Kerry DeHority has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, the latter half focused exclusively in the technology sector. Most recently, Kerry spent 5 years as an officer of JDS Uniphase, one of the fastest growing fiber optic component companies in the world. First as Vice President/Controller and later as Vice President of Business Development, he was an instrumental member of The Board that negotiated and integrated several multi-billion dollar acquisitions. Prior to joining JDS Uniphase, Kerry was the Chief Financial Officer of Enigma Logic, where he packaged the company for a successful acquisition by Secure Computing (Nasdaq: SCUR). Previously, he was responsible for one of the quickest turnarounds of a technology company in history. Kerry's public accounting experience includes seven years with Ernst & Young. He has successfully completed the CPA licensing requirements in California and Virginia.

Successful venture capitalist Kevin N. Kalkhoven, co-founder of Kalkhoven, Pettit, Levin & Johnson Ventures LLC, joined Uniphase Corporation in 1992 as President, CEO and Chairman and oversaw its transformation from a privately held manufacturer of industrial lasers into a publicly held leading global supplier of components and modules for today's advanced fiber optic telecommunications networks and a member of the NASDAQ 100. While Mr. Kalkhoven served as Chief Executive Officer, the Company's annual sales rate increased over 67-fold from $23 million in fiscal 1991 to the $394 million reported for the quarter ended March 31, 2000. During his tenure, the market cap of the company grew from $35 million to $100 billion. As Chief Executive Officer of Uniphase, he oversaw its merger with JDS FITEL in July of 1999 and the emergence of the combined entity as a leader in the fiber optic components and modules marketplace. Mr. Kalkhoven is a regular keynote speaker at technology conferences and was noted in the May 2000 Worth magazine as one of America's Top 50 CEOs. Prior to joining Uniphase, Mr. Kalkhoven held executive positions at a variety of software companies. He served as President and CEO of Demax Software and as President and CEO of AIDA Corporation. Previously, he was Vice President of Marketing for the European division of Comshare Corporation and Group Vice President for the U.S. Company. Mr. Kalkhoven retired from JDS Uniphase in May 2000 and co-founded the venture firm in August 2000. Mr. Kalkhoven currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Optium Corporation and is a board member of AMCC.

Morgan joined Battery in 1996 and focuses broadly on investments in the advanced technology and communications markets. His investment areas of interest range from communications infrastructure and semiconductor components to analytical instrumentation for laboratory applications. From 1992 to 1996, Morgan was an Officer in the US Air Force where he led two "startup" product efforts. In this role, he gained product management experience in data communication, wireless communication, software, and client/server architectures.

Steve's primary focus at TPG Ventures is in the Communications, Storage, and Software industries. In addition to FyreStorm, Steve serves on the board of several other companies including Aristos Logic, Sierra Logic, Cloudshield, Nitronex, and Optium. Prior to joining TPG in 2000, Steve was a partner at Crosspoint Venture Partners. Previously, he was the director of business development for 3Com Corporation and spent six years at Hewlett Packard in a variety of roles ranging from finance to marketing to business development. Before earning his MBA with honors from Northwestern University, Steve was an audit manager at Ernst & Young. He received his BS degree in 1984 as a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Santa Clara University.
