(NASDAQ: PCBK) is the holding company for Pacific Continental Bank. It has about 13 bank offices and 3 consumer finance lending offices in Oregon and Washington State. It offers deposit accounts, money market accounts, CDs, safe deposit boxes, debit cards, travelers' checks, and other financial services. Roger, an accredited banking veteran with over 30 years of industry experience, joined Pacific Continental Bank in 2003 as Chief Credit Officer. In 2006, Roger became President of Pacific Continental Bank. Prior to joining PCB, Roger spent a distinguished 25-year career with US Bank where he was responsible for policy, credit risk analysis, credit systems and regulatory relations for a twenty-four state region. Roger holds a master’s degree from Harvard University and is a graduate of the Harvard/MIT executive negotiation curriculum. Active in several local civic organizations, he currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Port of Portland’s Mentor Protégée program. When he’s not busy with his banking duties, Mitch volunteers his time and expertise with any number of local social service and civic organizations. Dan brings over 25 years of banking experience to his role as President of the Greater Portland Market . Before joining Pacific Continental Bank in 2002, Dan worked for U.S. Bank where he managed a middle-market team of commercial bankers. Dan holds a Masters in Business Administration as well as degrees in Finance and Management – all from the University of Oregon. Dan is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. A past chairman of the Oregon Bankers Association, Dan continues to support the banking industry as a member of the Government Relations Council of the American Bankers Association. Dan keeps busy outside of work with his involvement in a variety of civic and social service organizations. Most notable is that Dan is currently President of the Board of Trustees of the Oregon and SW Washington Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Cathi Hatch has been a director of both the Company and the Bank since 2006. Ms. Hatch is the founder and CEO of ZINO Society, an organization focused on connecting entrepreneurs with accredited investors. Michael D. Holzgang has been a director of both the Company and Bank since 2002 and currently serves as the chair of the Governance/Nominating Committee. Mr. Holzgang serves as Senior Vice President of Colliers International, a global real estate services firm.
