Sally Frame Kasaks was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board in June 2007. Prior to that, she served as Interim Chief Executive Officer from October 2006 to June 2007. Ms. Kasaks has been a Board member since 1997 and served as Lead Director from March 2006 through September 2006. She has served as a business consultant since January 1997. Previously, she served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ann Taylor Stores, Inc., a specialty apparel retailer, President and Chief Executive Officer of Abercrombie and Fitch, a specialty apparel retailing division of Limited Brands, Inc., and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Talbots, Inc., a specialty apparel retailing division of General Mills Co. She currently serves as a Director of The Children’s Place, Inc.

Michael Henry joined Pacific Sunwear in September 2000. He is responsible for the Company’s financial planning and accounting functions, including all financial communications with the Board of Directors, budgeting, forecasting, SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, investor relations, treasury, tax, and internal financial reporting. He also has oversight of the Company's insurance programs, legal issues, real estate, loss prevention and facilities departments. Prior to joining Pacific Sunwear, Mike was a manager in Deloitte’s audit practice in Orange County, where he worked for 6 years.

Ms. Eddy re-joined the Company in April of 2003. Ms. Eddy has over 20 years experience in real estate, most recently at Limited Brands, Inc., for 2 ½ years as Regional Vice President of Real Estate. Prior to that she was with Pacific Sunwear as Regional Director, Leasing. She has also held various real estate positions at Denny’s, Taco Bell, Payless Shoes, Rouse Corporation and Chelsea Corporation.

Gar Jackson joined Pacific Sunwear in March of 2005. With over 14 years of experience in investor relations, Mr. Jackson is responsible for communications with analysts and portfolio mangers in the financial community as well as the business press. Prior to Pacific Sunwear he was the Director of Investor Relations for Oakley, Inc., a Foothill Ranch based company with more that $600 million in annual sales of sunglasses, prescription eyewear, goggles, apparel, electronics, footwear, and watches.

Brad Cunningham was appointed Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager for juniors’ merchandise in January 2008. In this position, he is responsible for all merchandising decisions related to PacSun juniors’ merchandise, including all apparel, loungewear, accessories and footwear. Prior to that, he served the Company as Vice President/GMM of PacSun juniors’ apparel merchandise from March 2006 to January 2008. Prior to joining the Company, he served as SVP/GMM of Apparel and Accessories for Charlotte Russe Inc, responsible for Rampage Stores; Merchandise Manager of Apparel at Express, a division of Limited Brands; and Director of Merchandising and Design for Guess, Inc.

Charles Mescher was appointed Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager for young men’s merchandise and e-commerce in January 2008. In this position, he is responsible for all merchandising decisions related to PacSun young men¹s merchandise, including all apparel, accessories and footwear. In addition, he also oversees all activities regarding the PacSun website, including marketing and merchandising for all categories. Prior to that, he served the Company as Vice President/GMM of PacSun young men’s merchandise and accessories from March 2006 to January 2008. Mr. Mescher joined the Company in January 2005 as Division Merchandise Manager of Young Men’s Merchandise. Prior to joining the Company, he served in various merchandising positions for Nike, The Gap, and Abercrombie and Fitch.

John Fontana was appointed Senior Vice President of Inventory Management in November 2007. In this position, he has responsibility for all aspects of our merchandise supply chain, including global logistics, planning and allocation, and distribution to stores. Prior to that, he served the Company as Vice President of PacSun Planning and Allocation since September 2006. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Director of Planning for U.S. Apparel at Nike, Inc. and SVP of Merchandise Planning and Distribution at Old Navy.

Thomas M. Murnane Lead Director Thomas M. Murnane has served as a director since October 2002 and as our lead director since February 2006. Since October 2005, Mr. Murnane has been a principal and co-owner of ARC Business Advisors, a consulting firm that advises on merger and acquisition transactions involving retail and apparel companies, and provides research and strategic consulting services to retailers and their suppliers. Previously, Mr. Murnane was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP until 2002. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP he served in various capacities since 1980, including Director of the firm’s Retail Strategy Consulting Practice, Director of Overall Strategy Consulting for the East Region of the United States, and most recently, Global Director of Marketing and Brand Management for PwC Consulting. Mr. Murnane is also a director of Finlay Enterprises, Inc., and Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc..
