David Nicholson studied pharmacology and graduated from the universities of Manchester (BSc) and Wales (PhD) in the United Kingdom. Since 1978 he has been working in R&D in the Pharmaceutical Industry. After a period of employment at the Beecham Research site in Germany, he joined Organon in 1988. Originally employed as Head of Department of Pharmacology at Organon's Newhouse Research site, he moved to Oss in 1993 and has subsequently held a number of Management positions within the company, including Director of the Cardiovascular and CNS Drugs Programs and Head of Research, Oss. More recently David Nicholson served as Head of Global Research, responsible for Organon's Research worldwide. On February 1, 2006, he took up the position of Executive Vice President Research & Development. He is currently based in Oss, the Netherlands.

Dr. Nelson is the medical director of CFHC. She also serves as a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the UCLA School of Medicine and is a full-time faculty member in the gynecology department at the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center where she directs the Women's Health Care Clinic (WHCC) and the largest women's health care nurse practitioner training program in the country. Ms. Neese has over 20 years of consulting and industry experience. She is currently the Vice President for Strategic Partnerships at McKesson Corporation, where she specializes in relationship and business development. Prior to joining McKesson, Ms. Neese was a senior consultant in the eConsulting Group at Digineer, a technology and management consulting firm. In addition to providing consultation about cost/quality programs and web-based virtual staff offerings, Ms. Neese represented Digineer at educational forums, eHealth symposia and medical society meetings. In her previous position as vice president of Corporate Services at Phycor, Inc., she had fiscal and operational responsibility for enterprise-wide initiatives including Internet and e-commerce strategies for both the clinical delivery and the physician practice management sectors. Ms. Neese helped lead the rapid growth of the company from an organization with six clinics and 300-hundred physicians to a $1.4 billion organization with 55 clinics, 26 IPAs, and 26,000 physicians in seven years. Helen Neese studied at the University of Missouri where she earned both her bachelor's and master's degree. She sits on advisory boards for AstraZeneca, Glaxo Wellcome, MGMA, Merck & Co., Ofstead & Associates, Organon, Roche Laboratories, Schering Plough, Searle Pharmaceuticals, TAP Pharmaceuticals, and Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Helen has also served as chairman of the Vanderbilt University Center for Health Services.
