Tom Clark is the Adult/Men's Pastor. Tom graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and from Northern Illinois University with a Master's Degree in Education. After teaching school for over twenty years, the last seventeen in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, Tom entered the business world as a Sales Engineer for OPEX Corporation. After four years as National Sales Manager for OPEX, Tom once again changed careers and has joined the staff at Spring Creek. Tom and his wife Judy live in Sussex. They have three grown daughters, Tammy, Rachel, and Michelle. When Tom is not at the church he enjoys wrestling with his grandson Luke.

Martin Swegmark was elected to the Board of Directors in January 2008. He is Head of Region Laboratory North and Director of OpEx (Operational Excellence). Mr Swegmark has been with the group since 1998 in various positions as Analyst, M&A Director, CEO for the diagnostic business in Sweden and Director for the Lab Division within Capio Diagnostics. Before joining the group, he worked for Ernst & Young. Martin Swegmark graduated from the University of Umea , Sweden , with a Master of Business Administration, with a major in accounting/finance and marketing. He was born in 1971. He is a Swedish citizen.
