Chris Delgado joined Optimus Consulting as Vice President and leads the Application Integration and Middleware practice. Prior to joining Optimus, Chris was co-founder and President of jSymmetric, Inc., a middleware consulting and Solution Development services firm. Chris has worked extensively in the areas of application integration, relational databases, web services, and portal frameworks. Chris is a member of the Java Community Process and regularly contributes to technical journals. He has also published on the topic of information integration systems. Chris holds a Bachelors degree from Loyola University, New Orleans.

Kevin Anderson has fifteen years of experience in the IT industry, successfully managing and technically leading, analyzing, and developing both corporate and government-based applications. Kevin?s previous experience includes working at Metropolitan Life as a Business and System Analyst, Universal Data Consultants and GE Capital IT Solutions as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager, and most recently co-founding Eagle Technology Consultants, Inc., an enterprise IT solutions company. While at Eagle, Kevin?s main focus was to ensure customer satisfaction by managing, sizing/estimating, technical consulting, and staffing large projects in such industries as banking, retail and manufacturing, financial and state government. He also established the Eagle Project Management Methodology that was adopted throughout the company to help timely and on-budget client implementations. Kevin has specific knowledge of the Accelerated Value Method (Lotus/IBM Development Methodology), Relational Database Architecture (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server), Internet/Extranet/Intranet Integration with ERP Applications (Peoplesoft, SAP, JD Edwards), Lotus Domino Web Server, HTML, XML and JavaScript, among others. Kevin joins Optimus Consulting as Vice President of our web-enabled solutions group.

Mark Mahre has over 14 years experience in IT Consulting Services and Enterprise Solution Sales with companies such as GE Capital IT Solutions, Logical Choice Technologies, Ultimate Industries and Liuski International. Prior to joining Optimus Consulting, Mark was the President of Mahre Consulting, Inc., a business process management consulting firm. Mark has worked with over 50 clients in the Atlanta area (including SunTrust, ConAgra Foods, Bovis Lend Lease and GE Power) providing IT consulting services and solutions that help increase operational efficiency and bridge the gap between business goals and IT strategies. Mark holds certifications for Six Sigma compliance, Project Management and Business Process Management and also completed the Masters of Business Dynamics executive business training taught by the Gazelle Consulting Group. As a seasoned IT professional, Mark is particularly skilled at helping management teams improve their day-to-day processes in operations manufacturing, Finance, Logistics and various lines of business.

Mr. Hoff has been in the technology industry for 10 years. After receiving a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, David began his career as a Network Administrator and then quickly became president of a technology consulting company. After making the move to consulting, David has been responsible for various systems implementations and application development projects, with specific expertise in Domino and WebSphere. As Managing Consultant and Ebusiness Services Manager at Optimus, David works closely with clients and the consulting staff to oversee the development and execution of the company?s professional services, which have included several wireless pocket PC implementations. David is currently working on his M.B.A. in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.

As Director of Managed Security Services Architecture for Internet Security Systems, Inc. (ISS), one of the most widely recognized and valued information security brands in the world, Dave McGinnis is currently responsible for the service architecture and global partner enablement aspects of ISS? Managed Security Services business. Prior to joining Internet Security Systems, McGinnis held the position of Engineering Manager for Netrex Secure Solutions and led a development team for Unisys Corporation in Lansing, Michigan. McGinnis holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan and various industry certifications.

Jason Young is responsible for product marketing at Blue Lane Technologies, provider of the industry?s first inline patch proxy for enterprise servers that fixes application-specific vulnerabilities at the root cause. Jason has nearly ten years of product marketing and product management experience in the areas of enterprise software and network security, including roles at Keynote Systems, Microsoft, nCircle Network Security and SeeBeyond (acquired by Sun Microsystems). Jason earned a BS from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Keith Baskin works as the storage practice lead for Optimus Solutions. He has served in the data storage industry since 1994 in sales, technical and consultative roles. He has experience recommending and architecting data protection and management solutions around hardware, software, virtualization, compliance, disaster recovery and archive.

Michael Malkovich is a Channel Sales Engineer with VMware Corp. Michael is responsible for the technical business development of the Partners throughout the Southeast US, as well as speaking at many industry events and trade shows. Previous to VMware, Michael spent 4 years with VERITAS/Symantec working in the Enterprise Channel Group. In this role, Michael worked with many channel partners, as well as customers, to help develop business continuance practices, as well as the design of many high availability and disaster recovery environments.
