David Schultz joined Overlake Hospital Medical Center in 2007 from Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona, where he was the Administrator/COO. His other executive experience includes: Vice President at East Texas Medical Center (Level I Trauma facility), Chief Administrative Officer at Children's Medical Center, and COO at Doctor's Hospital both located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Schultz has a master's degree in healthcare administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Dianna Reely has over 20 years of healthcare management experience in the areas of Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Compliance, Patient Access and Medical Records. Reely attended the University of Washington. She is Certified Quality Improvement Professional and Compliance Officer. Previous positions include Director of Quality and Administrative Services at Providence Homecare/Hospice of Seattle. Reely was a Partner at R&S Quality Concepts, a consulting firm that focuses on providing operational improvement analysis and strategies to physician offices and home care organizations. Reely's associations include the Health Care Compliance Association and the Washington State Healthcare Quality Association. She has also been a guest lecturer for Shoreline Community College Health Information Management, specializing in the regulatory and quality sessions.

Gary McLaughlin came to Overlake in April 2003. His prior experiences include being a full-time consultant to the 611-bed Stanford University Hospital; Vice President of Finance and Regional Chief Financial Officer for the BJC Health Care West/Central region in St. Louis, Missouri; and Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at the 340-King's Daughter's Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. McLaughlin has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Toledo. His association and board activities include American College of Healthcare Executives (Diplomat), Healthcare Financial Management Association (Member) and Rotary Club of Sammamish.

Employed at Overlake since September 1983, Sam Baxter has held various positions including Controller, Vice President, Finance/CFO, and Vice President Professional Services. Prior to Overlake, he was on the audit staff of Arthur Andersen & Co. in Seattle. Baxter has a Masters degree in Public Administration from Brigham Young University. His association and board activities include ACHE, Hospital Central Services Association, Healthcare Financial Management Association, PACLAB and Washington Imaging Services.

David Aubrey joined Overlake Hospital Medical Center in 2007 with nearly a quarter century of fund development experience and expertise. Prior to joining Overlake's senior management team, David was a consultant with the firm Bentz Whaley Flessner providing philanthropic consulting services to national clients. Previously he served as vice president for development at several universities, including Pacific Lutheran University, and provided advancement leadership at numerous institutions including the American Heart Association. David holds a bachelor of arts from Capital University and a master of divinity degree from Trinity Seminary. He has completed additional graduate studies at the Ohio State University School of Law and the University of California at Berkeley. He earned certification from the National Planned Giving Institute at The College of William and Mary. He is a frequent presenter at conferences of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and is a member of the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP.)

Janet Donelson came to Overlake in 2003 as Vice President Facilities. She has worked in facility development, primarily in healthcare settings for over 25 years. Donelson has a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Washington, a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School and is a Fellow in the American Institute of Architects. During a 12-year tenure with the University of Washington, she lead nearly a billion dollars in renovation and expansion projects, primarily at the UW Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center and the UW School of Medicine. She currently serves as a board member of the University Child Development School in Seattle and is a member of the AIA National Ethics Council.

Lisa Brock's background consists of 15 years of human resources experience, including work with Swedish and Providence Health Systems in Seattle. She also owned a consulting business specializing in providing human resources consulting services in the healthcare industry. Brock has a Masters degree in Human Resources from Seattle Pacific University.

Marcia Johnson came to Overlake in 1998. Her previous executive experience includes Assistant Vice President of Clinical Effectiveness for Catholic Health Initiatives West Region; Vice President of Patient Care Delivery for Franciscan Health Systems - West, and Vice President of Operations for St. Joseph Medical Center/Regional Nurse Executive for Franciscan Health System-West. Johnson also worked with the Providence Health System and was the Assistant Administrator at St. Cabrini Hospital in Seattle. She has a Bachelors degree in Nursing, a Master's degree in Health Care Administration and Planning and a Master's degree in Nursing; all from the University of Washington.

Richard Bryan rejoined Overlake Hospital Medical Center as Vice-President, Patient Safety and Risk Management after a two year absence. Having previously been employed here since 1999, Richard has over 16 years experience in medical-legal consulting, case management and risk management, with the last nine years focused specifically on patient safety and risk management in healthcare settings. He continues his active nursing practice on-call in an emergency department. Richard co-authored Handling Difficult Patients: A Nurse Managers Guide, HCPro 2004, and Manage Challenging Resident Behaviors, HCPro 2005. He is a graduate of Union University and pursued graduate studies at California State, Dominguez Hills and California Coast University.

Marlene Tuttle came to Overlake in May 1988, and has worked with the medical staff in various positions. Prior to her employment at Overlake, Tuttle worked for Northwest Hospital in Seattle. She is a Washington native with a degree from Washington State University and a certificate in Health Information Management from Seattle University. Tuttle is the past Chairman of the Bellevue Civil Service Commission and past President of the Bellevue Overlake Rotary.

Ms. Florence joined her family's businesses, Quality Food Centers (QFC) and Property Development Corporation, a real estate holding company, in 1974. In 1986 the family sold its interest in QFC, the grocery retail operation. She is now serving as President and CEO of Property Development Corporation since 1985, and became Chairwoman in 2006. Ms. Florence has served as a member of the Board of Directors of First Mutual Bank since 1985. She is the past Chairwoman of the Bellevue Downtown Association and the Bellevue Schools Foundation. She has served on the board of both the Bellevue Community College Foundation and the Bellevue Art Museum, and is currently the Vice-Chairwoman of the Performing Arts Center of the Eastside.

JoAnn's fundraising career began in 1977 and has spanned health care, youth development, public land preservation, environment, ethnic heritage and community development. Locally she has provided fundraising expertise to Planned Parenthood of Western Washington, King County Library System Foundation, and Camp Fire USA. Committed to social justice and international development, she particularly enjoys the intersection of personal values and professional interests. JoAnn joined The Alford Group as a Consultant in 2006.

LeeAnn Wood came to Overlake in February 2000. Her previous executive experience includes Vice President of Development for Easter Seals as well as establishing and directing the Office of Gift and Estate Planning for the Union Gospel Mission in Seattle, Washington. Before joining The Union Gospel Mission, Wood was a career agent with the Principal Financial Group, introducing the role of charitable giving in formal estate plans. Wood, who is nationally board certified, completed her undergraduate studies in Accounting at Washington State University in 1981, and earned her post-graduate certification in fundraising management at the University of Washington in 1992. She serves as trustee on the following boards: Washington Planned Giving Council, America's Foundation for Chess and Leave a Legacy of Western Washington.

Dr. Castle is the former Chief of Staff of Overlake Hospital Medical Center in Bellevue, WA and chairman of the Department of Orthopedics, as well as a long term Trustee of the institution. A partner in Orthopedic Consultants of Washington, Dr. Castle has maintained an active private practice in surgical Sports Medicine over the last 13 years, caring for athletes of all ages. After medical school, he pursued orthopedic training at the University of Connecticut and at the Midwest Institute for Sports Medicine under the direction of Dr. Frank Noyes.

Mr. Cleveland is President of Access Business Finance in Bellevue where he oversees business investments in Washington and California. He is the former Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Bank. Mr. Cleveland serves on the Region 9 Advisory Board for the Federal Reserve Board in San Francisco, and is active in the economic development of the Eastside. He is Chairman of the Finance Committee and serves on the Board Executive Committee.
