Jeremy has had a career embracing both consulting to and running a variety of enterprises. Following several years consulting with Mercer Management Consulting, he ran the global oil products trading business at Glencore AG, and then acquired, developed and sold the 200,000 b/d Beta oil refinery at Wilhelmshaven in Germany. As CEO of PA Consulting Group, he oversaw PA's globalisation and growth from 2,500 to 4,000 staff, and negotiated and managed the integration of PA's acquisition of Hagler Bailly, Inc. Jeremy was also involved in setting up a number of PA's ventures including UbiNetics Ltd. and Meridica Ltd. As well as being a director of PSE, Jeremy is also a director of Projector Holdings SA, a privately held oil and real estate investment group, and Chairman of SkyVision Holdings Ltd., a privately held satellite communications group. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics and the Harvard Business School, where he received his MBA with high distinction in 1981, and is also a member of the London Business School's UK regional advisory board.

Adrian Gardner has been a director of Amdocs since April 1998 and is Chairman of the Audit Committee. Since November 2007, Mr. Gardner has been Chief Financial Officer of PA Consulting Group, a London-based business consulting firm. From April until November 2007, Mr. Gardner was a private investor. Mr. Gardner was Chief Financial Officer of ProStrakan Group plc, a pharmaceuticals company based in the United Kingdom and listed on the London Stock Exchange, from 2002 until April 2007 and a director from 2002 until June 2007. Prior to joining ProStrakan, he was a Managing Director of Lazard LLC, based in London, where he worked with technology- and telecommunications-related companies. Prior to joining Lazard in 1989, Mr. Gardner qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Mr. Gardner is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Chris Irving is Business Development Manager for The Billing College. As such, he is responsible for developing partnerships, alliances, and new lines of business. Chris has deep roots in teaching, management consulting, and telecommunications, having served as Director for Education and Training with the TeleManagement Forum; in program management, marketing and business development capacities with Telcordia Technologies (formerly Bellcore); as Program Manager with Cable&Wireless Hongkong Telecom; and as Senior Consultant with PA Consulting Group in Australia. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics at the University of New England (Australia), and did his graduate work at the Australian National University.

Martyn Collett has a BSc in biochemistry, an MSc in biochemical engineering and an MBA. He has worked in the healthcare industry for 24 years with Wyeth Ayerst, GD Searle, PA Consulting Group, Quadrant Healthcare, CeNeS Pharmaceuticals and Medical Device Innovations. For the last 10 years Martyn has worked with small companies in business and corporate development roles. He has extensive experience of licensing and mergers and acquisitions.

Mitch has over 30 years of experience as an organisational psychologist, specialising in management assessment, development and executive coaching. He has worked as an independent consultant since 1994 having been with PA Consulting Group for the previous 6 years. Mitch's earlier career included HR practitioner positions with 3 industries: copper mining, telecommunications and packaging followed by consultancy roles with KPMG. In recent years he has been involved in assessment projects for the Royal Bank of Scotland, BOC, Magnox, Nortel Networks, Alstom, CGNU, Nacco (Hyster & Yale forklift trucks), AGIP Oil in Nigeria and the NHS. In addition to assessment work, Mitch is currently an associate coach with Ashridge Management College for their Leadership Programme. For 3 years, he wrote a regular one page article for Human Resource Management Magazine and he has written 2 books on entrepreneurship in large organisations, managing personal transitions and currently working on one on leadership. Mitch and his wife are from Canada originally but have lived in the UK for nearly 20 years.

Paul Lewis held senior management positions with Mobil in Europe from 1965, ICL in Australia from 1976 and joined PA Consulting Group in 1985. In 1992 he was appointed Managing Partner and Chief Executive Asia, based in Hong Kong. Moving to part time employment with PA Australia in 2004, he had established offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Tokyo, Bangalore, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta. Paul led major assignments in financial services retail banking, life insurance and stock exchanges, energy, manufacturing, telecommunications, rail, air, container shipping and government. He also served on senior advisory panels with ministerial representation in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Indonesia. Since returning to Australia he has built a portfolio of activities that include regional and global advisory boards for British Telecom, non- executive director for Magellan Financial Group, strategic advisor for Growth Mantra and Deputy National Chairman for the Australian British Chamber of Commerce.

Tony Cacchione is Chief Operating Officer and founder of TNC Management Group. He has worked within the financial services industry, with a focus on insurance, for over eighteen years in both operational and technical positions. His areas of delivery specialty include: Business Process Re-engineering/Improvement, Strategic Management, Systems Analysis and Implementation, and Project Management. He has been able to successfully bridge the business needs of his clients with their technical capabilities increasing their effectiveness, efficiency and profitability.

Mr. Tobin served as special assistant to the President of St. John's University from September 2003 until his retirement on May 31, 2005. Previously, he was Dean of the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John's University from August 1998 to September 2003. From March 1996 to December 1997, Mr. Tobin was Chief Financial Officer of The Chase Manhattan Corporation. From January 1992 to March 1996, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Chemical Banking Corporation, a predecessor of The Chase Manhattan Corporation, and prior to that he served in a number of executive positions at Manufacturers Hanover Corporation, a predecessor of Chemical Banking Corporation. Mr. Tobin is a director of AXA Financial (formerly The Equitable Companies Incorporated), Alliance Capital Management, L.P., a subsidiary of AXA Financial that manages mutual funds, PA Consulting Group and H.W. Wilson, a publishing company. CIT director since July 2002.
