the International Division of the U.S. CableTV Advertising Bureau; VP Advertising Sales for Times Mirror Cable TV; General Manager of Warner Amex's Palm Springs, California system; VP Advertising Sales for Warner Cable, where she launched 33 traditional and interactive cable ad sales units. Pettit has been the recipient of various awards in recognition of her activity in the advertising arena, including those from the Cable TV Advertising Bureau, the NCTA. She is also a regular speaker on industry panels. Pettit is originally from New York, and has split her career between the U.S., Mexico, Panama, and Venezuela.

David McLaren has been promoted to Senior Vice President for Advanced Digital TV Engineering. Dr. McLaren, formerly Vice President of Product Development, has been with OpenTV since its inception and has led a number of key initiatives for the company. He will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the company's core set-top box software and associated products.

Mr. Hornstein brings 20 years of CPA experience and 10 years of experience as a member of the executive staff of public and non public companies. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Hornstein also holds a JD from Duke University Law School and has 15 years of legal experience. Most recently, Hornstein was CFO and General Counsel for Elemental Security, a private company specializing in enterprise policy and risk management. Previously, Hornstein was CFO for OpenTV Corporation, a public interactive television software and services company, where he served as an advisor to the Board of Directors, was directly responsible for public disclosures and communications to investors, and increased the analyst coverage of the company six fold. Prior to OpenTV, Hornstein also served as CFO and General Counsel for Resonate, for which he led the million dollar company sale, and CFO and General Counsel for Believe, Inc., where he served as the lead negotiator for development agreements. Richard also served as General Counsel and SVP of Corporate Development for Network Associates, where he managed the company's global legal infrastructure and processes, and was responsible for negotiating and managing 22 merger and acquisition transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $3 billion.

Scott Wornow serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, with responsibility for the Company's worldwide legal and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining OpenTV in late 2003, Mr. Wornow was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of OmniSky Corporation, a publicly traded wireless data company offering proprietary wireless applications, services and software in the United States and Europe. Mr. Wornow also served as Chief Restructuring Officer for OmniSky. Before that, he was a Partner with the international law firm of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, resident in the firm's New York office. While with Paul, Hastings, Mr. Wornow represented Fortune 50 companies and international investment banking clients and was involved in more than $20 billion of corporate financings and mergers and acquisitions activities. His practice focused principally in the technology, telecommunications and emerging growth sectors. Mr. Wornow has an extensive and varied legal background, with experience in sophisticated corporate finance and governance matters; mergers, acquisitions and strategic ventures, both domestically and internationally; as well as securities laws, intellectual property, privacy, litigation and other commercial matters. Mr. Wornow holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia, and both Bachelors and Masters degree in Law from Cambridge University, England. He received his law degree from the Harvard Law School.

As senior vice president of programming, Tom Hagopian is responsible for managing OpenTV's commercial relationships with all programming networks and broadcasters. Hagopian joined OpenTV from Gemstar TV Guide International, where he had dual responsibilities as both president of TV Guide Online and chief operating officer of the TV Guide Data Solutions division. He was responsible for all aspects of TV Guide Online including sales, marketing, business development, e-commerce, distribution, editorial and production. As COO of Data Solutions, he was responsible for launching a new TV listings syndication business and managing over 200 employees. Hagopian also worked for Cablevision Systems, Inc., where as vice president - Interactive Products, he was in charge of the broadband business, and the chief architect of their ground-breaking and successful retail self-install cable modem distribution strategy. In addition, Hagopian spent ten years at ESPN in a variety of sales, marketing and business development roles that culminated in leading the group that created ESPN's very successful Internet service. He was named the first general manager of ESPN.com in 1995 and built that business before leaving in 1997 to run an Internet start-up company, InterZine Productions, which was acquired by Times Mirror in 1998. Prior to joining ESPN, Hagopian worked for both Capital Cities Communications and Cap Cities/ABC Inc. Hagopian holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a M.B.A. degree from Columbia University.

Tracy Geist has been promoted to the position of Senior Vice President for Advanced Digital TV Marketing. In her new role, Ms. Geist, formerly Vice President of Market Development, will manage all marketing initiatives surrounding the company's advanced television and video products and will be responsible for the evolution of core set-top box software products. Ms. Geist has been with the company since 2000 and has over fifteen years of experience in the digital television space.

Tim Evard is Senior Vice President & General Manager Marketing and Applications Products for OpenTV Corp. Mr. Evard is responsible for leading OpenTV's applications business and overseeing all marketing efforts for the company and is based in the San Francisco office.

Wesley O. (Wes) Hoffman is Executive Vice President & General Manager for OpenTV Corp.'s North American Cable division. Mr. Hoffman is responsible for managing OpenTV's operations and relationships with all network operators, and the programming community.

Michael Ivanchenko is currently Senior Vice President & Managing Director for OpenTV Corp.'s Asia / Pacific operations (bounded by India and Japan). Mr. Ivanchenko is responsible for managing OpenTV's operations and relationships with all Asia and the Pacific network operators, broadcasters and manufacturers, as well as the programming community. During his tenure with OpenTV, Mr. Ivanchenko has successfully established the company's Australian operation and overseen the creation of OpenTV's regional research and development presence. Due in large part to his efforts, the company now has engineering development operations in Sydney, Beijing and Tokyo. Along with the Australian operations, Mr. Ivanchenko has been responsible for the implementation of interactive television networks and applications in China, Singapore and the United States. Prior to joining OpenTV, Mr. Ivanchenko served as the General Manager and joint Founder of Vulcan Software in Sydney, Australia. The company specialized in the development of Interactive Transaction systems for the gaming and finance industries. Mr. Ivanchenko has had a distinguished career of more than 12 years in the CATV, satellite and digital broadcasting industries; eight of which have been spent in developing solutions, services and products for interactive television. A frequent industry speaker, he has expounded on iTV technology and the ability of OpenTV to offer a suite of compelling products and services to network operators throughout the world. Mr. Ivanchenko attended Sydney University for his undergraduate studies, and is active in several industry groups.

Jim Chiddix was appointed to OpenTV’s Board of Directors in 2004; Vice Chairman since May 2007; our Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from May 2004 through March 2007; President of MystroTV (a business unit of Time Warner Cable) from July 2001 to January 2004; currently a board member of Vyyo Inc. and Symmetricom, Inc and Virgin Media.

Jerry Machovina was appointed to OpenTV’s Board of Directors in 2003; currently a private investor and director and Senior Consultant to Vehix.com; Executive Vice President of Yankees Entertainment and Sports Network (YES) from September 2001 to October 2002.
