MICHAEL P. MURPHY, PH.D., has served as our Senior Vice-President, Operations since May, 2005. From June 1999 to May 2005, Dr. Murphy served as Director, Laboratory Operations, Regional CMBP Account Executive, and Technical Director of Laboratory Corporation of America. He served as Director of Laboratory Services from 1998 -1999 at Pacific Biometrics, Inc. before returning to the commercial clinical diagnostic laboratory industry. From November 1993 through November 1997, Dr. Murphy was Technical Director for Laboratory Corporation of America. Prior to 1993 he served as Laboratory Director for Eastern Maine Medical Center and Director, Professional Services at Compulab Corporation. His experience includes various environments such as clinical diagnostic, commercial reference, and clinical trial and research laboratories. His areas of expertise include technical and administrative laboratory operations, method standardization and quality assurance, laboratory consultation and support, information systems and laboratory automation. Research and clinical areas of interest include diabetes, infectious diseases, cardiovascular and oncology testing. Dr. Murphy received his B.S. from Xavier University and Ph.D. from The Ohio State University. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Clinical Chemistry.

Janice O'Connor joined Pacific Biometrics, Inc. in 1998 with a solid foundation in business, laboratory science, and the healthcare industry. As Senior Director of Business Development at PBI, Ms. O'Connor manages a team of professionals who are responsible for promoting and maintaining collaborative associations and partnerships within pharmaceutical, biotech and diagnostics companies. This group maintains an extensive client database for site visits, produces sales and marketing materials, as well as organizes exhibitions and conferences for PBI participation in the areas of cardiovascular risk, diabetes, obesity, osteoporosis, arthritis, and inflammatory areas of research. Prior experience includes 20 years of international and domestic positions with two world renowned, industry leading Fortune 100 corporations (Sales and Business Leader - Marketing Divisions for Johnson & Johnson Clinical Diagnostics Division, and Eastman Kodak Clinical Diagnostics Division). Ms. O'Connor received the Certificate in The Management Program from the University of Washington, and holds an MS in AHP Clinical Chemistry from the State University of New York, BS in Medical Technology, and BA in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry. She is a member of the American Association of Clinical Chemistry, the American Association for Diabetes, and the Washington Biotechnology & Biomedical Association.

Mr. Waters became the Director of Strategic Planning for Pacific Biometrics in September 2002. His primary focus is to assist the Company with corporate and strategic partnering activities. Mr. Waters has also established his own business and legal consulting practice associating with several well-known firms. His clients have included AT&T, Williams-Sonoma, Commodore International, CMS Enhancements Inc., ComputerLand, Power Up Software, Peerless Systems Corporation, and CelluLand. Patrick Jackle became the Director of Business Development in January of 2008 following his role as Business Development Manager when he joined PBI two years prior. As Director of Business Development, Patrick supervises the Business Development Team and leads PBI's Sales and Marketing efforts to secure consistent revenue growth and optimize shareholder value. The Business Development Team is charged with promoting PBI's capabilities among target customers and to leverage opportunities which represent accumulative financial strength and stability for all functions within the Company. Prior to joining PBI, Patrick's professional experience was rooted in the commercial side of the Pharmaceutical and Biotech Industries having worked for AstraZeneca, Novartis and Columbia Laboratories. Patrick's career path consistently led to positions of increasing responsibility in Pharmaceutical Sales; from a Primary Care Sales Representative, Oncology Care Consultant, District Sales Manager, to Northwest Regional Manager. Patrick obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management from California Polytechnic University in Pomona, California.

Dr. Carlson joined Pacific Biometrics in 1998 as a Senior Scientist. He was promoted to the position of Laboratory Director in May of 2000 and is responsible for all aspects of laboratory operations. He also serves as a science and technical consultant to laboratory clients.
Ms. Aggoune is the Director of Project Services which includes responsibility for the Project Management, Data Management, and IT Departments of Pacific Biometrics, Inc. She joined the company in 1997 as the Manager of Information Systems, which included the data management and information technology functions. In 2000, she also became responsible for the Project Management Department (then known as Client Services). Since joining PBI as the head of Information Systems, Ms. Aggoune has been responsible for information technology (IT), computer operations, and the Laboratory Information Systems database. She is also the principle liaison between PBI and client Data Management personnel to develop requirements for reporting, data transfer, and other custom database applications for pharmaceutical and diagnostic studies. Kristin Walsh became the Operations Manager for Pacific Biometrics, Inc. in 2006 after working in and managing the Quality Assurance department for several years. As Operations Manager, Ms. Walsh continues to supervise the Quality Assurance department and acts as an independent agent to achieve the company's goals and objectives as they relate to Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement. Ms. Katz-Pek has worked with a substantial number of large public and private companies, entrepreneurial biomedical companies, academic, research, and government institutions since founding BBC in 1990. Previously, Ms. Katz-Pek spent 17 years as an administrator at the University of Michigan Medical School, where she was involved in technology transfer, departmental management and the establishment of multidisciplinary centers. In 1985, Ms. Katz-Pek became president of BioQuant, a medical diagnostics company spun off from the University. The company subsequently merged with Pacific BioMetrics and is now publicly traded. Ms. Katz-Pek also co-founded the Michigan Biotechnology Association (now MichBio), and was Director of Biotechnology and Life Sciences at MERRA, a nonprofit economic development organization for high technology in the state of Michigan. She has served as Chairperson of the Michigan Center for High Technology. Ms. Katz-Pek also served on the National Science Foundation's advisory panel for review of commercialization plans for the SBIR program and has been an SBIR/STTR reviewer at the National Institutes of Health. She currently is a member of the Board of Directors of Ann Arbor Commerce Bank and is also a Board Member on the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti Long-term Development Finance Authority. Previously, she served on the National Board of Directors of the American Diabetes Association and was president of its Michigan affiliate. She currently is a grant reviewer for Indiana's 21st Century Research and Technology Fund. Ms. Katz-Pek has been acknowledged as one of Michigan's top 10 business women from the National Association of Women Business Owners, Greater Detroit Chapter; and has twice been listed as one of Detroit's Most Influential Women (1997 and 2002).

Mr. Palfreyman is currently the President, CEO and Director of the Relax the Back Corporation, serving since November 2001.
