Pacific Northern Gas Ltd.

David Unruh is a Director of TransLink. He is also a Director of Westcoast Energy Inc. and Union Gas Limited, both Duke Energy companies. Mr. Unruh joined Westcoast Energy Inc. as Senior Vice President, Law and Corporate Secretary in 1993 and continued in that role until March 14, 2002. From March 15, 2002 until his retirement on April 1, 2003, he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Duke Energy Gas Transmission's North American operations following which from April 1, 2003 to June 30, 2005 he became a non-executive Vice Chair of both Westcoast Energy Inc. and Union Gas Limited. Prior to his move to British Columbia to join Westcoast Energy, Mr. Unruh practiced business law in Winnipeg, Manitoba most recently as a partner of Aikins, MacAulay & Thorvaldson, Barristers and Solicitors. Mr. Unruh was born and raised Manitoba. He attained his B.A. in 1966 and his LLB in 1970 from the University of Manitoba. In 1979, Mr. Unruh was awarded an honorary Certified General Accountant degree. Mr. Unruh is also a director of Catalyst Paper Corporation, Corriente Resources Inc., Ontario Power Generation Inc., Pacific Northern Gas Ltd., The Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company, The Wawanesa Life Insurance Company and The Wawanesa General Insurance Company and is a member of the Manitoba Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.

Dr. Hugh Morris was appointed to the Board of Directors of Eldorado in January 1995 and was appointed Chairman of the Board in April 1998. Since graduating from Witswatersrand University in 1953, Dr. Morris has distinguished himself as a leader in the mining industry. He was Director of Exploration for Cominco, President of Geomex Minerals and Chairman and CEO of Imperial Metals. Dr. Morris is currently a director of Pacific Institute for the Mathematical Sciences, Diamondex Resources, Pacific Northern Gas, Triex Minerals Corporation , a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and is a Professional Engineer (BC) and a Chartered Engineer (UK). He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Geological Association of Canada and the Institution of Mining and Metallurgy of London.

Trevor is a founder and Managing Director of Tricor and is based in Vancouver. He is involved in all aspects of acquisitions, operations, and the investment, divestiture and management decisions of the firm. Trevor is a board member of Keyes Packaging Group, Inc., Tharco Packaging, Inc. and Consolidated Utility Services, Inc., which are current Tricor portfolio companies. Trevor was Chairman of Pacifica Papers Inc., a prior Tricor portfolio company, at the time of its merger with Norske Skog Canada Limited (now Catalyst Paper Corporation). Trevor was also Chairman of Matrix Packaging Inc., a prior Tricor portfolio company, before it was acquired by Sonoco Products Co. Prior to founding Tricor, Trevor was a Principal at Macluan Capital Corporation and acted as Chief Financial Officer of Hines Nurseries Inc. and Sun Gro Horticulture Inc. (companies owned by three of the Principals prior to the formation of Tricor). Trevor spent 19 years as a practicing public accountant, initially with a leading international accounting firm and thereafter as a founding Partner of a local Vancouver accounting firm. Trevor obtained a Masters of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
