Richard B. West has served as Chief Financial Officer of PCA since March 1999, and as Senior Vice President since March 2002. From April 1999 to June 2007, Mr. West served as Corporate Secretary. From April 1999 to March 2002, Mr. West served as Vice President and from March 1999 to June 1999, Mr. West also served as Treasurer of PCA. Mr. West served as Vice President of Finance - Paperboard Packaging of Tenneco Packaging Inc. from 1995 to April 1999. Prior to joining Tenneco Packaging, Mr. West spent 20 years with International Paper Company where he served as an Internal Auditor, Internal Audit Manager and Manufacturing Controller for the Printing Papers Group and Director/Business Process Redesign.

Thomas A. Hassfurther has served as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Corrugated Products since February 2005 and as Vice President, Sales and Marketing from March 1998 to February 2005. Mr. Hassfurther served as Vice President and Area General Manager from January 1991 to February 1998 for Tenneco Packaging Inc. From 1977 - 1990 Mr. Hassfurther served as a sales representative, Sales Manager and General Manager within the Containerboard Products Group.

Stephen T. Calhoun was promoted to Vice President, Human Resources of PCA in November 2002. From July 1997 to October 2002, Mr. Calhoun served as Director, Human Resources of Corporate and Containerboard Division. From April 1989 to July 1997, Mr. Calhoun was employed principally by Tenneco Packaging Inc. where he held the positions of Area Employee Relations Manager and Human Resources Manager. Prior to joining Tenneco Packaging Inc. in 1989, Mr. Calhoun spent fifteen years with the then American Can Company where he held several Human Resources and manufacturing positions.

Thomas S. Souleles, Managing Director - A.B., Princeton University; J.D., Harvard Law School; M.B.A., Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Prior to joining MDP, Mr. Souleles was with Wasserstein Perella & Co., Inc. Mr. Souleles concentrates on investments in the basic industries sector and currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Forest Products Holdings, LLC (d.b.a. Boise Cascade), Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation, Magellan GP, LLC, Magellan Midstream Holdings GP, LLC, Packaging Corporation of America, US Power Generating Company, and the Children's Memorial Medical Center; and the Board of Trustees of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater Illinois Chapter.

Henry F. Frigon is a private investor and business consultant. Mr. Frigon has served as the Chairman of the Board of CARSTAR, Inc., an Overland Park, Kansas, based collision repair franchise business, since July 1998. He served as Chief Executive Officer of CARSTAR from July 1998 until February 2001. Mr. Frigon retired from Hallmark Cards, Inc., Kansas City, Missouri, in 1994.

Ms. Beebe previously served as Vice President, Finance from July 2002 to February 2004, as Vice President from 1999 to 2002 and as Treasurer from 1997 to February 2004. Prior thereto, she served as Director of Finance and Planning for the CPC Corn Refining Business worldwide from 1995 to 1997 and as Director of Financial Analysis and Planning for Corn Products North America from 1993. Ms. Beebe joined CPC in 1980 and served in various financial positions in CPC’s US consumer food business, North American audit group and worldwide corporate treasury group. Ms. Beebe is a member of the Board of Directors of Packaging Corporation of America. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Fairleigh Dickinson University.
