Bangert has served as vice president of PACCAR Inc since April 1994, and has been with the company since 1989. PACCAR recently received the 2002 Stanley O. McNaughton Leadership Award from ICW for recognition of its support for independent colleges and universities and their students. Bangert follows in the footsteps of his father, Richard Bangert, who is a founding member of ICW and currently serves on its Board of Directors. He also serves as vice president of the University Preparatory Academy Board in Seattle. Bangert earned his B.A. in Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Washington, and received his J.D. from Willamette College.

JOHN M. PIGOTT, age 45, is a partner in Beta Business Ventures, LLC, a private investment company formed in 2008, and was a partner in the predecessor company Beta Capital Group, LLC since 2003. He previously served in various management positions within PACCAR from 1992 to 2003. He is the brother of Mark C. Pigott and the nephew of James C. Pigott, both directors of the Company. He was elected by the Board to serve as a director of the Company, effective April 27, 2009.

Carol has been instrumental in building Daversa Partners since she joined the firm in 1995. Her solid relationships span Fortune 500 enterprises to the venture capitalist community. Carol's acumen into identifying and closing technology leaders who have repeatable and measurable results has leveraged her access to the executives who make a material impact on their organizations. She has consistently built-out IT executive leadership teams for both emerging and branded billion dollar companies in the Travel, Consumer Products, Financials Services, Pharmaceutical, and Telecommunications industries. Her deep roots and knowledge of technology, coupled with her relationships with CIOs and leadership teams across the country have been critical to her continued success. Prior to joining Daversa, Carol held IT positions for United Parcel Service and Marsh & McLennan where she built her foundational knowledge in technology and business. Carol is one of the founding members of the firm.
Enrique brings six years of professional experience working for CPA firms in California and eleven years with PACCAR, Inc., a leading multinational manufacturer of class 7 and 8 trucks. At PACCAR, Enrique has fostered growth working in the areas of dealer operations, internal audit, and new product introduction. As Market Director, Enrique promotes commercialization of truck parts in Canada, Mexico, and other international markets. For Point B Telematics, Enrique is responsible for the strategic development and execution of all company sales, product marketing, and financial and field operations. Enrique holds an MBA from the University of Washington.

Mr. Fluke is the Chairman of Fluke Capital Management, LP; the Fluke family's investment and trust management company. He founded the company in 1976. Mr. Fluke graduated from the University of Washington in 1964, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, and received his Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 1966. Mr. Fluke joined his father's firm, John Fluke Mfg. Co., in 1966 as a design engineer and held various engineering and general management positions. He was elected to the board of that company in 1976, appointed Chief Executive Officer in 1983 and Chairman from 1984. He served as CEO through 1987, Chairman through 1990 and a director of the Fluke Corp. through July 1998 when the company was acquired by Danaher Corporation. Mr. Fluke currently serves on the Boards of two emerging - or re-emerging - companies: Abacast, Inc. (third generation peer-to-peer streaming software) and MaestroSoft, Inc. (charitable event management software). Over the last three decades many of Mr. Fluke's governance positions with smaller companies have required direct and frequent interaction with management to balance the achievement (or maintenance) of cash flow positive performance without deviating from best governance practices. Mr. Fluke is a director of PACCAR Inc. (since 1984), where he also serves as audit committee financial expert and chairman of the compensation committee. He also currently serves as a director of Tully's Coffee Company (since 2005) and chairs its audit committee. Mr. Fluke is a former director and chairman of the audit committee for PRIMUS International (2003 to 2006) and American Seafoods Group (2003 to 2006) where he served on the audit committee. He has also served on the boards and audit committees of Peoples National Bank (1984 to 1993) and US Bank of Washington (1993 to 1997). Mr. Fluke is a past Chairman of the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce (1993) and continues to serve on its board and is a past Chairman of the Washington State China Relations Council (1985 to 1987). He concurrently served as a national board member of the American Electronics Association and the National Association of Manufacturers as well as the Executive Committees of both trade organizations (1985 to 1990). Mr. Fluke continues to serve as a member of the University of Washington's Engineering Visiting Committee (since 1982), the University of Washington Foster School of Business Advisory Board (since 1987), the University of Washington Applied Physics Laboratory Advisory Board (since 1992) and the Pacific Museum of Flight (since 1988). He also is immediate past Chairman of the board of Junior Achievement of Washington and is a member of the board of the Washington Policy Center. Mr. Fluke previously served on the Stanford University Engineering Advisory Council (1985 to 1989). He is a trustee-emeritus of the University of Puget Sound (1984-2002), a past trustee of St. Thomas School of Medina, WA (1988 to 1995) and served on the Washington State Higher Education Coordinating Board (1987 to 2000) and the Washington Business Roundtable and its Education Committee (1984 to 2001). Mr. Fluke is a past President of PONCHO (1993), Seattle's oldest fund-raising auction for the arts, a past President of the Seattle Council of the Boy Scouts of America (1984 to 1985) and a former member of the boards of the Seattle Symphony Orchestra (1981 to 1990), the 5th Avenue Theater Association (1985 to 1990) and the Nature Conservancy (1997 to 2001).

Carl Hahn was elected a director of Perot Systems in April 1993. Since June 1996, Mr. Hahn has been a private investor. GREGORY M. E. SPIERKEL, age 52, is chief executive officer of Ingram Micro Inc., a leading California-based technology distributor, and has held that position since June 2005. He previously served as president from March 2004 to June 2005. During his ten year tenure with the company he held other senior positions including executive vice president. He is a director of Ingram Micro Inc. He has served as a director of the Company since 2008.

Robert T. Parry, age 69, has been a director of Janus Capital Group since March 2005.
Dr. Parry served as president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco for over 18 years and retired from that position in June 2004. He was a member of the Federal Open Market Committee, bringing his District's perspective to monetary policy discussions. He first joined the Federal Reserve System (Fed) at the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C. as a research economist. He left the Fed to join Security Pacific National Bank, and moved up the ranks to executive vice president and chief economist of Security Pacific Corporation. Dr. Parry held that position until he accepted his post at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco in February, 1986.
Throughout his career, Dr. Parry has served in a variety of leadership roles in community and professional organizations, including the Bay Area Council, Bay Area Economic Forum, San Francisco Bay Area Council Boy Scouts of America, United Way of the Bay Area, National Association for Business Economics and Pacific Rim Bankers Program. He is also a director of PACCAR Inc. and the National Bureau of Economic Research.
A native of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, he received a B.A. degree from Gettysburg College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He earned an M.A. and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and holds honorary doctorates from Gettysburg College and Southern Utah University.
THOMAS E. PLIMPTON, age 59, is Vice Chairman of the Company and has held that position since September 2008. He also serves as the Company’s principal financial officer. He was President from January 2003 to September 2008, Executive Vice President from August 1998 to January 2003 and Senior Vice President from August 1996 to August 1998. He has served as a director of the Company since 2009.
WARREN R. STALEY, age 66, served as chairman and chief executive officer of Cargill, Incorporated, an international marketer, processor and distributor of agricultural, food, financial and industrial products from 2000 until his retirement in 2007. He joined Cargill in 1969 and was elected president and chief operating officer in 1998, chief executive officer in 1999 and chairman in 2000. He has served as a director of the Company since 2008.
