Robert Frisbee joined PacStar in April 2000 to provide executive leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development expertise. Mr. Frisbee has more than 30 years of senior executive experience in conceiving, implementing, and managing successful large-scale initiatives in the telecommunications sector. Before joining PacStar, Mr. Frisbee was the founder and chief operating officer of FirstPointe Communications, a fiber-optic-based telecommunications company with revenues exceeding $150 million the first year. Prior to that, he was a founding officer (vice president of sales, marketing, and business development) of Electric Lightwave, a competitive local exchange company that attained revenues of over $100 million per year, and completed a public offering in 1996. Mr. Frisbee was also a founding officer (vice president of business development) of American Network, an early entrant in competitive services for long distance telecommunications. American Network attained annual revenues of approximately $100 million, and successfully completed an IPO in 1984. Mr. Frisbee received a bachelora s degree with honors and a mastera s degree in public administration from Harvard University, where he specialized in international telecommunications policy.

Charlie Kawasaki joined PacStar in early 2005 to lead the development of the companya s proprietary product line. Previously, through Software Diligence Services, LLC, Mr. Kawasaki provided product development and general management consulting primarily to early stage companies. As founder and past executive director of the Regional Alliances for Infrastructure and Network Security (RAINS), he gained extensive exposure to the homeland security technology video surveillance and internet infrastructure industry. Jeff Slaughter joined PacStar after the closing of the Series C financing in 2006. He has over 25 years of senior financial executive experience in domestic and international start-up operations as chief financial officer and other support activities including contacts, legal, project management, human resources, and administration. He has built organizations from conception to fully-functioning operations with revenues in excess of $100 million per year. He has initiated operations in many international locations, having lived and worked in five countries in the Middle East and Asia. Mr. Slaughter has worked in a broad range of companies, primarily in the energy arena in which he managed financial organizations and completed all accounting, treasury, reporting, financial analysis, strategic planning, and system development activities. Rich Radford is a founding member of PacStar. He is a logistics professional with experience in operations, product fulfillment and warehousing, transportation and delivery, vendor negotiation, budgeting, and planning. Previously, Mr. Radford was traffic manager for TransPacific Export Company in Portland, Oregon where he was responsible for all aspects of transportation and logistics including rate negotiation, order procurement, documentation, and vendor selection. Laura Kubisiak joined PacStar in 2005 to lead the marketing efforts and re-brand the company. She has extensive experience in marketing and general management at companies ranging from start-up to the Fortune 500. In domestic and international markets, she has led strategic and tactical marketing and sales efforts for technology-based products and services. Ms. Kubisiak has worked in a broad range of industries, including digital imaging, healthcare, photography, printing and petrochemicals. Denny joined FVP at its inception in 1982 with substantial experience in the areas of finance, operations management and retail merchandising and was solely responsible for FVP's venture capital activities from 1982 until 1997. Denny's responsibilities include overall fund management and administration as well as deal flow-generation, due diligence, deal structuring and portfolio management. He currently serves on the Boards of Carena, Inc., ISR, Inc., PayScale, Inc. and Pacific Star Communications, Inc. With over 20 years in the venture capital industry and deep experience gained through his involvement with 44 portfolio companies, Denny brings a wealth of understanding of the investment and portfolio management process. He is known for his strengths in strategic and financial planning, mentoring and coaching the chief executive, and in maintaining a disciplined approach to corporate governance. Prior to joining Fluke Venture Partners, Denny spent four years in public accounting in Seattle and five years as a member of senior management responsible for the operations of two sister corporations involved in manufacturing and distribution in Seattle and Anchorage. Often lauded as an early leader in the Pacific Northwest venture capital industry, Denny was a founder of the Evergreen Venture Capital Association and has long been active in business and community affairs. Denny received his BA in business administration, from Central Washington University and his MBA, with honors, from the University of Washington.
