Gregory E. Abel has been a director of HomeServices of America, Inc. since its inception in 1998. Douglas Anderson, 49, has been with MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company for more than 10 years starting as corporate counsel to CalEnergy and holding various legal counsel positions of increasing responsibility. In May 2001, Anderson assumed his current role as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. He oversees all legal matters for the company. Anderson supports the company's acquisitions, development and financing activities, and is responsible for all contract, litigation and regulatory matters.
