Jeff Koch is the marketing communications manager at OSF HealthPlans, responsible for providing a variety of internal and external communications and public relations activities. He designs, develops, writes, and produces a variety of publications, newsletters, handbooks, manuals, brochures, Web site material, and advertising. Koch has earned internal and external recognition through the What Outstanding Work program at OSF HealthPlans, formed and chaired an external communications workgroup that reviews all written correspondence sent to OSF HealthPlans' constituents, and has been a longstanding member of the OSF HealthPlans Mission Committee. Active in the community, Koch helps raise more than $10,000 per year for Children's Hospital of Illinois, coaches youth basketball, volunteers at grade schools and day cares, volunteers for Christmas in April, and is the Coats for Kids co-chair at OSF HealthPlans.

Nancy Wraight is human resources manager for OSF HealthPlans, Inc., where she leads more than 200 employees. Her duties include advocating for employees, leadership and supervisory training, affirmative action, recruitment, recognition, employee events, orientation, employee newsletter, employment strategies, and special programs. Wraight helped OSF HealthPlans receive one of the highest employee opinion survey results from any organization through Morehead and Associates. She's a member of the U.S. Department of Labor Openings and Turnover Team, leads the Leave Sharing Bank Committee at OSF HealthPlans, and served on the Central Illinois Workforce Development Study. Through OSF, Wraight coordinates Coats for Kids, Adopt A Family, School Supply and Easter Basket drives for local families, and co-chairs the OSF Foundation Campaign. In the community, she's vice president of the Parent Council and is on the board of trustees at Peoria Academy. She also volunteers for Children's Hospital of Illinois, Girl Scouts, American Red Cross, Peoria Community Theatre Company, United Way, and Washington Senior Center. Tara Flippin is manager of Medicare programs at OSF HealthPlans, Inc., responsible for implementing, operationalizing, and growing the OSF HealthPlans Medicare+Choice products. Among her duties is the design, development, direction, and supervision of the Medicare+Choice marketing, sales, and retention programs and managing a staff of 30 employees. Flippin received the highest score by staff for management competency in an internal satisfaction survey, received the Silver Axiem Award for television advertising campaign, and achieved Professional Academy for a Healthcare Management certification from the American Association of Health Plans. Additionally, during her tenure, OSF HealthPlans Care Advantage was rated No. 1 in the State of Illinois.

Tina McNaught is sales manager at OSF HealthPlans, Inc., where she supervises and oversees day-to-day operations of Medicare sales and marketing functions, providing training and education to all existing and new employees about products; ensures CMS compliance; and develops strategies for growth and stabilization of the Medicare product. Under her leadership, McNaught's department received one of the highest Employee Opinion Survey results in the company, and their Medicare Advantage PPO demonstration plan is ranked third nationally in overall enrollment and market. Active in the community, she volunteers for the following organizations: Christmas in April, United Way, Arthritis Foundation, Alzheimer Association, Race for the Cure, American Red Cross, Senior Olympics, American Heart Association, OSF Healthcare Foundation, and the Great American Clean-Up. McNaught also adopted residents of Heartland Apartments for Christmas and chaired the Bergner's Community Days Coupon Sale for the benefit of the senior citizens at OSF Saint Clare Home.

Jennifer Rusk is a product development specialist at OSF HealthPlans (OSFHP), where she's responsible for market research and evaluation in OSF HealthPlans' service area. She establishes new benefit plans and product lines to assure OSFHP is the preferred carrier. Active in the community, Rusk volunteers with her church and her son's elementary school; helps implement multiple fundraisers at OSF HealthPlans to benefit Children's Hospital of Illinois, raising in excess of $10,000 each year; volunteered for the CMN Telethon; served on the design committee for the American Heart Association's Sweethearts Ball; and choreographs for the Chillicothe JFL cheerleaders. In her current position, Rusk is the project and implementation lead of the newest product to OSF HealthPlans, and is in the process of leading a project for the next OSFHP product. She also conducts an ongoing analysis of OSFHP total membership to determine plan offerings in each of its markets. Rusk was a requested speaker and presenter at the International Quality & Productivity Center's "Taking HSA's from Concept to Reality" conference and earned recognition through the WOW program at OSF HealthPlans.
