Richard L. Wambold is chairman and chief executive officer of Pactiv Corporation. Pactiv was spun off from Tenneco, Inc. in November 1999. Prior to becoming CEO, Wambold was president of Tenneco Packaging since mid-1999 and managed the spin-off. Formerly, Wambold was executive vice president and general manager of Tenneco Packaging's Specialty Packaging and Consumer Products business groups. Under his direction, those business groups grew from $550 million in sales in 1994 to $2 billion in 1998. Before joining Tenneco Packaging, Wambold was executive vice president of Case Corporation's construction equipment and worldwide parts business that was previously part of Tenneco. Wambold joined Tenneco in 1977 and has held numerous positions with the organization, including vice president of corporate planning and development. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. Wambold serves on the board of Cooper Tire & Rubber Company. He is a member of The Business Roundtable and The Commercial Club of Chicago.

Joseph E. Doyle is vice president, general counsel and secretary of Pactiv Corporation. Prior to joining Pactiv, Doyle was a partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice at Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP from 2001 to early 2007. Doyle's prior experience includes positions at Jenner & Block, Fitzpatrick Law Offices and Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal.

Peter J. Lazardes is executive vice president and general manager of Pactiv's Foodservice/ Food Packaging Business. Lazaredes joined Tenneco Packaging in conjunction with its 1996 acquisition of Amoco Foam Products.

Jacquelyn Huerta joined the HHDC board of directors in 2005. She is the director of tax for Pactiv (NYSE:PTV), a leader in the consumer and foodservice/food packaging market, where she oversees global tax planning and compliance. Prior to joining Pactiv, Ms. Huerta held various management positions in Big 4 public accounting firms including Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She specializes in international, state, and federal taxation. While employed with Deloitte, she was appointed to Deloitte's Chicago Tax National Diversity Advisory Committee to build professional infrastructure that recognizes the benefits of a diverse work force. Ms. Huerta is a member of the Society of C.P.A.s (ILCPA), the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA), and founder of Hispanic Network (HNET). She holds a master's degree in taxation from De Paul University and is a certified public accountant licensed in Illinois.

Michael has a background in operations, sales management, and marketing management. He serves as a regional business manager for Pactiv Corporation. Michael has worked as a brand strategist and marketing analyst in the nonprofit sector. Michael holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Marketing from San Diego State University.

(Director since 2004) Former Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Intermec, Inc. (industrial technologies) from 2001 to 2007 and as Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2007. He served as President from 1999 to 2001 and as Chief Operating Officer from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Brady served as President of FMC Corporation from 1993 to 1999; Vice President from 1984 to 1989; Executive Vice President from 1989 to 1999 and was a director from 1989 to 1999. Mr. Brady is a director of Pactiv Corporation and a member of the Advisory Board of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Mary R. (Nina) Henderson is a consultant to the consumer goods industry. Previously, Ms. Henderson was a Corporate Vice President of Bestfoods, where she held various executive positions including President of Bestfoods Grocery. Ms. Henderson is also a director of AXA Financial, Inc., and Del Monte Foods Company, and a trustee of Drexel University. Ms. Henderson is 58 years old, has been a director of the Company since 2000, and is a member of the Audit Committee.
