Corey Ferguson currently serves as President of Pacific Financial, Inc., which is a commercial real estate company that focuses on land acquisitions, investments of income producing properties, as well as development of industrial, retail, office and medical facilities in Texas. Corey is currently a licensed broker in the State of Texas and serves as Immediate Past President of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter, which is a national educational and networking organization for commercial real estate and investment brokers and investors. From 2000 to 2005, Corey served as a Tenant Representation Broker for The Staubach Company where he focused on industrial, land and investment real estate. Prior to joining The Staubach Company, Corey was a Marketing Specialist for CB Richard Ellis. He was involved in the listing of various land sale transactions, freestanding buildings, and multi-tenant projects. Corey graduated from Texas Christian University, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with an emphasis in accounting. While attending TCU, he served as Social Chairman and Rush Chairman for the Sigma Chi Fraternity. He graduated from Memorial High School in Houston, TX.

Carol started with The Bank of the Pacific in 1997 as a branch manager and has been originating home loans since 2004. Carol has over 20 years of banking experience which includes helping customers buy, refinance, and build their dream homes. With her vast experience and dedication to each customer, Carol ensures your transaction will go smoothly. Carol is also very active in her community. She has served on the Board of Trustees for Grays Harbor College since 2000 and is a board member for United Way of Grays Harbor. Carol enjoys her time as a certified Community Mediator and is the treasurer for the Mediation and Settlement Center for Southwest Washington. In her spare time, Carol takes pleasure in spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and gardening.

Dave has been originating home loans with The Bank of the Pacific since 2002. Dave has over 17 years of lending experience helping customers buy, refinance and build their dream homes. With his vast experience and dedication to each customer, he ensures your transaction will be completed with ease. Dave is a graduate of Central Washington University and is very active in his community. He is a Deacon at Third Christian Reformed Church, former member of The Boys and Girls Club of Lynden, served on the fundraising team for Lynden's Million Smiles Park Project and coaches' youth sports. In his spare time, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, traveling and an occasional round of golf.

Lorna started with The Bank of the Pacific in 2001 as a Branch Manager. Lorna has over 20 years of banking experience that includes, helping customers buy, refinance and build their dream home. With her vast experience and dedication to each customer, she ensures your transaction will go smoothly. Lorna is very active in her community. She continues to be the Treasurer and Executive Board Member of the Ilwaco Merchants Association and is an enthusiast of her local Rotary Club. In her spare time, Lorna takes pleasure in spending time with her two children and first grandson, as well as golfing and traveling.

Drew has been with the Bank of the Pacific since 2002. He is extremely proud that Real Estate Department can originate, process, underwrite and fund loans locally and on time. Drew feels that it is important that the bank's Residential Real Estate Department is able to offer loan products that other lenders are moving away from, such as, Condominium Financing, Canadian Financing, Construction Financing and programs for First Time Homebuyers.

Art joined The Bank of the Pacific in 2008 and brings a wealth of experience as he has been originating home loans since 1986. He feels that it is important that the bank's Residential Real Estate Department is able to offer loan products that other lenders are moving away from, such as, Condominium Financing, Canadian Financing, Construction Financing and programs for First Time Homebuyers.

Claudia joined the Bank of the Pacific in 2008. She brings 22 years of experience in the lending, title and real estate sales marketplace. She feels the diversity of her employment history compliments her ability to be prepared for any situation that may arise during the loan process from application to closing. Claudia believes that the smaller hometown feel at The Bank of the Pacific compliments her personality in providing the best service to her clients and keeping it local within the community. Claudia has played recreational soccer for the past nine years and loves to be active in all type of sports. She enjoys playing on Lake Whatcom, gardening, shopping and her family. After numerous years of volunteering while her children were in public school, she is taking a break and adjusting to the empty nest.

Dan joined The Bank of the Pacific in 2008 and brings extensive knowledge of Real Estate Lending as he has been originating home loans since 1996. As a Birch Bay resident, Dan will continue to concentrate his efforts in Whatcom County. He is resourceful and takes pride in his ability to match the borrower's needs with the loan program that best accomplishes their goals. He enjoys a reputation as a professional who gets the job done. You can count on Dan's expertise to ensure a smooth loan transaction that closes in a timely manner.

Darrell has been with The Bank of the Pacific for 3 1/2 years. Darrell has over 17 years of customer service experience and excels in helping customers buy, refinance or build their dream home. Darrell specializes in Condominium, Canadian Citizen and Jumbo loan financing and is able to provide assistance to those customers who have multiple properties or need help in long or short term planning. Darrell enjoys spending time with his wife and seven children. He and his wife are active in their church and are foster parents. Darrell and his wife enjoy leading mission trips to different parts of the world each year.

Dave comes to the Bank of the Pacific with 19 years experience in the Title and Escrow Industry. With his vast experience in the Real Estate industry, he is highly qualified to assist you with your lending needs. As a long time Bellingham resident, Dave enjoys playing on local softball and volleyball leagues. His greatest pleasure is spending time with his two daughters. He also enjoys cooking, attending church, golfing and many other outdoor activities.

Josh joined the Bank of the Pacific in 2008 and has been originating home loans since 2005. Josh specializes in assisting First Time Homebuyers find their home and has been trained by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission to teach First Time Homebuyer education classes. Josh is a graduate of Western Washington University and has a Degree in Mathematics and Economics. In his free time Josh enjoys spending time with his wife. They enjoy hiking, sailing and spending time with family and friends.

Mark joined The Bank of the Pacific's Real Estate Lending team in January 2008 and is beginning his 15th year as a mortgage professional. He chose to build his business in the place he loves to live, Anacortes, Washington on beautiful Fidalgo Island. Mark and his wife bought their first home in Anacortes in 1978 while Mark was stationed at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. Mark retired from the Navy in 1994 as Chief Petty Officer and began his career in the lending industry.

Michael joins the Bank of the Pacific with over 31 years experience in the Title and Escrow industry. After spending the past seven years in the corporate world, Michael is excited to focus his attention on serving the people of Whatcom County once again.
