Joe has been with Outsource, Inc. since 1993. He is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and a founding Director of Outsource, Inc. He is responsible for overall operations of the company. Prior to Outsource, Joe was with Sprint where he served in various positions of increasing responsibility in Engineering, Operations and Customer Services. His last twenty years with Sprint was at the officer level as Vice President Network Operations and Vice President Customer Service for the State of Florida. He is no stranger to effective management of numerous multi-million dollar projects. Joe is a graduate of East Tennessee State University and holds a BS Degree with major course concentration work in Business Management and Finance. He and his wife, Bobbie have two grown daughters and reside in Longwood, Florida.

Mr. Oliver has more than 37 years experience in leading global information technology organizations. He was formerly a Senior Information Technology Executive with Eastman Chemical Company and Eastman Kodak. Mr. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from East Tennessee State University with a dual major in Accounting and Business Management. He also successfully completed Executive Management Programs at the University of Michigan, George Washington University, Harvard University and the European Institute of Business Management in Fontainebleau, France. He is currently a member of the Tennessee Regional Economic Development Council and serves on the Boards of eTechSecurityPro; LinkedHealth; iPlenus Bio-Informatics; and Crumley House Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center.

Gary Hudson joined Outsource in 1994 and is involved in overall company management. He also directs the Company's Systems Integration Services unit. His responsibilities include network design, sales, implementation, server configuration (NT/2000/XP and Netware), support for desktop configuration, and software support. Gary has an extensive Data Equipment/Network design and installation background with experience in configuration of managed hubs, switches, routers, remote access servers, AS/400, all Microsoft server and workstation platforms, Banyan Vines, Novell Netware and OS/400. He served as part of an initial Broadband Services installation team, providing support for a major telecommunications company's Fiber to the Curb (FTTC) initiative as well as High Speed Data service offerings in the that company's Mid-Atlantic region. He has developed Network LAN/WAN solutions both for Outsource and many Outsource clients. Gary holds two Bachelor Degrees from Florida A&M University where he majored in architecture. He and his wife Lori reside in Longwood with their three young sons.

Lori joined Outsource in 1994 to manage creative services for the company. Her main focus is on assisting clients in the design and production of their corporate communications tools. Using state-of-the-art graphics technology, she creates a wide range of marketing and advertising materials ranging from brochures and print advertisements to corporate identity packages, annual reports, and point of sale items. She also designs and manages hosting for company web sites. Prior to joining Outsource, Hudson operated her own advertising agency, Hudson Graphics. She produced publicity campaigns, sales and other media material for many well known regional and national organizations. Much of Lori's work has been in the hospitality field serving area resorts and Inns. Before founding Hudson Graphics, Lori Hudson worked with several Central Florida advertising agencies, including Patregnani Marketing & Advertising and Robinson's Marketing & Advertising. Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Florida State University and is continually expanding her knowledge of graphic design through classes at the Crealde School of Art in Winter Park, Florida. She is an active member in the National Association of Photoshop Professionals. Lori and her husband Gary reside in Longwood, Florida with their three sons.

Mr. Bumatay was subject matter expert for the American Productivity and Quality Center's Outsourcing Consortium study. He is a frequent keynote speaker and presenter at management conferences, has written numerous articles for business magazines and is co-author of Communications Media Production Insource or Outsource. Mr. Bumatay is a Certified Management Accountant and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.

Olivia provides financial controller services to clients in the legal sector, in the PR / Marketing sector and to a number of professional service firms who operate in the construction sector such as architects, town planners etc. Olivia qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997. Olivia trained with KPMG and has extensive commercial experience as a financial controller of small to medium businesses. Olivia joined Outsource in 2004 and provides ongoing financial management services to a number of law firms.

Ronan Daly is an experienced qualified accountant who offers financial controller services to clients in the professional services, wealth management, PR / marketing and the general service sector. Ronan also advises firms on valuations, merger opportunities and in relation to overall company healthchecks / practice reviews. Ronan is a certified accountant and prior to joining Outsource he worked for Ernst & Young where Ronan advised a wide portfolio of clients on issues such as risk management, business process, strategic direction and enhancing company competitiveness.
