Steven C. Stanley joined Outback Steakhouse as Vice President-Construction in October of 1990. In April 2003, he was elected Senior Vice President of Construction. Prior to his employment with the company, Mr. Stanley was the president of Ferris-Stanley Constructors, a Tampa based design-build general contracting firm. He began his career in the design and construction field as a Project Civil Engineer for the Delta Engineering Company. Mr. Stanley is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Certified Building Contractor.
Dirk A. Montgomery is currently a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for OSI Restaurant Partners, Inc. Prior to joining OSI, Dirk served as the Con Agra Retail Group CFO for a $9 billion portfolio of consumer products companies in the United States and Internationally. He has both retail and consumer products experience, having served previously with ConAgra Foods, Limited Brands and Sara Lee Corporation. Mr. Montgomery began his career at Ernst & Young as a financial and computer auditor initially, later being promoted to Manager in the Corporate Finance Consulting practice. He has an undergraduate degree in Accountancy from Miami University (Ohio), a CPA from the State of Ohio, and an MBA from the University of Chicago with a concentration in Finance and a specialization in Policy. His interests include family, serving in the community and coaching. He is a former Board member for the Memphis Food Bank and New Albany School District Finance Committee and currently serves on the Outback Pro Am Board as Treasurer.
Richard L. Renninger was appointed Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development of the company in May 2005. Immediately prior to joining OSI, Mr. Renninger served as Vice President of Real Estate for RARE Hospitality where he had responsibility for real estate development of RARE's multiple brand portfolios. From 1992 to 2002, Mr. Renninger was employed by Waffle House, Inc., a private restaurant company. Mr. Renninger served in various capacities of increasing responsibility including Real Estate Representative, Assistant Vice President/ Director of Franchise Development, Vice President/Director of Real Estate and Vice President of Construction. Mr. Renninger is a graduate of Harvard University with a concentration in economics. He is a member of numerous industry associations and actively participates in multiple civic, charitable and social organizations.

Irene Wenzel was named Senior Vice President of Purchasing of the Company in February 2003. Irene began her career with OSI Restaurant Partners, Inc. in 1988 as a Manager in the original Outback Steakhouse restaurant on Henderson Blvd. In 1992, Irene transitioned from the operations side of the business to the home office and began to take on Purchasing responsibilities. In 1997, she was named Vice President of Purchasing for the Outback Steakhouse brand. Prior to 1988, she was employed by Bennigan's as a Manager.
J. Timothy Gannon is a co-founder of Outback Steakhouse and serves as Director Emeritus of Outback Steakhouse, Inc. In his role during the early years, he was known as the creator of the Bloomin' Onion recipe. Prior to founding Outback, Mr. Gannon was vice president and director of development for Al Copeland Enterprises, Inc.'s Copeland's restaurant group (1984-1987). In addition to his restaurant and business career, Gannon is a well-respected polo player and sponsor.

Joseph Jackson is Vice-President of Outback Steakhouse, Inc. where he is responsible for Operations Management and Inclusion Training. He moved here six years ago from San Antonio, Texas. Joseph has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston Hotel and Restaurant Management School. His way of looking at the world changed during a training sponsored by NCCJ, leading Joseph to become involved with NCCJ in 2002 to advocate for diversity, community and justice. Outback Steakhouse contributed to making the annual Humanitarian Awards Dinner a success an underwriter.

Chris T. Sullivan is Chairman of the Board of OSI Restaurant Partners, Inc. A co-founder of Outback Steakhouse, he has been a director since its inception in August 1987. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for the company from February 1991 until March 2005. Prior to that he served in the role of president. Before founding Outback Steakhouse, Mr. Sullivan was a founding stockholder, director and vice President of Sunstate Restaurant Corporation (Sunstate), which developed, as a franchise, 17 Chili's Grill and Bar Restaurants in Florida and Georgia (1983-1987), when Sunstate was acquired by Chili's, Inc. Prior to founding Sunstate, Mr. Sullivan was executive vice president of Steak & Ale Restaurant Corporation in charge of the Bennigan's restaurant group. Mr. Sullivan began his restaurant career at Steak & Ale in 1972 as a restaurant manager trainee.
Andrew B. Balson has served on the Board of Directors since March 1999. Mr. Balson also serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors. Mr. Balson has been a Managing Director of Bain Capital, a global investment company, since January 2001. Mr. Balson became a Principal of Bain Capital in June 1998, prior to which he was an Associate from 1996 to 1998. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Balson was a consultant at Bain & Company. Mr. Balson serves on the Boards of Directors of Burger King Corporation, UGS and a number of other private companies.

Marc R. Rubin, executive vice president and principal of Zifkin Realty & Development, LLC (ZRD) is a tenacious dealmaker ranked among Chicago 's top retail brokers for his strategic approach to client real estate portfolios. Over the past twelve years, in markets from the Midwest to Las Vegas and California, he has represented clients including Nextel, Dollar Tree, Sears, Outback Steakhouse, NTB, CVS/Pharmacy, AT&T Wireless, Pay Day Loans, Jacobs Bros.
