As CEO of Pacific West Financial Group, Tony Pizelo is leading our company into a new generation of financial advice and strategy. He is an expert in business economics and his financial industry experience includes: leading independent broker-dealers, managing underwritings and building real estate capital teams. Since joining Pacific West in 2002, with his strong sense of leadership and vision, Tony has set a course for the team by developing clear goals and direction.

Erinn Ford brings passion, communication and integrity to her leadership position at Pacific West Financial Group, a business started by her family in 1972. She joined the company in 1990. Integral to the success of Pacific West, Erinn oversees the Operations and Marketing departments, where she continually brings teams together to achieve greater results.

Mark McCloskey, assumed the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Pacific West Financial Group in September 2002. Before joining Pacific West, Mark acquired considerable experience in the securities industry where he began his career on Wall Street with Hayden Stone in 1964. After earning his Degree in Business Administration at St. Leo University in Florida, Mark joined the compliance department in Harris Upham. In 1972, Mark received formal Compliance training at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the New York Institute of Finance. He was later instrumental in developing the NYSE/NASD Examination programs. During his career, Mark has worked at multiple firms located in New York, Rhode Island, Ohio, Florida, Texas, and Washington. He recently worked at the NASD office in Seattle helping train new examiners and conducting field audits. Mark holds Series 1, 4, 7, 24, 53, and 63 licenses and has served in several positions at broker dealers including President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Compliance Officer.
