Bill Gross, a founder and Managing Director of PIMCO, has been associated with the firm since 1972. Bill has managed the Managers Fremont Bond Fund since 1994. In managing the Managers Fremont Bond Fund, Bill heads a group of bond experts who set maturity and duration policy for all fixed-income accounts that are managed by PIMCO. The portfolio managers, including Bill Gross, are generalists who structure portfolios. A team of sector specialists support these generalists with individual issue research, selection and management. The Fund is managed using PIMCO?s ?Total Return? style.

Mr. Gomez is an executive vice president in the Newport Beach office, a portfolio manager and co-head of the emerging markets portfolio management team. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2003, he was responsible for market making and proprietary trading of emerging market bonds at Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, he spent a year in Colombia serving as a financial consultant to the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit. He has 14 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he also received his undergraduate degree.

John Cummings, an Executive Vice President and portfolio manager within PIMCO's municipal bond team, joined PIMCO in 2002. He has over 22 years of investment experience and holds an MBA in finance from Rutgers University.

Mr. Reisz is a Senior Vice President and member of PIMCO's Short Term and Stable Value specialist team. He joined PIMCO in 2000, previously having been associated with Transamerica Asset Management. Mr. Reisz was with Transamerica for more than ten years, and was responsible for business development, client servicing, and product development for the pension market. He has over twenty-one years of experience in insurance and financial services. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, he holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Mr. Simon is a Managing Director and a senior member of PIMCO's portfolio management and strategy groups, and head of the mortgage and ABS teams. He joined the firm in 2000 from Bear Stearns & Co. in New York, where he was a senior managing director and co-head of MBS pass-through trading. He also authored The Daily MBS Commentary. Mr. Simon has seven times been named to positions on the Institutional Investor All-America Fixed-Income Research Team, including first place honours in MBS pass-throughs and overall MBS strategies. He has twenty-three years investment experience, and holds a bachelor's and master's degrees in industrial engineering from Stanford University.

Mr. Rodosky is Senior Vice President in portfolio management of treasuries, agencies and futures. He has eleven years of investment experience and previously was associated with Merrill Lynch as vice president of institutional sales. Mr. Rodosky received his bachelor's degree in English from Villanova University and his master's degree in financial markets from Illinois Institute of Technology.

Mr. Meiling worked his entire career in the investment business. Prior to retirement he was a Managing Director of Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO). He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison (BBA - Finance) and University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee (MBA - Finance).
