Dave Duncan, SPHR, Consultant, has over 18 years of human resources management experience providing both strategic and operational human resources support to senior managers and executives in a variety of service/manufacturing organizations. Having developed effective programs in employee relations, performance management, staffing planning and organizational development Dave has a record of providing leadership and developing supervisory and managerial talent. As HR Manager for Copy Cop Inc., Dave developed and implemented a variety of policies, procedures and training programs--including customer service, sales and management training--for this multi-dimensional growth oriented organization. Dave has also worked as HR Director for Print Staff and Spire Corporation in Boston rounding out his experience in both the staffing and marketing-communications industries. Dave is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management and is certified through the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Human Resources Professional. As a graduate of Miami University Dave holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.

CompuCredit was launched in August 1996 by David G. Hanna, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Richard W. Gilbert, Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer, following nearly two years of extensive research and development. Both officers, having held executive positions with Nationwide Credit, Inc, have extensive experience in the credit and collections industries. Mr. Hanna also founded Account Portfolios L.P., a purchaser and manager of portfolios of non-performing loans and accounts receivable, in 1989 with Frank J. Hanna III, his brother and a principal shareholder in CompuCredit. Account Portfolios L.P. was sold to Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. in 1995. Before joining CompuCredit in 1996, Mr. Gilbert was the General Manager of Strategic Client Services for Equifax. He had previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Equifax's collection division. Prior to Equifax, Mr. Gilbert held several senior positions with HBR Capital, an investment management company.

Mr. Wood, 51, co-founded Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC and has been a Managing Director of the firm since its inception in 1993. Prior to founding Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC, Mr. Wood served as a vice president of First Chicago Venture Capital for nine years. Previously, he worked with the venture capital unit of Continental Illinois Bank from 1978 to 1983. Mr. Wood serves on the board of directors of Hines Horticulture, Inc., a producer and distributor of horticultural products. Mr. Wood has been a member of our Board since our inception in 2000.

Vahe A. Dombalagian, Director - B.S., Georgetown University; M.B.A., Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Prior to joining MDP, Mr. Dombalagian was with Texas Pacific Group and Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Mr. Dombalagian concentrates on investments in the financial services and basic industries sectors and currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Cinemark, Inc. and Outsourcing Solutions Inc.
