Phillip Martin is a partner in the firm's Corporate Finance & Transactions Group focusing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and securities. In addition, he regularly advises both public and private companies on a variety of corporate matters. Mr. Martin's experience includes handling numerous acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures for both public and private companies, private placements, PIPE financings and venture capital financing. His training and experience as a CPA provides him with a unique perspective on complex financial transactions. Mr. Martin rejoined Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP after serving as general counsel for Fiserv Health, Inc., the largest independent processor of health claims in the United States. His experience at Fiserv Health provided him with extensive experience in working with third party administrators (TPAs), pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) and health care provider networks. Prior to joining Fiserv Health, Mr. Martin was a senior associate at the Firm. Mr. Martin worked as an accountant and financial analyst after receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He received a J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law and has been named a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics.

Alyson Tomme is an associate in Oppenheimer's Commercial Real Estate Group. Ms. Tomme is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Minnesota. She earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame in 2002 and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2006. While in law school she served as Note and Comment Editor for the Minnesota Law Review.She also received the Leonard, Street and Deinard Award for Outstanding Board Publication for her article on tax increment financing.

Ms. Culbert is a partner practicing in the firm's Corporate Finance & Transactions group. She practices in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Ms. Culbert has experience representing public and privately-held companies in all aspects of their corporate legal needs, including public and private financings, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, periodic reporting and disclosure requirements, executive compensation plans and arrangements, choice of entity considerations and general corporate governance. Although Ms. Culbert represents clients in a variety of industries, she has a particular experience representing medical device companies and other high technology clients. Ms. Culbert is admitted to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She received her juris doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin where she was a note and comment editor for the Wisconsin Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, Wisconsin State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association and Minnesota Women Lawyers.

Ms Grahn represents companies in a variety of industries, including personal care products, medical devices, financial services, insurance, computer software and hardware, food products, pharmaceutical products, retail, catalog and online sales. Ms. Grahn received her Bachelor of Arts degree and juris doctor degree from the University of Minnesota. She is admitted to practice before the Minnesota state courts, the U.S. District Court in Minnesota, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Ms. Grahn is a member of the Council of the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law. She is also a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the International Trademark Association, and the Minnesota Intellectual Property Law Association. She is past Chair of the ABA committees on International Trademark Treaties & Laws, Computer Programs and Databases, and of the Computer Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Ms. Nessa is Oppenheimer's Business Litigation Assistant Managing Partner who defends commercial class actions and other complex commercial cases nationwide for financial services industry clients. She has extensive experience defending manufacturers in products liability lawsuits, as well as general business disputes. Ms. Nessa got an early start as a trial lawyer, trying a case to a jury within her first year of practice. Since then, she has been very active in courtrooms across the country having taken another nine cases to trial and resolved numerous other lawsuits through dispositive motion practice or alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Courtney is an Operations Assistant of Marquette Asset Management. She handles client inquiries and transactions for the company and acts as liaison between the Investment Management and Trust departments. Previously, Courtney was a Jr. Accountant at Oppenheimer, Wolff & Donnelly, LLP and Accounts Payable Clerk at Merchant & Gould, IP Law Firm. Courtney earned her B.S. degree in Business Administration from North Central University.

Jeffrey Storms is an associate in Oppenheimer's Business Litigation Group. Mr. Storms earned his undergraduate degree in Sociology, with honors, from Davidson College in 2003 and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2006. While attending law school, he received the Dean's Awards (Highest Grade) for Negotiation and Civil Pre-Trial Litigation. He was also a member of the National Moot Court Team and served as a Coach for the Constitutional Law Moot Court Team. Mr. Storms is currently an Adjunct Professor of Moot Court at the University of St. Thomas School of Law.

Mark P. Schneebeck, is an associate with Oppenheimer's Business Litigation practice group. Mr. Schneebeck received his Juris Doctor, Order of the Coif, from the University of Iowa Law School. He received his Bachelor of Science in environmental science from the University of Iowa. While studying law, Mr. Schneebeck served as editor-in-chief of the University of Iowa College of Law's multi-disciplinary journal Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems. Mr. Schneebeck is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association. In 2008, he was named a "Rising Star" by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine.

Mr. Tranovich is a partner in the Corporate Finance & Transactions practice group, where he practices primarily in the area of commercial lending. He represents a wide variety of lenders and borrowers in the structuring, negotiating, and drafting of documentation related to secured and unsecured loan transactions, asset-based lending transactions, equipment and other lease financing transactions, various distributor financing programs, consignment financing programs, and various debt financing transactions for both joint venture and start-up entities. Mr. Tranovich received his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his B.S., summa cum laude, in accounting and finance from Indiana University-Bloomington. He is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin and in Minnesota.

Miles Widstrom is an associate in Oppenheimer's Corporate Finance and Transactions Group. Mr. Widstrom earned his undergraduate degree in History and Political Economy, summa cum laude from Tulane University in 2003 and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2006.

Tim Eschweiler grew up in New Hampton, Iowa, and currently lives in St. Paul with his wife, Emily. He received a degree in public administration from the University of Northern Iowa in 1991, and a juris doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in 2003. Tim is an attorney with Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly where he practices commercial real estate law.

Mr. Anderson is a partner with the firm's Corporate Finance & Transactions practice group, where he is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions group and chair of the firm's recruiting committee. In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Anderson has extensive experience in representing publicly and privately held corporations in domestic and international acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and venture capital transactions. In addition to his mergers and acquisitions practice, Mr. Anderson focuses his practice in securities laws, including corporate and securities law compliance, public and private offerings, technology licensing and executive and equity-based compensation. Mr. Anderson received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and his B.A. in economics and management, magna cum laude (with distinction) and Phi Beta Kappa, from St. Olaf College. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals. In 2008, Mr. Anderson was named a "Rising Star" by Minnesota Law and Politics Magazine.

Ursula Scott-Larsen graduated from the University of California Los Angeles with a BA in International Relations and German. Since 1981, she has worked for Oppenheimer Wolff and Donnelly in Brussels as a legal assistant specializing in European Union institutional and regulatory matters.
