Graham Titterington is a consultant with Ovum Ltd, and is the editor of Ovum Evaluates: Software Testing Tools. He is responsible for monitoring developments in the software testing sector, and for researching into the tools and processes which support software testing. He has 20 years of experience in Software Engineering and has taken a particular interest in rigorous development methods. His career started in the development of real-time systems, mainly for military and telecommunications applications. Richard Mahony is a Senior Analyst in Ovum's Enterprise practice, where he is responsible for business access services. His role also embraces service provider benchmarking and end user analysis. Prior to joining Ovum, Richard worked for six years as a consultant advising both telcos and enterprises. For telcos, Richard has experience in competitor profiling, conducting market proposition assessments and developing business cases for emerging technologies. He also undertook a number of bespoke product and service benchmarking assignments. Through his work with MNC's he has developed an in-depth understanding of enterprise telco management. He has advised blue chip organisations on defining their communications requirements, developing ICT strategies and improving operational efficiency through business process re-engineering and best practice supplier management. Richard has a BA in Business Studies, an MA in Marketing and a post-graduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Richard is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Rodrigo Barreto is a Senior Consultant at Ovum, based in London, and has over 10 years experience in the telecommunications industry with broad exposure to the Latin American and European markets. Samad Masood is an analyst in Ovum's UK software and IT services practice, and specialises in IT services, outsourcing and offshore services. Samad covers a range of outsourcing and services companies in the UK IT services market, as well as focusing on the leading Indian offshore providers. Samad is also responsible for maintaining Ovum's UK contract database service. Samad joined Ovum as an analyst in November 2004. Before this he was a research analyst and reporter covering the global IT services market for the Global Computer Services unit of ComputerWire, a Datamonitor company. Prior to that Samad worked for technology industry publisher Infoconomy, writing articles about the IT industry for monthly magazines Information Age, and Infoconomist, as well as editing the weekly web services industry newsletter Collaborate.
