Orange & Rockland Utilities Inc.

John D. McMahon is President and CEO of Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. Prior to being named to his current position at Orange and Rockland in January 2003, Mr. McMahon was Con Edison’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel from 1998. Mr. McMahon joined Con Edison in 1976 as an attorney in the rate proceedings department. During his career, he has been closely involved in the utility industry restructuring. A graduate of Manhattan College and New York Law School, Mr. McMahon has also completed the Advanced Management Program of Wharton Business School. Mr. McMahon is active in community and professional organizations and serves on the Board of Directors of the Rockland Economic Development Corporation, the Board of the New Jersey Utilities Association and the Ramapo College Foundation Board of Governors.

Mr. Brizzolara is Orange & Rockland's Director of Public Affairs, and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing a positive corporate leadership presence in the communities O&R serves through his direction of the company's community outreach, government relations, charitable giving and other civic activities. Since joining O&R in 1979, Mr. Brizzolara has worked in a variety of disciplines for the company, assuming posts of increasing responsibility and authority in a variety of areas including media relations, state legislative affairs, customer service, executive staff, charitable contributions and community relations.

Joan Jacobs is Director of Human Resources Support Services and is responsible at Orange & Rockland for planning and directing the activities and operations of the HR Service Center, HR policy and communications, and for ensuring that appropriate human resources policies are in place to deliver quality services and programs to O&R. She was formerly Con Edison's Director of Equal Employment Opportunity Affairs. After joining Con Edison in 2001, Ms. Jacobs worked as a Labor Relations Administrator, where she was responsible for representing Con Edison in arbitration proceedings and labor negotiations. She holds a law degree from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor's Degree in history and political science from McGill University.

Mr. Kosior is Orange & Rockland's Ethics Officer, and is responsible for the continual development and implementation of the company's comprehensive ethics program. He began his career at O&R in the Power Development and Civil Engineering Departments, where he worked in a number of assignments that included design, project administration and construction supervision. Prior to his present position, he was Manager of Environmental Services.
