Wang has held senior management positions for a number of major telecommunication companies, including general manager of the Marketing Center at Shanghai CellStar International Trading Company. Shanghai CellStar is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NASDAQ-listed CellStar, one of the world's largest mobile phone marketing companies. At Shanghai CellStar, Wang was responsible for a record one million in unit sales for the Nokia 8210.

Zhao has served as the company's chief financial officer since October 26, 2005, and has more than 15 years of experience in accounting and financial management, mainly with listed companies in Hong Kong and Foreign Invested Enterprise in the PRC. He most recently served as the regional financial controller of XinAo Gas Holdings Limited, a publicly listed company in Hong Kong .

Wang Xiaolong, Deputy General Manager and Business Management Director, holds an MBA from East China University of Technology, has been employed by Xian Weiye Group and Foxconn as GM Assistant and Marketing Manager, respectively. He has considerable marketing experience in the PRC mobile communication market and maintains cooperative relationships with numerous suppliers within the industry.

Forest Shulin Yang, Deputy General Manager, responsible for project management\technical support\quality management and logistic as well as production management come from MOTOROLA as MCEL production resource & planning manager, an expert on communication terminal products production\planning\resource optimization\IE and plant logistical inventory controlling as well as quality management. 15 years experience on high-level production management.

Mr. Howard S. Barth, who will now chair the Audit Committee, earned his MBA at York University in 1976. He has over 25 years experience as a Chartered Accountant in public practice specializing in providing services to clientele in the construction, manufacturing, restaurant, hospitality and mining industries.

Mr. Liu Yu has served as Chairman of our Board of Directors since March 31, 2005 and a member of the Board of Directors of Beijing Xelent since April 2003. From May 1998 to present he has also served as Chairman of the Board of Beijing Huanyitong Technology & Trading Co., Ltd. From May 1995 to April 1998, he served as General Manager of Beijing Lianwanjia Telecommunication Trading Center.

Mr. Gao, who will serve as a member of the Board's Audit Committee and Compensation Committee, earned his Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Liverpool in the UK in July 2000, and has since been engaged in the real estate and telecommunications industries. Since June 2007, Mr. Gao has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Royal Junction Construction Materials Co., Ltd. From May 2001 to January 2007, Mr. Gao worked as the General Manager of Dacheng Real Estate Development Group and Dacheng Telecommunications Technology Co., Ltd. From 1996 to 1999, he was the sales director for CellStar International Trading Co., Ltd, responsible for sales, marketing and strategic planning.
