Optibase Ltd.

Tom Wyler has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Optibase since September 2001 and as CEO since February 2002. Through the Festin Group, of which he is owner, Mr Wyler has had substantial stakes in several public companies in Switzerland. His other areas of involvement include investments banking, foreign exchange and financial futures. In the early 1990s, Mr Wyler turned his efforts to real estate interests in the US. More recently, his attention has been directed toward the high-tech industry in Israel. Mr. Wyler holds a Masters degree in Business Economics from the University of Zurich.

Yossi Aloni serves as president of Optibase Inc. and as our Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Aloni joined Optibase in May 2005 as Director of Broadcast Solutions in January 2006 he was appointed as director of Projects, in May 2006 he was appointed as Vice President of Marketing, and in January 2008 he was appointed as president of Optibase Inc. Previously, from 1998 to 2005, Mr. Aloni served as Director of Engineering/Chief Engineer at Telad, an Israeli channel originator. Prior to his appointment, he was Head of Post-Production at Telad. During his career in the video arena over almost two decades, Mr. Aloni also served as Technical Manager at Feltronics, and Golden Channels, as well as Head of the Video Section in the Israel Defense Forces. Mr. Aloni earned his B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Weizmann Institute of Science.

Amir Philips was appointed CFO of Optibase Ltd. in May 2007. Prior to this position, Mr. Philips served as Vice President Finance of Optibase Inc. - positions he held from July 2004. From 2000 until 2004, Mr. Philips held the position of Group Controller and Financial Manager at Optibase Ltd. Before joining Optibase, Mr. Philips was an accountant and auditor at Lotker Stein Toledano and Co., currently a member of BDO Ziv Haft. Mr. Philips is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel. He holds a B.B. degree in Accounting and Business Management from the Israeli College of Management.

Mr. Shalev joined Optibase in 2006 as Director of Product Marketing. Prior to Optibase, Mr. Shalev served as Director of Engineering at “Hot” the leading cable provider in Israel. Mr. Shalev is responsible for product definition, product marketing management and marketing communications activities.

Orna Gil-Bar Optibase's VP of Human Resources, joined the company in September 2000. Prior to joining Optibase, Ms. Gil-Bar served as Human Resource Manager for Computer Associates in Israel. During her tenure at Computer Associates, Ms. Gil-Bar was involved with the human resource implications resulting from CA's acquisition of Platinum Inc. From 1994 to 1996, Ms. Gil-Bar served as an organizational consultant for the Israeli Defense Forces. Ms. Gil-Bar holds an MBA (Organizational Structure and Consulting) from Tel-Aviv University.

Yaron Comarov, currently VP Operations, has been with Optibase since 1993. Prior to his present position, Mr. Comarov was Director of Operations. Before joining Optibase, Mr. Comarov worked as an Operations and Project Manager at Israel Aircraft Industries. Mr. Comarov holds a B.Sc. degree in information systems and industrial engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. He is currently completing his MBA at Boston University in Tel Aviv.

Dana Tamir joined the board of directors in September 2000. At present, Mrs. Tamir is serving as Head of Operations for Comverse MMS. In the past, Mrs. Tamir served as vice president, marketing of Radguard Ltd., which specialized in VPN solutions for service providers and large enterprises. From January 1997 to May 2000, Mrs. Tamir served as the CEO of Qronus Interactive Ltd. and as president of Qronus, Inc., a company that was spun off by Mercury Interactive. Until 2000 Mrs. Tamir served as a senior project manager and business developer of Military Command, Control, & Communication Systems at NESS Technologies Group.

Dana Tamir-Tavor joined the board of directors in September 2000. Presently Ms. Tamir is serving as the Chief of Staff of the VAS Group in Comverse. From January 1997 to May 2000, Ms. Tamir served as the Chief Executive Officer of Qronus, Inc., a company that was spun off by Mercury Interactive. Prior to that Ms. Tamir managed and executed large-scale Command Control & Communication real-time systems for the Military and Homeland Security industries in Israel and Europe for NESS Technologies.

Haim Labenski, joined the board of directors in February 2002. From 1977 to 1999, Mr. Labenski held a number of positions at Bank Hapoalim, including First Vice President, Head of Foreign Securities and Deputy Manager of the Securities Department, Head Office. He was also involved in consulting, trade, research and I.P.O coordination with global investment houses. Mr. Labenski holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Astor University, U.K, a M.Sc in Engineering Management from Leeds University and a D.B.A in Business Administration from Manchester Business School.

Mr. Itzik Wulkan joined our board of directors in December 2007. Mr. Itzik Wulkan is currently an entrepreneur of telecommunication companies. Previously Mr. Wulkan has served for two years as Vice President Business Development Wireless at Audiocodes. Prior to this, Mr. Wulkan acted as Vice President Business Development of the MMA group at Comverse. Mr. Wulkan holds a Master in Business Administration from Tel-Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Electrical engineering from the Technion Technological Institute.

Orli Garti-Seroussi joined our board of directors in February 2008. Ms. Garti-Seroussi has been involved in implementing public policy for the past 20 years. She is currently the Director of the Bureau of Municipal Corporations at the Municipality of Tel-Aviv Jaffa. Between 1999 and 2001 Ms. Garti-Seroussi was the Director of the Consulting Department at the Shif-Hazenfrats & Associations CPA firm. Prior to this, she served as the Deputy Director Market Regulation Division and as the C.P.A Corporate Division at Israel Securities Authority (ISA) and as the Auditor at the Supervision and Inspection Division of the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. Ms. Garti-Seroussi holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University, a Master in Business Administration from Tel-Aviv University Recanati School of Business, a Diploma in Law Enforcement for Senior Executive in the Public Sector and a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel-Aviv University.
