A graduate of the American University with a degree in general studies, Stacy brings more than a decade of experience to Oxygen in weight training and fitness. She comes from the Total Energy System Training in Bedminster, New Jersey, a sports training facility specializing in functional training. Stacy received her Personal Training certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Adult CPR certification through the American Red Cross. Continuing education in strength and conditioning and other allied fitness disciplines enables her to remain current on fitness trends and teaching methods.
