P.H. Glatfelter Co.

Mr. Glatfelter’s positions with Glatfelter have been Chairman since April 2000; Chief Executive Officer since June 1998; and President from June 1998 to February 2001. Mr. Glatfelter also serves as a Director of Met-Pro Corporation.

Mr. Hall has been the Chief Executive Officer of Ardale Enterprises LLC, a private company specializing in acquisition related activities in the food industry, since 1998.

Mr. Parrini had served as Senior Vice President & General Manager since January 2003. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales & Marketing and National Sales & Marketing Manager. He joined Glatfelter in December 1997 from the A.W. Chesterton Company in Stoneham, Massachusetts where he served as North American Sales Manager in their Technical Products and ARC Divisions. Prior to 1993, he served in various sales management positions for Premier Industrial Corporation of Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Parrini earned a B.S. degree in Marketing from Gannon University and an M.B.A. degree from the University of New Hampshire.

Mr. Jacunski earned his B.S. degree in Accounting from John Carroll University and is a certified public accountant. He recently completed an advanced executive management program at the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Debabrata Mukherjee joined Glatfelter in 1998 and has held a variety of assignments in research, operations, and sales. Mr. Mukherjee earned a Bachelor of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology, M.S. and Ph.D degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an M.B.A. from York College of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Sullivan joined Glatfelter in December of 2003. Prior to that, he served as a procurement executive with Concur Technologies, Imation Corporation and over 20 years with DuPont. He holds dual B.S. degrees from Cornell University.

Since 2002, Mr. Rapp worked for Avery Dennison, a $5 billion NYSE-listed global leader in pressuresensitive technology and self-adhesive solutions. He most recently served as Vice President & General Manager of the Central & Eastern Regions for Avery’s Roll Materials Division. His responsibilities included operations of 900 employees and sales of €500 million. Prior to his tenure with Avery Dennison, Mr. Rapp was Managing Partner and co-owner of BonnConsult GmbH, a management consultancy for strategy, sales, and process optimization, and a General Manager for Kloeckner-Moeller GmbH, a producer of automation systems. He attended various educational institutions in Germany, earning degrees in Business Administration from University of Koblenz and University of Saarbruecken.

Mr. Jackson was most recently the Deputy General Counsel, Director of Compliance and Assistant Corporate Secretary for the Company. Prior to joining Glatfelter in 2006, Mr. Jackson served as Director of Business Development and Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for C & D Technologies, Inc. Previously, he served as Assistant General Counsel for Ametek, Inc. and separately as Assistant General Counsel for Exelon Corporation. He graduated cum laude with a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Drexel University. He received an MBA from Villanova University School of Business, and a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. Mr. Jackson also holds a Masters Business Certificate from East China Normal University Business School and has attained Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Mr. Hess previously was Director of the Specialty Papers Business Unit. Since joining the company in 1994, he has held a variety of assignments in technical, operations, sales, and marketing management. Mr. Hess earned a B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and an M.S. from the Institute of Paper Science & Technology.

Werner A. Ruckenbrod is Vice President Long Fiber & Overlay Papers with responsibilities for the operations and performance of this business unit. Mr. Ruckenbrod joined our subsidiary, S&H, in 1984. Since joining our company, Mr. Ruckenbrod has held various production related positions.

Mr. van Roden, age 58, served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of P.H. Glatfelter Company, a diversified global manufacturer of specialty papers and engineered products, from 2003 to 2006, and currently serves as a consultant to P.H. Glatfelter Company on strategic issues. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Conectiv from 1998 to 2003, and as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lukens Inc. from 1982 to 1998. Mr. van Roden also serves on the boards of H.B. Fuller Company, Semco Energy, Inc., and Penn Virginia GP Holdings, L.P. Mr. van Roden has served as a director of the Company since October 2006.

Richard C. Ill, President and CEO, Triumph Group, Inc. headquartered in Wayne, Pennsylvania is a graduate of Lafayette College, Drexel University, MBA, and the Stanford Executive Program. He served as a Captain in the U. S. Army, 1965-1968. Mr. Ill joined Alco Standard Corporation, 1968 – 1993 progressing in the following positions: Metalsource Corporation, Group Vice President, 1973-1983; Triumph Industries, President, 1976-1983; Metalsource Corporation, President 1983-1987; Triumph Group, President, 1988-1993; Alco Standard Corporation, Vice President, 1989-1993. In 1993 Mr. Ill led a successful management buyout of Triumph Group, Inc., where he now serves as President & CEO and a board director. Mr. Ill is a member of the Advisory Board, Outward Bound USA; the Board of Directors of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association, as well as the Board of Directors of Airgas, Inc. and P. H. Glatfelter.

In 2002, Mr. Smoot retired as Regional Chairman Advisory Board Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, The PNC Financial Services Group, a position he held since 2001. From 1991 through 2000, Mr. Smoot served as President and Chief Executive Officer of PNC Bank in Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, and its predecessor, Provident National Bank. Mr. Smoot currently sits on PNC's Advisory Board. He also served as Executive Vice President responsible for Operations and Data Processing for the Bank from 1987 to 1991. Before joining PNC Bank in 1987, Mr. Smoot served 10 years as First Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. Mr. Smoot is Chairman of The Philadelphia Orchestra and The Settlement Music School. Mr. Smoot is also a director of P.H. Glatfelter Company and Southco Inc.
