Cesar A. Ortiz, C.P.A., J.D. (Age 33) Chief Risk Officer of the Group since 2007. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Ortiz worked at Doral Financial Corporation as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. He started his career in the financial services industry as Senior Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Ortiz received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico in 1997 and his Juris Doctor from the Interamerican University in 2005. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Ortiz is also a Certified Management Accountant, Certified Financial Manager and Certified Banking Auditor.

Before joining Oriental in 2004, Ganesh Kumar was a director of consulting for Gartner, Inc. (NYSE:IT), an industry leading research and advisory firm, where he assisted a wide array of financial service companies develop technology-enabled strategies and operational plans to meet desired results.
Prior to Gartner, Mr. Kumar was a Manager at McKesson Corporation (NYSE: MCK) from 1997 to 1999; a Planning and Technology Architect at Intercontinental Hotels Group (NYSE: IHG) from 1995-1997, and a consultant to financial services client worldwide from 1986 to 1995.
Julio Micheo, C.P.A. (Age 49) Senior Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Investment Officer of the Group since December 2006. Mr. Micheo was Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Doral Financial Corporation, where, from February 2005 to August 2006, he was in charge of investments, funding and hedging, in addition to all mortgage secondary market activities, and a member of Doral s ALCO. He joined Doral in May 1998, becoming President and Member of the Board of Directors of its Doral Securities unit in 2002, also serving as Vice President of Doral s co-sponsored $400 million Puerto Rico GNMA closed end mutual fund. Prior to Doral, Mr. Micheo was Senior Vice President of PaineWebber of Puerto Rico (now part of UBS), for four years, where he started and headed the Financial Institutions Taxable Fixed Income Sales Desk; Vice President of The First Boston Corporation investment banking firm (now part of Credit Suisse), for eight years, where he supervised development and marketing of strategies and products to institutional investors in Puerto Rico; and auditor-in-charge and tax specialist in San Juan with the accounting firm of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company (now part of KPMG LLP), for four years, where his accounts included large financial institutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude, from Saint Joseph s University, Philadelphia.

L. Raul Salva (Age 61) Chief Credit Officer of the Group since June 2005. Mr. Salva has forty years of financial, corporate, commercial, consumer, and real estate lending experience under different economic scenarios. He joined Oriental upon completion of a consulting engagement for the bank. He had been practicing Business Consulting for the previous ten years. Mr. Salva started his banking career with The Chase Manhattan Bank in Puerto Rico in 1970 after graduating from the University of Puerto Rico BBA. He later went to Citibank, NA, Puerto Rico where he served for fifteen years. His last assignment was as Business Manager for the Community Banking Group. He was designated as a Senior Credit Officer, the highest credit distinction bestowed to a credit officer at Citibank. In 1992 he decided to join Banco Santander Puerto Rico (largest Spanish bank and a publicly held institution) as Chief Credit Officer until he started his Business Consulting private practice in 1994.
Norberto Gonzalez, C.P.A., J.D. (Age 48) Chief Financial Officer of the Group since August 2006 and Executive Vice President since March 2003. Before joining the Group, Mr. Gonzalez was Executive Vice President and Risk Management Director of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) Puerto Rico, a wholly owned subsidiary of Spain s second largest bank. He was Senior Vice President of Credit Administration of PonceBank (a publicly held financial institution acquired by BBVA in 1998) from 1992 to 1998. He started his professional career at Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG LLP), where he worked from 1980 to 1992, becoming a Senior Manager specializing in audit and consulting services to financial institutions. Mr. Gonzalez graduated magna cum laude in 1980 from the University of Puerto Rico, where he obtained a bachelor s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. In 2001, he earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. Mr. Gonzalez is a member of the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Paseo Las Vistas Homeowners Association, Inc.
Jose Gabriel Diaz, Esq. (Age 44) First Senior Vice President and Executive Trust Officer of the Group. As Executive Trust Officer, Mr. Diaz oversees the management and operations of the Group s Trust Division. He possesses over 12 years of fiduciary experience serving commercial banks trust departments. Before joining the Group, Mr. Diaz worked with Banco Santander, ABN AMRO Bank and with the law firm of McConnell Valdes, as a tax and employee benefits lawyer specializing on ERISA matters. Mr. Diaz was also the President of the Trust Committee of the Puerto Rico Bankers Association from September 2002 to February 2004. Mr. Diaz is an active member of various non-profit groups, including the board of directors of the Puerto Rico Diabetes Association, the Chamber of Commerce, the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association, the Puerto Rico Bar Association, the Puerto Rico Medical Association, and the Puerto Rico Chapter of the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill. Mr. Diaz holds a Bachelor s degree in Economics from Harvard, a Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School, and two Master s of Law degrees in Taxation and Securities Regulation from the Georgetown Law Center. In addition, Mr. Diaz holds a Certificate in ERISA and Employee Benefits Law from the Georgetown Law Center.

Mari Carmen Aponte, Esq., is the former Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration (PRFAA) in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Aponte is considered an expert in legal and policy support in diverse matters involving federal government relations in the areas of banking, tax legislation and regulations, as well as negotiations with federal government agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and Fannie Mae. She began her career in Washington in 1979 after earning her J.D. from Temple University School of Law.
Her government positions have included serving in the Carter Administration as a Special Assistant to the U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and in the Clinton Administration as Special Assistant in the Office of Presidential Personnel. As PRFAA's Executive Director from 2001 to 2004, Ms. Aponte represented the Governor of Puerto Rico on all federal matters to U.S. state and federal agencies as well as to Congress and the Executive branch. Her private practice positions included being an Associate of the law firm of Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy and a Partner at Alexander, Gebhardt, Aponte & Marks, both of Washington.
Pablo I. Altieri, M.D. is a cardiologist and a Professor of Medicine and Physiology at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine.
He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Corporación para el Desarrollo Tecnológico de Recursos Tropicales de Puerto Rico, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and a member of the Board of Directors of Casa Roig Foundation, Humacao, Puerto Rico. Both are charitable organizations.

Nelson García is a certified public accountant with significant experience in administration and international public accounting.

Since 1993, he has been the President and sole shareholder of Impress Quality Business Forms, Inc. d/b/a Impress Quality Printing, a commercial printer in Puerto Rico.
Francisco Arriví has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pulte International Caribbean Corp., San Juan, Puerto Rico, a subsidiary of Pulte Corporation (a publicly traded company), since 1999.
He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Interstate General Properties LP, S.E., San Juan, Puerto Rico, a subsidiary of Interstate General Company LP (a publicly traded company), from 1995 to 1999, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of that company from 1990 to 1995. He was also a director of Interstate General Properties LP, S.E. from 1996 to 1998. He was Vice President and Manager of the Real Estate Department of The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A., San Juan, Puerto Rico, from 1985 to 1990. He served as a director of American Communities Property Trust (a publicly traded company), San Juan, Puerto Rico, from 1998 to 1999.

José Gil de Lamadrid Jimenez, CPA, is a former managing partner in Puerto Rico of the accounting firm KPMG LLP.
Mr. Gil de Lamadrid had more than a 26-year career with KPMG in San Juan and New York City. As Managing Partner from 1993 to 2003, he was responsible for day-to-day operations of the San Juan office, which had more than 100 employees and 7 partners. He was a member of the southeast region management committee of KPMG US. He also served as the local office coordinator for the financial institutions practice, and was the audit and consulting partner in charge of several large engagements of local entities and local operations of international entities. Major clients included those in banking and finance, insurance, retail, wholesale and manufacturing.
Mr. Gil de Lamadrid has a Bachelor in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico in 1976. He completed as instructor and/or participant numerous seminars in accounting, finance, management and human resources including an executive development seminar at Stamford University in Palo Alto. He is a CPA licensed in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He currently is co-owner of Office Zone, Inc. of Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, a family business.

Josen Rossi is Chairman of the Board, CEO and majority owner of Aireko Enterprises, a multi-enterprise construction group in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean founded in 1963. Mr. Josen has managed civil, institutional and industrial projects for Aireko since 1980, and is particularly experienced in fast-track turnkey building construction.
Mr. Josen has been actively involved as official or director in many community and industry associations locally and abroad, such as the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association, the Aireko Foundation, the Associated General Contractors Puerto Rico chapter, the Construction Cluster of Puerto Rico, and the Young Presidents Organization Puerto Rico chapter. Of these, he has chaired all except for the Manufacturers Association, which he is currently chairing.
He graduated in 1980 from Cornell University with a bachelor's of science degree in civil engineering (BSCE). In 1989, he earned a masters of business administration from Colgate Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.
Juan C. Aguayo, P.E., M.S.C.E., has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Structural Steel Works, Inc., Bayamón, Puerto Rico, since 2002, and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2000 to
2002.
From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Aguayo was Director of Construction and Development, of Development Company of the Americas, LLC, Denver, CO, and Monterrey, Mexico. From 1997 to 1998, he attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA, where he earned his Masters of Science in Civil Engineering (M.S.C.E.). He was Vice President of Structural Steel Works, Inc., from 1991 to 1997; Project Engineer, from 1986 to 1991; and also President of its affiliate, Structural Steel Manufacturing, Inc., from 1991 to 1997. In 1986, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Princeton University, Princeton, NJ.
Mr. Aguayo is a licensed Professional Engineer, registered in Puerto Rico, and has served terms as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Puerto Rico chapter of the Association of General Contractors of America, from 1996 to 1997 and from 2003 to 2004.

Julian S. Inclán is President of American Paper Corporation (a distributor of fine papers, office supplies and graphic art supplies) of San Juan, Puerto Rico, since 1994. Mr. Inclán also is the Managing Partner of three real estate partnerships, Hamlet Associates, Inclán Realty, Inc., and Calibre, S.E., all of San Juan.
Prior to American Paper, Mr. Inclán held executive management or sales positions at Puerto Rican Cement Co., Inc., Container Corporation of America, and The Economic Development Administration.
Mr. Inclán also has participated as an officer in a number of business and social organizations, such as Colegio San Ignacio Scholarship Fund, Association of Independent Printing Paper Merchants, and Caparra Country Club.
He graduated in 1969 from Fordham University with a bachelor's of science with a major in economics. In 1972, he earned a masters of business administration with a concentration in business economics and finance from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Pedro Morazzani Ferrer, founding partner of the accounting firm of Zayas, Morazzani & Co., San Juan, Puerto Rico, is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Valuation Analyst, and Arbitrator. He obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico in 1973, joined Peat, Marwick & Mitchell (now KPMG) in 1973, became a Certified Public Accountant in 1975, and co-founded Zayas, Morazzani in 1983.
Mr. Morazzani was and is involved in the audits and other related services rendered to commercial entities and other enterprises involved in various specialized industries such as commercial banking, government entities, educational institutions, credit unions, construction contractors and developers, and other segments of the economy. Mr. Morazzani is active in providing litigation support services, as a consultant and as an expert. He has been appointed by the P.R. Courts as Commissioner or Business Valuator. The main cases where Mr. Morazzani has participated are in the areas of divorce (alimony and division of community property), construction contracts, liquidation of estate assets, cancellation of contracts, partnership's dissolution, fraud, estimates of damages, etc.
During his 10 year tenure at Peat, Marwick, Mr. Morazzani gained extensive accounting, auditing and business experience, and held the position of Senior Manager in the Audit Department.

Rafael Machargo-Chardón, Esq., has more than 30 years experience as an attorney in Puerto Rico, specializing in contracts, banking, real restate, corporate and insurance law, and civil litigation. He also has developed multiple residential and commercial real estate projects.
In 1997, he founded his own law firm. Prior to that, he had been the managing partner of the law firm Marchargo, del Valle & de la Rosa and a partner of the law firm Dubón & Dubón. Starting in 1980, Mr. Machargo-Chardón has successfully developed and sold multi-unit attached and detached low and middle-income housing projects, often serving as Chairman of the Board and/or CEO of these real estate development companies.
Mr. Machargo-Chardón also has served as a member and/or secretary of the Board of Directors of American Foreign Underwriters Corp., an insurance corporation, Trident Commercial Corp., an investment corporation, and Security National Life Insurance Company, a publicly traded company.
He graduated in 1967 from Inter-American University, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics & Finance. In 1973, he earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
Mr. Machargo-Chardón is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, American Bar Association and Notary Public Association.
